Giving you the update on who is already qualified and who should get the remaining spots. The rematches I DO NOT want to see. Please don't give Drew McIntyre vs Bobby Lashley or Bianca Belair vs Bayley unless you are going to change the title. I don't care to see another 20 minute loss for Drew or Bayley. Please find a decent story for Roman. Oh, I forgot that you want to have John Cena at SummerSlam, so you should build that up. Just pick a jobber for 6 weeks to do the a stupid story then switch to Cena. We'll look at two of Bach's cantatas for soprano soloist: BWV 199, “My Heart Swims in Blood,” and BWV 52, “False World, I Do Not trust you.”

Do you desire to see God? It is an interesting question. I think a legitimate answer can be NO. I DO NOT want to see God. I could be afraid of what I might see. Probably, this reveals our sinfulness and humanity and limitations. Probably the "right" answer is YES, I do want to see God. To know HIM is to LOVE Him. What is there not to like abut God?Phillip asks Jesus to just "show us the Father and it is enough". He's right. If we could really see God, it would be a great day's experience. Jesus then explains that the Father dwells in the Son, works in the Son, and His Words are in the Son. It is Jesus that makes the Father known. So we ask for access. Show us Yourself Father. Help us desire this revelation. Help us to want to see You. Grow our desire to be satisfied in our vision of You. And then, of course, in the light of the teaching of this passage, give us an unfettered education by Jesus. May we obtain our new yearning by knowing Jesus' works, words, and ways. Please consider with me today whether you desire to see God. Share this podcast.

Episode 163…Taking you back to 2/16/2010 – My Mom, Connie Rempe, was a guest at that time and did her monthly appearance entitled “Connie’s Recipe Corner”, which was a thing back in the day. That segment consisted of a full meal including an appetizer, main dish and desert. On deck for this segment was a Buffalo chicken Dip app recipe, a bow tie pasta with roasted red pepper sauce main dish recipe and rounding it out with a desert recipe called “Next best thing to George Clooney”...whatever that is...Because this episode was from 11 years ago...I DO NOT have the recipes for this one...so...pay attention to the words this time...and write it down! Also, let me remind you, if there is a segment or a guest that you have a special feeling towards, email Jon a request and he will do his best to meet your expectation! Do you and your spouse speak the same love language? My husband, Ryan, and I DO NOT. I am a words of affirmation girl, through and through. Ryan, on the other hand, is a man of few words. He craves quality time. When we were dating, we were smitten and of course went above and beyond to speak each other’s love language. He wrote me love letters, and I relished in spending quality time with him on our date nights and every moment I could possibly find. One of my fond memories from that time is going for nightly jogs together under the stars of our college town. It was kind of a perfect balance for our needs because it was quality time together to suit Ryan, but he also had to do all the talking because I couldn't breathe while trying to keep up with him. So he talked to me and filled my cup, and I spent time with him and filled his cup I recently said to Ryan, “I feel bad about how much I've changed since we got married. You thought you were marrying a girl who was really active and into exercising with you. And that is not at all the way it's turned out.” He thought about that for a second and then he shrugged and said, “Eh, it's okay. When we were dating, you thought I was good at words of affirmation. And when was the last time I wrote you a love letter?” So it turns out that we both pulled the bait and switch on each other. Can any of you relate? Marriage is so different from dating and the ways that we speak love to our partner may change as we change and as our life responsibilities change. It can be easy to take each other for granted or even to resent our spouse for the ways that we perceive them as falling short of the “ideal” that we had in our mind when we were dating. As we head into the month of February, I thought I would pull this episode from the archives and re-air it because it’s one of my favorites that I hope might help all of us to see our partner with more grateful eyes. -Three Takeaways- Notice your partner’s unique expressions of love. Have “eyes to see and ears to hear” and don't just take for granted the things that they always do that come naturally to them. Teach your partner how to love you well, without the expectation that they will do it perfectly. Thank them when they get it just right, or model it for them in a way that's replicable. Remember, the only person that you can change is yourself. Choose to see the best in your spouse and forgive their shortcomings, whenever possible. -Links Mentioned- Online marriage counseling: http://www.betterhelp.com/3in30 (betterhelp.com/3in30) https://www.5lovelanguages.com/ (5 Love Languages) by Gary Chapman https://shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=1550891&u=2088177&m=96687&urllink=&afftrack=0 (Loom Connection Journals) -Related Episodes- https://3in30podcast.com/captivate-podcast/love-language/ (Episode 018: Simple Ways to Speak Your Partner’s Love Language // Celeste Davis) https://3in30podcast.com/captivate-podcast/sex/ (Episode 058: What Happened to My Sex Drive, and What Can I Do to Get It Back? // Dr. Jennifer Finlayson-Fife) https://3in30podcast.com/captivate-podcast/family-valentines/ (Episode 065: 3 Easy Valentines Traditions for the Whole Family // Sarah McKenna) -Sponsor- Many thanks to this month’s podcast sponsor, Tubby Todd Bath Co! Greg and I get together after a a short break to talk (or scream, in my case) about how the year 2021 hasn’t really started yet, and how the 70s produced the worst decade of music in human history, even if the 70s (the decade) was only two years long. We actually get to Husker talk as we discuss what the return of JoJo Domann and Cam Taylor-Britt mean to the Nebraska football team. We discuss the pros and cons of the transfer portal and the national title game between Ohio State and Alabama. Greg dyes his hair. I do too. (I DO NOT! - GM) Learn more about your ad choices. SUPPORT ME ON PATREON WATCH MUSIC is not a GENRE VIDEOS and MORE When you're in high school, you're looking for two wildly divergent things. First, you're looking to belong. That's different for everyone – and as the practically-a-documentary The Breakfast Club taught us, where you belong can be entirely up to you. The point is finding like-minded people one way or another, so you're not a total outcast or adrift on a sea of isolation. Second, you're looking for your identity. You want to know who you really are, and how deeply that's driven is based on so many factors, not the least of which is how comfortable you are with the truth. I DO NOT have a deep nostalgia for any of my school years. So many great things happened, and I'm grateful for the people who still mean something to me, but I have no desire to revisit any year prior to college. What I DO have a nostalgia for is the music, and how & why I was into it. Agent Orange was one of SEVERAL artists my great friend Mike Smith (not his real name … actually it's totally his real name) got me into, along with U2, Violent Femmes, Husker Du, even Bowie. Mike and the music we listened to served BOTH of the above purposes: he & they gave me a sense of belonging, of not being alone in my quirky & edgy & soft & eclectic tastes; and they also helped me to define all those individualistic qualities for myself. I was an academic star & music/theater performer on the surface, but deep down I was a rage-filled, confused, anti-social, sex-crazed teen, trying so hard to both acknowledge and suppress all that all at once. It sucked – thus why I don't care to revisit the era. But as with SO MANY eras, the music that comforted and defined and saved me will always be precious. Oh yeah, so the actual music. They were one of the first surf punk bands, straight out of Southern Cal. Their name shows how early they formed (1979), as the Viet Nam War was still a HUGE presence at the time. Surf punk is still a vibrant thing in 2020 (Wavves anyone?), and a whole bunch of non-punk bands have incorporated it into their shite as well. To be able to combine the bright ebullience of surf rock with the dark power of punk is a great thing, and again up my alley because of the chiaroscuro-ness of it. I've done a good handful of songs like this, but the OBVIOUS CHOICE for this week's Nick/REC song is an ACTUAL AGENT ORANGE COVER. From this here album, the breakout hit “In Your Dreams Tonight”. I took it in a shoegaze downbeat emo direction, cuz ain't no reason to recreate an absolute classic: REC - “In Your Dreams Tonight” (from the album Syzygy for the Weird) Other than that track and “It's In Your Head”, I can't begin to pick favorites. The whole album works for me. Do you have any experience with surf punk or earlier surf rock or Cali music or punk of any kind? Or what was the music that helped get you through high school or some other tough time in your life? Discuss dammit! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/nick-dematteo/support

Today I’m picking up where we left off on the Gut-Skin Connection. If you missed part one, be sure to check that out! Last week I talked about how the gut and skin are linked, the different mechanisms that link them and why a healthy diet for your gut is also a healthy diet for your skin. This week I continue the conversation and discuss leaky gut, specific skin conditions, how they often manifest and important things to consider for them. This episode is definitely for you or someone you know if you’ve been suffering from a common skin condition like rosacea, acne, eczema, keratosis pilaris or psoriasis. I also talk about histamines and candida, and weave information throughout this episode that’s really important to hear from a holistic perspective. PROPHECY HOUR: HAS THE CHURCH LOST IT’S SALT Pastor Carl Gallups http://www.carlgallups.com/ From pastor Carl Gallups We are forever getting new followers on Facebook and new listeners to Freedom Friday - so it's only fair for the newest ones to know exactly who I am and where I stand on very important issues of our day. The following should prove useful in this regard: First and foremost - I am an ambassador for Jesus Christ. I am a former Florida law enforcement officer who was gloriously saved by the grace of Jesus. I am unashamed to speak that truth and declare the Word of God and the Name of Jesus. I'm not obnoxious about it, nor do I pressure or manipulate people to "believe" as I do. I am just passionate about my relationship with the Lord and love to speak about the things of God with anyone who truly wants to delve in the contextual truth of God's Word. Second, I'm an INVOLVED pastor. Not only in direct kingdom work, ministries and international missions endeavors - but also in the political environment of our own times (like Jesus, Paul, Peter, John, Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah ... oh well, you get the point). I do not apologize for it. I believe a Christian is sorely missing a huge part of their purpose in life, especially if they completely check out of the process of influencing their surrounding culture in every potential way that they can. We are to be the salt and light in the midst of the world. A lost world will act like a lost world - but God's people are called by Jesus himself to be the salt and light to a dark and rotting world. Shame on us, if we don't engage the culture with truth, love, the Gospel, and direct intervention when possible. I opened Trump's very first national rally in Pensacola, FL in March 2016. I went all over Christian TV and begged God's people to vote for him over Hillary. I was reported about on Fox News Business Report for doing so (in a positive way, believe it or not). I do not think Donald Trump is the savior of America or an angel from Heaven - but I do believe that God is using him - for many things (I'll talk more about that on this channel in future posts - some of it may surprise you). I cannot even imagine a United States under Hillary or Joe. Third - while admitting that America, like any other nation of the world, has a lot to be ashamed of from its past - and even (especially) in its current day - I am UNASHAMED of our biblical foundation as a nation and the prosperity, freedom, and power that the Lord of Heaven has poured out upon us. We will soon lose it all if the church keeps "losing its saltiness." I am working hard to do my little part in preserving our constitutional republic for our children and grandchildren and for the Gospel's sake. I am not ashamed to salute our flag, stand for the National Anthem, and shed a tear when I do either of them. BUT - I kneel for no one - except Jesus Christ. Fourth - I am prolife - radical prolife. I'll care about turtle eggs and eagle's nests when our SCOTUS cares about life in the human womb. I am Pro-constitution (1st and 2nd amendments are especially dear to me.) I am also Pro-one man/one woman marriage. Pro-female and male gender only. Pro womanhood, manhood, and childhood. Pro family, home, marriage and community. I legally carry a concealed firearm almost everywhere I go - even in the pulpit. Not ashamed of it. Not going to apologize for it. If you have a problem with this concept read Nehemiah. They "carried" WHILE they were doing the Lord's work. In fact, it was required. I don't judge anyone who doesn't carry. Just don't tell me that "I shouldn't." (I'll love you anyway, even if you do!). Fifth - I am not a racist by any definition. My entire life bears this out. You'll not find a single verifiable instance of pure racism in my life - and I've led a very public life for over 40 years. I don't apologize to anyone for it. It's the biblical stance to take. However, I firmly believe that ALL LIVES truly do MATTER, above and beyond ANY single racial group. This truth is the central message of the entire Bible and Gospel declaration! However, I DO NOT support BLM.inc. They are communist, racist, pro-radical gay agenda. They say it on their website. I will never support them or their anti-Christ cause. Nor am I a "homophobe." People who are very dear to me (in my own family, connected to our church family, and friends in the community around me) are "homosexual." I love them, and I am immensely decent to them, but do not support the homosexual lifestyle and especially the radical church-hating and marriage hating agenda. I love them enough to lovingly and thoroughly answer their questions about what the word of God really says about the issue. I can separate the one who is in sin (and love them dearly) from the sin itself. I am smart enough and spirit-filled enough to do that. I make no apologies for my stance in this area. Sixth - WE DID NOT SHUT DOWN OUR CHURCH during Covid. Almost EVERY church of EVERY denomination around us shut down. We took tremendous heat and ridicule for it. Especially on social media. (Little did these people know that they were fulfilling a last-days prophecy from Jesus himself - "Brother and sister will turn against brother and sister. They will hand you over to the authorities"). But, we took thoughtful medical and procedural precautions, giving careful and judicious instruction. We never "required" masks or "social distancing." Nor did we pressure or ridicule anyone who did not come, or anyone who wore a mask, etc. We treat adults like adults and not "wards" of the "church." We are not a cult. We are a spirit-filled, Jesus exalting, Word of God preaching church. We held worship services wherein we prayed and read scripture over our church, agreeing together to give Jesus the glory for keeping us safe and healthy as a congregation during the height of the global panic. Just as the early church did, and for the last 2,000 years - until 2020. We have many hundreds in attendance every single Lord's Day. For the entire 11 months of the COVID panic we worshipped and live streamed and did MISSIONS all over the Gulf Coast area. What have been the results? Perfectly healthy! NO ONE who was regularly attending our services went to the hospital, were put on a respirator, or died. NO ONE. Less than 10 actually were diagnosed with COVID from among us (their work required the testing). Of those, only 3 or 4 got sick enough to stay home. I am located in West Boylston MA 1- I just planted a crepe myrtle outside in somewhat of a protected area and it is flowering and doing well. I know it's not really for my zone but decided I would give it a try. I understand if I take care of it with mulch and TLC it could possibly survive. Your thoughts/suggestions? 2- I also have a lily of the Nile (agapanthus) in a pot and it is doing GREAT, it has the most beautiful flower(only one). I know it's a tender perennial and will need to be taken in for the winter. Should I take it out of pot and put in paper bag with peat moss in the cellar near the bulk head or should I leave it in the pot? I know I will need to water monthly. I also have one in the garden and what is best to bring that in for the winter. This one did not flower but the leaves are really green and look healthy. You will see when you scroll down a bit and look at the part about agapanthus. You can spray the plant with a hose and inspect it for bugs. You will likely have soil gnats no matter what you do. If there is one thing that holds the most power over your success, you can bet that it comes down to your beliefs. Before you even have the opportunity to consciously process the reason behind your actions, and the results those actions put in play, your beliefs are at work determining whether you are headed toward success or disaster. There are literally tens of thousands of actions you take daily (some consciously, most unconsciously), but do you know how those actions are affecting your success? You can probably think of at least one action that you have taken in the past that didn't necessarily deliver the results you desired. With conscious awareness, you have the ability to examine and identify what went wrong, and what you could change to bring about a different result next time. This is an example of conscious awareness. But what about all those times you make unconscious decisions that bring about undesired results. How do you stop them from occurring? Let's explore 6 tips for helping you master your beliefs and head for success. Tip #1 You are only as successful as your beliefs Are your beliefs supporting your success? The most definitive way to know whether your beliefs are leading to success or disaster is to examine what you say to yourself. Do you typically think to yourself that you will be successful or that there's no use in trying, because it will never work. The nature of your belief system – positive or negative – will be the single greatest determining factor in your success, so you had better start thinking success. When the negative talk starts swirling in your head, just cancel it out – sweep it out – delete it. Focus on the positive (and what you really want) and remember that your success is completely dependent upon you and you alone. Although you can allow talk from those around you to negatively affect your progress, no one can prevent you from achieving your goals. The determining factor is always and only your ability to hold true to your belief in yourself. There is always a way, so take a “no-excuses” approach to achieving your goals and you will achieve them. The way isn't necessarily apparent, and if you feel like you've hit a roadblock - get creative. You'd be surprised how you can come up with some creative and effective solutions when you think outside the box. The idea is to maintain an element of creativity when coming up with solutions, so you are constantly expanding your belief system. Tip #2 Take ownership of your life Are you the driver or passenger in your life? Don't think for a second that sitting in the passenger seat is going to get you where you want to be. If you want to be successful, you have to make plans, take action and commit to achieving your goals. Surrendering the wheel to the “luck of life” will not give you peace of mind, but it will mean you're in for a rough ride. When you give up control, you are at the mercy of whatever life throws at you, and you will most likely get everything you do not want. Success only comes from those who drive their own life. Don't just take things for granted. Create a game plan and focus on what you can control. YOU and your actions! Tip #3 Are you a victim or a master? There is one solid rule you can count on: successful entrepreneurs never think of themselves as victims. This is the major factor that separates the wealthy from the poor. The wealthy understand they are 100% responsible for their reality, making them masters of accountability. When there is no one to blame, there is no finger to point, and therefore, no crime. With no crime, there cannot be a victim. Period. There is something magical that happens when you take 100% responsibility for your own success – and that is a feeling of freedom. You are your own entity and you control your own destiny; it all starts with your beliefs. Tip #4 Consider the results if you do or don't take action Becoming a conscious action taker takes some practice, if you're not used to understanding how your beliefs shape your success or disaster. It may seem a bit daunting at first, but once you learn how to look ahead, you'll be able to process decisions with greater accuracy. Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle of it. On one side, write this question, what are the possible outcomes, results, and benefits if I take action? On the other side, write, what are the possible outcomes, results, and benefits if I DO NOT take action? From that list, circle the results that you most desire and you'll have the right action to take. Tip #5 Listen to your gut This is a tip that is too often overlooked. You would be surprised at how many successful entrepreneurs admit that they went on nothing more than a “hunch” and ended up hitting it out of the park. While this kind of instant success rarely happens, your gut can be more right than your head, in many situations. Approach decisions with an awareness of how you feel about them. Do you get a “bad feeling”? Do you get butterflies from your excitement? Stick to decisions that feel “good” and stay away from the ones that make you feel “bad.” When you expand your belief system, you expand your success. In addition, when you learn to make decisions based on your awareness of wealth and success, your beliefs will shape your success in the way you want it. Today's episode is going to be a bit different, and not for those easily offended...I narrate you through the typical day of a #Basic gym girl. I tell this tale, because these are things that I DO NOT want you to do in the gym, as a woman. Some of the things that I mention have their time and place in the fitness setting. Even I do a good chunk of these things at some point or another. But being "cute" and #basic should not be confused with being MISLEADING to the public, or trying to make money off of your god genetics. So, sit back, relax. Grab your caffeinated beverage of choice, and enjoy today's (funny) tale on The Tea with Tina podcast.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Liked the podcast? We need to stop trying to rush everything. I do have a goal and teach optimizing and getting faster at cleaning. However, I DO NOT rush the marketing and new client process. I take a lot of time to connect with potential clients. This pays off as I understand the trust building process. I have a few examples from this week in my own solo cleaning business. Let me paint the picture first. I was gone all day cleaning houses. While I cleaned, two messages came through for cleaning inquiries. I could have answered them, but it would hurt my optimizing times as the distraction would cause me to lose momentum. Plus, I wouldn't be on top of my game to give full attention to the prospects. I took voicemails. When I got home, I stayed in my car for 45 minutes. My wife and kids wanted me to come in and see them. Teresa didn't know why I was sitting in my car for so long, but she gave me the space. I was making an investment. During this 45 minutes, I returned 2 phone calls and took my time. One found me highly recommended on the HVL Moms group. She wants 1-time cleaning and recurring. I answered all of her questions as she's never had service before. My advise was to interview companies and ask these questions: Do you have $2M of General Liability? Are you state and tax compliant? What is your COVID protocol? What is your knowledge and expertise with disinfecting? She called back the next day and hired me for the 1-time job and likely the recurring. The second call was referred by Berkshire Hathaway as a 1-time renter-ready cleaning. I gave a ballpark of $250-$500. This prospect was very interested and could hire me.Take your time with your trust-building and client on-boarding process. This will accomplish some vital wins for you. You will attract the right clients that will pay your prices. Over the long haul, this will set your solo cleaning business up for success in optimization. Look my own business forming up. I am averaging $175 per visit per house and the national average is $125! My clients hire me once and keep me a long time. They are grateful, pay on time, and turn into good friends. That's what I wanted. What about you? Slow down with your phone calls and explain what you do, why you do it, when you can do it, and how much it will cost them. In these two examples, I answered all of their questions including price. Plus, I built trust with both by equipping them on what questions to ask other cleaners they interview. Ultimately, this lead Meghann to hiring me for a 1-time cleaning for $250 and will likely turn into a recurring client worth $2,500 - $5,000 per year. Was the 45 minutes of slowing down worth it? You be the judge.Let me hit some other highlights from my last two weeks building my new solo business. First of all, it's super cool to be attending my networking meetings in person again. At my MCBA group, I shared my overview of cleaning in a post-COVID world. Plus, I connected with fellow member Mike Thompson of Envoy Mortgage who hired me for biweekly cleaning. We confirmed our first cleaning for the end of the week. I showed up on Friday and impressed him! He asked how I got the metal sink so clean and my answer was simple. "It's all cleaning science!" This is my fourth biweekly house! At the BIB meeting, I was given the opportunity to do a short showcase on my business. I shared the TACT model of cleaning, which stands for Temperature, Agitation, Chemistry, and Time. I taught how to clean. It raised my level of cleaning in the group as I taught this.Read the rest of this article at the Solo Cleaning School website

How Important Is It To Meditate? I want to preface this by saying meditation is NOT something I’m an expert in. I have some experience doing it and feeling the benefits, but I DO NOT want you to think I’m a guru. I respect the practice of it too much to give off that vibe. For me, meditation is not about silencing my mind. I think that’s impossible. Rather, it’s a time for me to acknowledge the thoughts I have, and come to terms with them. Accept them, and either move on from them, or NURTURE them. Anything that either doesn’t serve me, or is negative I will acknowledge and let go. Any thought that does serve me, I hold on to it, and nurture it. How often do I meditate? Not often enough. That’s something I need to be more disciplined with. It’s more important than most things I do in life. I heard a quote about meditation that really stuck with me: “You should meditate for 20 minutes a day unless you don’t have time. Then you should meditate for an hour a day.” Make time to understand yourself. If you can’t understand yourself then you can’t really live. *NEW SINGLE* Do Me Wrong https://ffm.to/domewrong Youtube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcPECB5Nja8oWDqVz8kSmFg?view_as=subscriber Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/leezythegifted/ Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/artist/4GX0VR7K1JRRBBkHGzshJA?si=2TMsJfzqQ9Sety6ZvWRGnQ --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/musicmasterypodcast/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/musicmasterypodcast/support

Episode 107: I break my silence on the killings of George Floyd and Rayshard Brooks and the systemic racism that needs to be addressed in our country. I believe the notion of "All Lives Matter" is redundant and misses the point. I DO NOT know what it is like to live as a black man or black woman in America. Like all people, I need to listen and educate myself to help address and eliminate racial inequality in our country. I feel I owe it to myself and you to talk about these issues.

Tip #2 Take ownership of your life Are you the driver or passenger in your life? Don’t think for a second that sitting in the passenger seat is going to get you where you want to be. If you want to be successful, you have to make plans, take action and commit to achieving your goals. Surrendering the wheel to the “luck of life” will not give you peace of mind, but it will mean you’re in for a rough ride. When you give up control, you are at the mercy of whatever life throws at you, and you will most likely get everything you do not want. Success only comes from those who drive their own life. Don’t just take things for granted. Tip #4 Consider the results if you do or don’t take action Becoming a conscious action taker takes some practice, if you’re not used to understanding how your beliefs shape your success or disaster. It may seem a bit daunting at first, but once you learn how to look ahead, you’ll be able to process decisions with greater accuracy. Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the middle of it. On one side, write this question, what are the possible outcomes, results, and benefits if I take action? On the other side, write, what are the possible outcomes, results, and benefits if I DO NOT take action? From that list, circle the results that you most desire and you’ll have the right action to take. In episode 109, I talk about something that really riles me up – the rise of the online course junkie epidemic. As I share in this episode, I DO NOT think that online courses are the Holy Grail – especially for coaches, consultants, learning and development professionals, and thought leaders. I understand that you are likely wondering if you need (or your company needs) to adjust your business model to bring more bucks in right now – and for the foreseeable future as the economy unquestionably continues to take some hits. Instead, I want you to instead think about prioritizing what is near the top of your value ladder – and that’s rarely online courses. And, in this episode, I show you exactly how to do reorient your energy and business planning on what matters most. We jam on: Why my first online course launch left me broke and ugly crying on the floor of my closet – and how it gave me the kick in the pants I needed to shift from “online course junkie” to “high-ticket coaching proselytizer” How most coaches/consultants get it wrong when they think their audiences want them to create online courses How to create high-ticket coaching offerings that give you more net revenue and time freedom The Triangle of Impact™ - I walk you through an exercise that will allow you to marry your zone of genius with the right audience and structures for delivery In This Episode: How a Facebook post made me mad [ 2:00 ] Why my first online course left me broke and ugly crying [ 7:00 ] How I have more free time when I focus on coaching [ 11:45 ] About The Triangle of Impact™ [ 13:45 ] What are the different ways to package our zone of genius? If you are showing people how to develop a new skill and there are creative choices people need to make as they execute that skill (and they need personalized feedback to be successful), you should not do it as an online course. And if you are showing people how to develop a new skill – one that is likely to trigger resistance or outright self-sabotage then… you’re a smart cookie, you know where this is going. I see cuffing season has ended and yall are still confused. We are in quarantine. There is no reason anybody should be telling yall they don't have time. Unless they are blessed to still have their job THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING. A lot of people who thought they were "the only one" are finding out otherwise. We scoff at anyone who says they are in a POLY relationship. YET...when you are dating and LYING about it that is what we are doing...SHARING. Please do not think I am with it, I am not. BUT I have been on the side, in the middle, the main, the wife, the dummy and the last man standing. Usually to the same man. Hence why I DO NOT believe in side chicks. I only acknowledge mistress. The wife is on paper. Your relationship isn't. Do better. Here are the rules.
Mini Series-Prologue Hello everyone, How are you doing? I hope you are having a good time being quarantined. I am grateful for this chance to share a series of small episodes to you. I Do Not own the copy right, I am just using this chance to promote the books and the series and think you would enjoy this immensely. These episodes will be short around like 5-11 minutes. I hope that you enjoy these readings. Please make some good choices.

In last week’s podcast, I answered the question people ask me all the time, “Is it okay to have expectations?” I came up with 6 expectations that are reasonable to have in a partnership. But it’s also important for us to discuss when it’s not okay or when it’s a bad idea to have expectations. I came up with 8 big ones that I DO NOT recommend. The biggest one is expecting someone else to live according to your values. Ouch. People do this one all the time, including me! Doah! Check out this week’s podcast to hear the other 7. A Phil Svitek Podcast - A Series From Your 360 Creative Coach
This vlog WAS supposed to be dedicated to discussing how I finalize my first feature film... BUT instead it's about how a personal matter came up last week that really affected me and I needed to deal with it. Now, if you're just reading this, I DO NOT reveal what the issue was. Sorry for those looking for gossip. Instead I talk about how it affected me and what strategies I did to resolve it. It was a nice reminder of why it's imperative to master mental fortitude. At the end of the episode though, I do offer a small update on the film though. If you have any questions, thoughts, etc don't hesitate to write. For more of my lessons/tips/etc subscribe/follow on social media @PhilSvitek.

Do ghosts like listening to our podcast? One listener thinks so and has compelling evidence that we may not only popular with the living but the dead as well! They write: “Then suddenly, in the middle of the exchange, my cell phone lit up and YOUR show, Real Ghost Stories Online, randomly started playing! Now I have an iPhone. However, I DO NOT have Siri set up. No one mentioned the name of your show, no one said “Hey Siri,” there was no reason for the podcast to start playing. My husband got freaked out and said he was going to get rid of the antique trunk we bought at an antique fair, to hold all my books because we have been having small strange things happen since We bought it, but I refuse to get rid of it, because where else will my books go?! Part of me, the very nervous part of me, thinks it may have something to do with me currently reading “House of Darkness; House of Light” by Andrea Perron. Part of me feels like by reading it, I’m inviting the evil entities to me. The logical part of my brain knows that that can’t be true, but the paranormal loving and fearing side of my brain says that that is the reason. The other happenings are; my knowing that I had turned the a/c on for my dog before leaving for work and having my husband tell me it was off when he got home.” To hear more real ghost stories, become a supporter of our show and get every episode, including our weekly bonus episodes at http://www.ghostpodcast.com or http://www.patreon.com/realghoststories Listen to more at http://www.realghoststoriesonline.com/is-our-podcast-haunted/ If you have a real ghost story or supernatural event to report, please write into our show or call 1-855-853-4802!
