It's quite an easy topic. One you can just jump into and you never feel underwhelmed. Except, talking about love is the exact opposite. In this week's episode, we're tackling the messiness and complexities of love because everyone seems to have their own definition and questions. But what if love isn't the answer to one big question, rather an answer to thousands of small ones?
Don't let pride end what is and always was meant to be.
Questions about love? Inka Magnaye co-hosts this episode and joins us in answering these questions: 1. Is love worth risking your friendship with a barkada? 2. For the modern times, how do you know it’s already love? 3. When can love be dangerous? 4. What if your partner doesn’t believe in marriage, but you wanna get married. 5. How do I know the person is sincere or just wants to use me? 6. Is there really such a thing as falling out of love? Or maybe you just never really loved the person in the first place? 7. What’s your take about LDR, and some tips to make it last long? All that on this week's episode of On Call! Follow us also online!

This week Brennen gives the do’s and don’t for romancing your dream home this Valentines day. Hello lovely listeners! With Valentine's Day just around the corner we thought this would be a good week to shake up our format. Instead of our usual talk about crown moldings, and market numbers, this week we are a dating show, and we are giving out free couples counseling on how to forge a relationship that lasts a lifetime. Of course we’re talking about the relationship between a house and it’s owner, what else would we be talking about? After all, in order to fill a room with roses first things first you need a room, right? Seriously though, sometimes in life, and house hunting, sometimes you just have a moment where things click and you know, deep in your bones, that this is it, the real thing, the L word. The problem is sometimes that house you love has a full blown case of the crazies and might destroy your life. Not on our watch, listen to these tips and you’ll find yourself settling down with a nice sensible property in the burbs, not running off with some bad boy fantasy who will break your heart when you discover the raccoon colony living under the foyer. As always if you have questions please reach out to us on our various social media accounts, we love to hear from you! And if you have ideas for future episode shakeups please leave them in the comments! Instagram Facebook Twitter Also online at: TheClouseGroup.com Thanks for listening! Only about 18 recordings of this program remain... maybe that is okay... It was on the air in 1947 sort of as a "filler" when a station had to fill about 3 minutes of time. It was identified as a Teen Soap Opera... a "short" Teen Soap Opera between two lovesick southern teenagers who carry on their conversations all over the phone... hence on the line... yes, phone signals used to travel through a wire... some still do! On this track there are two 3 min episodes edited together as Paul brags about how he whipped Butch at the Football Banquet the night before and how his Uncle Joe got drunk again. Peggy tells Paul that her Aunt Prissy is transferring her to a school that she went to in Chattanooga, and Paul is very upset. Also Uncle Joe has been kicked out of the house because of his drinking. It's Love on the Line and more episodes in the Playlist "Peggy and Paul". This TRULY is a different kind of oldies show! :) Thanks for listening.

When we save love in American English, it doesn't fully describe the different states of love. I mean, you can love tacos and wine (see how I snuck the podcast title pieces in there); and you can love your children, your spouse your friends. All using the same word but definitely describing different types of love. Today, I'm talking about self-love and conditional love. I think there's a message in here for you. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/tonyascottwilliams/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonyascottwilliams/support
Today we're meeting another set of musicians from Ann Arbor, Michigan. But their story is a lil different than our previous guests. Meet Andrew and Alicia, one plays the bass, one plays violin and they both survived traumatic brain injuries.
In an economy that got virtually no unemployment, what's the difference between being a leader of choice and being just any other leader that doesn't make any difference at all? The difference is simple: It's LOVE! Listen to this conversation with Steve Farber and Phil Gerbyshak as they talk about why love is just damn good business - and why it can be your best way to stay ahead of your competition. Not romantic love - love as a VERB!

In 1986, Joyce Sims made us all dance and groove to a song with an unmistakeable unshakeable sound, "All In All" She followed that up in 1988 with the smash hit "Come Into My Life". Both songs became instant classics which are still being sampled today! She remade "It's Love that Makes a Woman" and that rendition of the song is the most popular version as it is OUTSTANDING! In 2014 she put out a new CD entitled "Love Song" which is a smooth R&B album that makes you want to fall in love and sway to the rhythm while doing so. We are honored that Ms. Joyce Sims is spending time today on Brunch in the Basement with JaVonne & Terez
