The Knut is an all-electric aluminum expedition boat, and we have made a podcast with Ben Ruffieux about the innovative boat and how it sank in Greenland.  To my surprise, I saw Ben and the Knut when I arrived in Lorient, France, with the Witness. He has been working hard to weld the boat together in Greenland, sail it without an engine to Lorient, and now is rebuilding the whole boat inside. Og hva er egentlig forventningene man har til hva terapeuten kan gjøre for deg?Noen klienter mangler motivasjon til å legge inn en innsats selv, forteller Marcus.Endring er ekstremt vanskelig, sier Lena og forteller om den første gangen hun opplevde en terapeut som faktisk fikk henne til å gjøre noe med egen situasjon, fremfor å opprettholde problemene uten å ta tak.Det er ikke bare én vei til mål. Vi mennesker er komplekse, vi trenger forskjellige ting. Ut fra temperament, personlighet og historie, så responderer vi på forskjellige ting, forklarer Marcus.Det er viktig å ikke bli for personlig eller privat. Men man vet at en viktig bidragsyter til en god terapi, er relasjonen man klarer skape mellom terapeut og klient.
