Trump is using wartime presidential authority to hand $700 million to coal-fired power plants in the US to prop us what he calls “clean, beautiful coal”, despite it being the dirtiest of fossil fuels. The funds will be used to bring a new coal export terminal online in Oakland, California, and to restart an existing facility in Maryland. That's in addition to plants across 10 states: West Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, Arizona, Oklahoma, North Dakota and Wisconsin. Recorded from lovely Snover on Labor Day.  We cover hot dog eating strategies and go over some things from earlier in the day.  A 9 hole golf course and what is going on with Pedo Island and traffic in Sandusky?  Phil is too fat for the swings at the fair and we go on a huge rant about the fair again.  Bring back a fair for the people!  Scheduling events is tough and Phil is ready to hand it all off.  We have some technical difficulties and have to splice an episode for only the 3rd or 4th time.  We talk more about foam fingers and a port-a-Jon that is wrecked!  It's a nice sit down at the park on a lovely day.  Make good choices!
