Não aconteceu muita coisa no basquete nesta semana, mas trouxemos o pouco que aconteceu para vocês. No cenário nacional, Flamengo fechou amistosos de pré-temporada com clubes espanhóis, enquanto o Vasco vai para o sul fazer os seus amistosos. Será que teremos o Cariocão com 5 ou 6 times este ano? No paulista masculino, alguns jogos agitaram a semana, destaques para os bons jogos de Corinthians contra São Paulo e Pinheiros e Bauru. Tivemos também a terceira vitória do Osasco em bom jogo e uma partida muito abaixo entre São Paulo e Franca. Além disso, tivemos a primeira etapa do 3 x 3 organizado pela NBB. Muito legal e com vitória do São José em cima do Paulistano na final. E também as semis da LDB foram definidas. No Feminino tivemos poucos jogos, mas a seleção brasileira já esta pronta para embarcar pro Sulamericano de basquete. O torneio que vai acontecer no Chile, dará 3 vagas para o AmericupW. A importância do torneio é gigante pois o AmericupW premiará até seis equipes com vagas pro Pré-mundial. A equipe se apresentou mal no qualificatório anterior, mas teve tempo para treinar e se preparar para a Sula. E fica esperto que vai ter transmissão no Youtube e começa já neste final de semana. Na Euro temos movimentações de alguns times, e a entrada do Paris Basket, do nosso Tiago Splitter, para a competição. E claro, a novela Caboclo continuando. Com uma proposta milionária do Hapoel Tel Aviv, Caboclo foi fazer uma última série de treinos no Golden State Warriors como última cartada de retorno a NBA. O que será que vai acontecer? Será que ele consegue uma vaga para jogar a NBA ainda, ou o destino será jogar em Tel Aviv e participar do torneio da FIBA na Europa? O CELLOS, em parceria com o Grupo de Pesquisa “Direito de Saúde LGBT+”, da UFOP, entram em cena desafiando a Lei de BH. Neste vídeo, exploramos a ação judicial que busca declarar inconstitucional a Lei 11.610/23 de Belo Horizonte, que permite que escolas privadas mantidas por igrejas excluam pessoas trans do uso de banheiros conforme sua identidade de gênero. Defensores dos direitos LGBTQIAPN+ argumentam que a lei é discriminatória, enquanto seus apoiadores, fundados em “espantalhos morais” alegam uma pseudo proteção às crianças e fundados na liberdade religiosa.

Nesta semana, um caso de racismo com a filha da atriz Samara Felippo em um colégio particular da zona oeste de São Paulo ganhou destaque e chamou a atenção para a importância de se repensar o ensino a partir de práticas e ensinamentos antirracistas. A atriz abriu boletim de ocorrência por “preconceito de raça ou de cor”, e o caso deve ser investigado pela Polícia Civil.  De acordo com o relato de Samara, a filha mais velha dela, fruto do relacionamento com o ex-jogador de basquete Leandrinho, teve um caderno furtado. O caderno teve folhas arrancadas, e foi encontrado com uma ofensa de cunho racial escrita em uma das páginas. O colégio Vera Cruz, onde ocorreu o caso, informou que as duas alunas identificadas como as autoras da agressão foram suspensas por tempo indeterminado. A atriz reivindica a expulsão das agressoras, já que segundo ela o caso não é isolado e a escola tem conduta omissa diante dos reiterados episódios de preconceito racial. Ao Estadão, a instituição disse que tomou medidas para acolher a aluna vítima da agressão e a família dela. Disse também que desenvolve um projeto relacionado às relações étnico-raciais desde 2019.  Como criar filhos antirracistas? De que maneira a escola pode conduzir esse caso? Expulsar as alunas resolve o problema? Os pais dela devem ser implicados criminalmente? A Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação (LDB) prevê acompanhamento de alunos com transtornos da aprendizagem, como dislexia e déficit de atenção, que atingem de 5 a 15% das crianças em idade escolar. Em entrevista ao Conexão Senado, o senador Confúcio Moura (MDB-RO), relator do  PL 5185/19 , aprovado em abril na Comissão de Educação (CE), diz ser favorável ao projeto que prevê o oferecimento desse atendimento também ao ensino superior. Confúcio considera a mudança necessária e defende a preparação de profissionais no ensino superior para atender às especificidades e limitações desses alunos. Acompanhe.
