There's also been Desi's having massive picnics in the park, Sach has got news of a new (and bloomin expensive) salad at Pret and all the brown celebs were at Wimbledon! Was it for the tennis or for something else?

Vom Låden und vom Leben Nummer 34 - Drehbuch (...wie immer zum hören und mitlesen oder lesen und mithören, ganz wie ihr wollt) Vom Låden und vom Leben (audiofile #34: Drehbuch) Servus ihr Liem dord draußen, heud is amål widder mei Glosse drå. "Vom Lådn und vom Leben". Na ja, vom Lådn is meisdens ned so viel drin, was ich in derre Kadegorie zum såch hab. A diesmål würd ich des eher nei die annere Richdung neisordier. Leben ehm. Obwohls a Menge Bücher zum Deema gebb dud. Und ned nur des, sondern a Büchli und Comics, wo des im Diddel für du. Es gehd heud nämmlich um des Deema "Drehbuch". Und ja, da hab ich amål nei unnern Webschobb gelinsd und jede Menge Dreffer gfundn. An Manga vo Hayabusa "Liebe ohne Drehbuch", a boar Grimmis, wie zum Beischbiel "Drehbuch des Todes", a e echds Drehbuch zum Glassigger "Das schweigende Klassenzimmer" von Dietrich Garstka und gloar, jede Menge Sachbücher zur Deorie. Was ich awer verzähl will is a Kino Erlebnis, beziehungsweise a Nachkino-Erlebnis. Ich war mid a boar Leud im Kino. In Würzburch im Zenrdål. Un der Film wår selwer a a Buchumsedzung. Vonnem Buch, wu mir echd alle feiern dun, im Lådn. Des Büchle heisd "Mickey 7 - Der letzte Klon" und der Film "Mickey 17". Wahrdscheins, weil sich a grössere Zahl innem Film besser machd. Gibds middlerweile üwrichns a bei uns im Shobb. Awer zu der Zeid war der ewn noch im Kino. Und wie des hald bei so nen gesellichn Amnd mid Kinno und Freundn so is, simmer danach noch lusdich zammgehoggd und hamm Manöfergriddigg geübd. Ich war der ennziche, wo des Buch kennd had. Ja, ich hab a Freunde, wo ned so viel nein Lådn gehn du und annere Gewohnheidn hamm wie ich. Awer genau des find ich ofd dodål inderessand. Mir alle fandn den Film echd gelungen. Die annern wolldn dann deilweise gleich des Büchle käff und ich fands echd a saugud, OBWOHL ich des Büchle kenn du. Und des is ja manchmal so a Sach. Awer um all des gehds goar ned. S gehd ummen Sadz, denn wo ich zur Diskussion beidråchn hab. Mir war als ennzicher Gridiggbungd die Schdaadsführung, also sozumsach die Regierung a glenns bissle zu üwerzochn sadierisch blöd dargeschdelld. Und ich mein so, dass des in der Oard und Weise wie der Film aufbaud is scho bassd, awer eichndlich durch des üwerzochn doofe fasd aweng unglaubwürdich war. Nacherd sachd enner vo meine Kumbels eefach blos "Drambb". Und ich so. "Verdammd". S is dann noch al lange, lusdiche Runde worrn. Mir ham zum Beischbiel a üwer den Schenkelglobfer-Kuldfilm "Idiocracy" vo 2006 geredd. Damals hamm mir uns verreggd glachd, awer gleichzeidich a gmennd, dass des alles hald ausschlieslich in so ennen Glamaugfilm neibass dud. Heud bin ich mir da nimmer so sicher. Und da sach ich edz eefach blos "Drambb". Ja und in soanne Richdung is nacherd des Gschbräch a abgedrifded und ein Schlachwordd had sich seiddem bei uns durchgesedzd und wird immer wieder zidierd. "Wenn ich des innem Drehbuch vorgsedzd griech würd - und selber a Reschissör wär, nacherd würd ich des gladdwegg ablehn. Unglaubwürdich!" Tja un edz simmer bein echdn Deema. Weil wenn ich den kombledd unglaubwürdichn Mistkack, wo seid dem Amdsandridd von dem "Drambb" gschenn is und gschied, in a Drehbuch neischreib würd und des in der Zeid zurüggschick würd. Von mir aus blos kurz, a boar Jährli, nacherd würd kenner so a Drehbuch käff. Also es sei denn als bodenzielln zwäddn Deil von "Idiocracy" vielleichd. Bei vieln Bloggbasdern aus den ledzden Jahrzehndn hab ich gsåchd, was füra scheiss Drehbuch. Wenn die mir a boar Dollar gebb würd, nacherd würd ich denn gern was bessers schreib. Dass des, was edz in unnerer Realidäd schdattfind dud, neddamål füren Schlefaz reich würd, is derård unglaublich, dass mir eefach blos die Wordde fehln. Erinnerts ihr euch noch an "Zurück in die Zukunft"? Da wird der Mardi dreisich Joar in der Vergangenheid gfråchd, wer Bräsidend sei. Und der muss nacherd die Andword gebb, Ronald Reagan. Was zu dem Brüller führd: "Was der Schauspieler?".

Zehn Jahre ist es her, dass sich in Hamburg eine riesige Hilfsaktion formte, geboren aus einer Notlage – und mitgetragen von einem beeindruckenden Gemeinschaftsgefühl. Arnd Boekhoff erinnert sich an die Anfänge von Hanseatic Help. "Das war schon ein spezieller Moment", erzählt Boekhoff im Gespräch. "Auf dem Höhepunkt der Flüchtlingskrise wusste ich auch nicht so richtig, was ich jetzt tun kann. Ich wohnte damals im Karoviertel, nicht weit von den Messehallen, und dachte: Vielleicht bringe ich erstmal ein paar Klamotten rüber." Was als spontane Geste begann, wurde rasch Teil einer Bewegung. Die Hamburger Messehallen - mit ihren 7.500 Quadratmetern - wurden zum Dreh- und Angelpunkt bürgerschaftlicher Hilfe. "Das war so ein Möglichkeitsraum. So viele Leute kamen zusammen, plötzlich war da diese riesige Energie: Kleidung sortieren, logistische Strukturen aufbauen, die Sachen nach Kategorien aufteilen - Männer, Frauen, Hygiene, Kinder... Nach sechs Wochen war die Halle voll. Millionen Sachspenden, Tausende Helfer jeden Tag. Das war irre." Boekhoff war mittendrin. Aus einer Facebook-Gruppe wurde ein Netzwerk, aus improvisierter Hilfe ein eingetragener Verein - Hanseatic Help. Das Motto: Einfach machen. "Wir waren so schnell so groß, dass wir bald nicht mehr nur selbst verteilt haben. Andere Organisationen kamen zu uns, holten Spenden ab oder wir brachten sie in die Unterkünfte. Später gingen dann auch internationale Hilfstransporte los." Doch die Entwicklung brachte auch Herausforderungen mit sich. Die schiere Menge an Sach- und Geldspenden machte schnell klar: Es braucht Struktur. "Leute kamen mit Umschlägen voller Geld. Irgendwann dachten wir, bevor wir hier als Schwarzgeldschleuse gelten, brauchen wir eine offizielle Struktur. Arnd Boekhoff erzählt außerdem von seiner Tätigkeit als Vorstand für Viva con Agua, seinem Studentenjob als Mitarbeiter eines Callcenters und verrät, warum er so gerne in Wilhelmsburg lebt.

Der Einmalbeitrag kann zwischen 20.000 und 500.000 EUR betragen. KI in der Dienstleistungsbranche: viel Einsatz, wenig Absicherung Laut einer aktuellen Umfrage von Hiscox setzen 54 % der deutschen Dienstleistungsunternehmen bereits regelmäßig Künstliche Intelligenz ein. Die Police kombiniert Kapitalaufbau mit früher Absicherung biometrischer Risiken – etwa über den neuen Baustein Startklar Plus, der eine spätere Umwandlung in eine Grundfähigkeiten- oder BU-Versicherung ermöglicht. Ein Vertragsabschluss ist ab Geburt möglich, auch ohne Unterschrift der Eltern. Das Produkt richtet sich gezielt an Eltern, Großeltern und Paten.

So langsam befindet sich das Schuljahr auf der Zielgeraden, so langsam ist die Landebahn in Sicht. Doch die Studienräte sind Tintenpatronen-Hubschrauber und landen senkrecht auf dem F wie Ferien, weshalb, liebe SV, noch ein bisschen rangeklotzt werden muss. Im Fall der Herren heißt das, Unterrichtsexperimente mit Chat-GPT durchzuführen. Propan-Profi-Pieler experimentiert auch daheim mit seinem Grill, was ihn bartlos zur mündlichen Prüfung verleitet: Epic Fail! Hier könnt ihr auch wieder mitraten: Was habt ihr schon in der Vergangenheit zerdeppert? Was war der größte Sach- und/oder Personenschaden, den ihr an euch oder anderen verursacht habt? Kramt mal in eurer Failgangenheit. Naja und dann sind sich die Herren Pazifisten einig, dass ein Veteranentag irgendwie unnötig ist und was die Top 3 Sommervorteile sind. Außerdem fragt sich Alex, warum es im Pentagon keine Kantine gibt, sondern der Pizza-Index jedes globale Großereignis voraussagt. Was macht eigentlich ein gutes Jump n Run Spiel aus? Das erfahrt ihr dann noch in der Hausaufgabe. Nächste Woche ziehen sich die Herren übrigens trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen mal wieder die warme Decke der Nostalgie über und sprechen mit Marc Hofmann und Klaus Biehler bei Pop und Pubertät über die Ereignisse, Filme und Alben des Jahres 2002. Die laufenden Mindestverzinsungen bei Proxalto (2,6 %) und Entis (3,35 %) wurden deutlich erhöht. Mit der künftigen Eigentümerstruktur sieht sich der Lebensversicherer für weitere Bestandsübernahmen gerüstet. Vorsorgelücke trotz Nachdenklichkeit: Nur 11 % mit Todesfall-Absicherung Laut DELA Vorsorgestudie 2025 denken 74 % der Deutschen über den Tod nach – doch nur 11 % haben eine Risiko- oder Sterbegeldversicherung abgeschlossen. Besonders junge Männer unterschätzen Kosten und Risiken. Makler können hier mit Aufklärung und Beratung punkten. Much like deprescribing, we plan to revisit certain high impact and dynamic topics frequently.  Substance use disorder is one of those complex issues in which clinical practice is changing rapidly.  You can listen to our prior podcasts on substance use disorder here, here, here, and here. Today we talk with experts Janet Ho, Sach Kale, and Julie Childers about opioid use disorder and serious illness.  We address: Why is caring for patients with this overlap so hard?  Inspired by Dani Chammas's paper in Annals of Internal Medicine titled, “Wishing for a no show” we talk about countertransference: start by asking yourself, “Why am I having difficulty? What is making this hard for me?”  Sach Kale set up an outpatient clinic focused on substance use disorder for patients with cancer. Why? How? What do they do? Do you need to be an addiction medicine trained physician to start such a clinic (no: Sach is not).  See Sach's write up about setting up this clinic in JPSM. What is harm reduction and how can we implement it in practice?  One key tenet of harm reduction we return to multiple times on this podcast: Accountability without termination (or, in more familiar language, without abandonment). When to consider bupenorphine vs methadone?  Why the field is moving away from prescribing methadone to bupenorphine; how to manage patients prescribed methadone for opioid use disorder who then develop serious and painful illness - should we/can we split up the once daily dosing to achieve better pain control? Who follows the patient once the cancer goes into remission? Who will prescribe the buprenorphine then?  Or when it progresses - will hospice pay? And so much more: maybe not the oxycodone for breakthrough; when the IV dilaudid is the only thing that works; pill counts and urine drug tests; the 3 Ps approach (pain, pattern, prognosis); stimulant use disorder; a forthcoming VitalTalk section… Thanks to the many questions that came in on social media from listeners in advance of this podcast.  We all have questions.  We addressed as many of your listener questions as we could.
