La Trudi i la Berta Morillas són les impulsores de The Burn Club @_theburnclub , una comunitat de noies que a partir d'una activitat esportiva fan trobades presencials, de manera similar la Noèlia Gázquez ha creat Latte Run Club @latte_runclub , una comunitat de noies interessades pel running i per la seva banda l'Àlvaro Moya junt amb l'Eduard Clamour han creat Batega Sitges @bategasitges , una comunitat que pretén unir persones a partir de tradicions i del potencial que té Sitges. Totes són diferents però totes tres tenen un nexe en comú, s'han creat amb l'objectiu de recuperar les trobades presencials, de conèixer físicament altres i a partir d'aquí, qui sap, generar amistats. Les xarxes socials, sobretot Instagram, els ha servit, en els tres casos, com a canal per donar-se a conèixer però en cap cas és la fi, el món digital l'usen però no el volen tant, anhel·len la presencialitat. La darrera sessió de ple municipal de l'any centrà bona part del debat en l'aixecament de dues objeccions suspensives emeses per la intervenció municipal i relacionades amb les operacions comptables necessàries per a mantenir la continuïtat dels serveis de bus urbà i neteja, fins que no estiguin adjudicades les licitacions dels mateixos. En el cas dels bus urbà l'Ajuntament ha d'assumir una despesa de 578000€, i en el cas del contracte de neteja caldrà assumir 4,1M€ per a mantenir el servei i els salaris dels treballadors fins al juny del 2026, sense poder garantir que per aleshores el contracte ja estigui adjudicat a la nova empresa. El govern apel·là a la responsabilitat dels grups per donar suport a una mesura obligada per a mantenir ambdos serveis, i l'oposició es mostrà unanimement molt crítica pel fet d'haver d'assumir la responsabilitat d'un retard en la tramitació de les licitacions que consideren fruit de la mala gestió del govern.
