To say that Douglas Vermeeren is one of the busiest actors filming roles in feature films in Europe and the USA is an understatement. To keep up with his roles in productions in 2024, let's start with the Western “Unnatural 2,” Douglas plays Lucifer, directed by Whit Whitman and shot in Kentucky in May 2024 for Little Monsters Productions. He then flew to attend the Cannes Film Festival before booking a role as gangster Archie Baker in “Clean Right Hook,” shot in London, UK, in Late May /early June 2024, directed by Sam Purewal for Black Coppice Productions, Then back to the US for “Deadly Endings” shot in New Haven CT in June 2024. Douglas plays Bradley West with filmmaker Richard Harlost. Douglas also found time to shoot the role of Raynard in “Alien Horde,” his second film with Mahal Empire. And if that's not enough, you can see Douglas in Paramount+'s six-episode documentary series “Mafia Spies,” now streaming. Based on the book Mafia Spies: The Inside Story of the CIA, Gangsters, JFK, and Castro. On the film festival circuit, Douglas is proud of two independent feature films, “Jack Knife” and “Tenants,” which are winning awards worldwide. Other roles include starring alongside former WWE star Al Snow in “Homeless for the Holidays.” As Callum in “Bikers Vs. Werewolves” with Robert LaSardo and Michael Pare. As Denver Haywood in “The Boy From Below” with Dee Wallace and Leah Voysey. As Neal in “Skate to Hell” with Eric Roberts, Todd Bridges, Jenna Jameson and Robert Carradine. And Bradley in “Deadly Endings” with Felissa Rose. Want to watch: YouTube Meisterkhan Pod (Please Subscribe)

Robert LaSardo! One of my all-time favorite actors in Hollywood! I am still overwhelmed with this interview because Mr. LaSardo is an incredible and talented actor who has a very impressive resume'... Not to mention the awards that he has won for his past movies. There is no excuse why this paramount actor should not be in a television series or movie, giving his all 110% in every role. His role in Wishmaster 2: Evil Never Dies - Mr. LaSardo portrays an inmate who was falsely accused of a crime he did not commit. Needless to say, the scene where his "lawyer" actually f**ks himself definitely resonates with the rest of the movie. It's a true honor and pleasure to have spoken to him and I will never, ever forget this opportunity. Be sure to check out his movie, "Bloodthirst" (2023) now available on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and Vudu for renting or purchase. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/southjerseyhorror/message

Meet out Guest Storyboard Artist Anthony Sturmas Anthony Sturmas is LA based storyboard concept artist who originally started out his career as a LA Graffiti artist in the early 80's. He was inspired to get into storytelling and comics soon after, and in the late '90s, he received a Marvel Comics Scholarship to The Kubert School, located in Dover, New Jersey. Instead of taking advantage of that scholarship, however, he chose to stay on the West Coast and began knocking on the doors of businesses in Los Angeles and painting murals throughout the city. In 2006 Anthony Sturmas began teaching a pilot program at USC. He received his BFS in Multimedia Animation from The Art Institute of Los Angeles CA, also in 2006, and won a scholarship to the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, where he was formally trained by Marc Stricland. His storyboard mentors are Bill Recinos from 'Ghostbusters' & Douglas Kirk 'DreamWorks”. He has written, produced and directed a music video as well as an animated film called “The Redstorm” by Asturmas Studios. In Los Angeles I have had the honor to work with some of best entertainment companies and film directors, such as Twitch Prime (Amazon), Nickelodeon, ATT, NBC, Sprint, Toyota, the legendary Iggy Pop (Unagi Commercial), and (POTC) Pirates of the Caribbean for Pretty Little Liars, director Steven Kiefer. Other film directors I have worked with in the past, from the movie Sharknado Anthony Ferrante for Hello Hero, The Inhabitant with director Jerren Lauder, Co-Director Ethan Manequis from the classic film “Machete”. “Z Dead End” by director Robert Restro as the senior storyboard artist starring Kane Hodder and Robert LaSardo. Tonight I have the most incredible, talented, beautiful, and intelligent woman I have ever met. World renowned photographer who is known for her dark and edgy imagery, writer, and all around bad ass Justice Howard. I can't even begin to touch on all of the things she has done but here is a peek... Justice has worked with many famous celebs and musicians such as Penn & Teller, Marilyn Manson, Billy Idol, Dave Navarro, Robert Lasardo, Sonny Barger, Dick Dale, Waylon Jennings, Glenn Hetrick and many many more. Her art has graced the covers of multiple magazine covers including Corpsy Rhine's Girls and Corpses Magazine. Her beautiful photography has appeared in over 50 hard cover books and thousands of magazines around the world and even the walls of the Lord Balfour Hotel. Many museum shows and over 65 gallery shows to her credit. She has published five books, one of which is the upcoming book 'Diary of a Hitman' that dives into the true and personal story of an ex hitman. I had the honor of reading this book and understanding what traumatic childhood horrors can make a person turn to the dark side. Justice also worked with Voodoo Queen Bloody Mary in the book 'Justice Howard's: Voodoo' where she used real human remains for her art. Be sure to check out her website! www.justicehoward.com

This week the House of Tortured souls welcomes actor Robert Lasardo to the podcast. Robert will talk about his latest films Anarchy Parlor and working with Tom Sixx on The Human Centipede 3. He will also discuss some upcoming projects. The gang talks with Robert about the constraints of working in Hollywood, or anywhere with tattoos and how as far as it has come, tattoo culture is still far from accepted. We also talk about the current trends of fluff and empty entertainment, or is it really a "current trend". The convo gets a little deep. But we also spend time talking about the King, the late Elvis Presley (wasn.t expecting that, were you?). It's a bit of a long interview, clocking in just over an hour, so there isn't a lot of mindless banter to book end the interview. Count yourself lucky this time!
Actor Robert Lasardo has been seen on CSI, Nip Tuck, General Hospital, and numerous video games, including Scarface. Julie Williams talked to him about what working in video games has meant to him, and what it was like when he was growing up as the “ham” in the family.

Warning: This podcast deals with a movie that has no plot, hammy acting, and a hack script we wouldn't want to wipe our asses with. It's not even funny bad, it's just a boring, miserable watching experience. We want no one to give this film a penny by paying for the rental. We appreciate you listeners enough to tell you this up front - you really don't need to watch this film. And if you want to hear why - join Arnie, Stuart, and Marjorie for this podcast review.
