THE END OF YEAR RITUAL TO FINISH THE YEAR WITH A BANG (Repeat from Ep 143)[00:00:03]Speaker 1: Hey, gorgeous. Welcome to today's episode. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora, founder of Soul Rich Woman and creator of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. On today's episode, I want to talk about the end of your ritual to finish the year with a bang. Now, for most, 2020 and 2021 have been a really rough year.[00:00:30]Speaker 1: No one could have predicted what the last 24 months have thrown at us. If you have made it through physically and emotionally in one piece, congratulations. You are amazing. And even if you haven't, that's okay too. Now, if you have had a good year, despite the obvious, then I want you to celebrate without guilt, without shame, without heartbreaks.[00:00:55]Speaker 1: However, the year has gone, and especially if things didn't go to plan, I recommend this year-end ritual to close out the year. And you have the power to completely change your experience this brand new year that's coming up. We know that when the clock tick tock, tick tock, tick tock over, nothing really magical happens. I mean, it's not Cinderella, right? I mean, it's just another day, like another moment. But I don't know about you, though, it really feels for me like a chance to completely shift things.[00:01:37]Speaker 1: I usually get pretty emotional and go through a decluttering and I would say decluttering journey when I reach the year-end and I move towards the new year because I love the energy of a new year. And this year, more than ever, I'm longing for a calm, health and happiness for all of you, even more and more of you to own and love the F word. So let's end the year with one really simple but profound end of the year ritual. This one has completely changed my life repeatedly. And it doesn't matter how hangover that you have on New Year's Day, OK?[00:02:25]Speaker 1: It's really a simple one to do or to do, even over the next two weeks. Now, this exercise is to make a list of everything, every single thing that you are proud of over the last year. Sounds easy, but trickier than it sounds. First, do this as a partner, OK?[00:02:50]Speaker 1: That's the key. So that you don't chicken out and get shy and say, I don't know, I don't know why I did. What things did I do good? Oh, I don't really do anything amazing. I was just at home working from home most of the time, staying at home, hiding at home. Okay, I know that's going to happen.[00:03:11]Speaker 1: So it's best to do this with someone who really understands you, who really sees you for you and your accomplishments and who will draw out of you, who will draw out all these list of things that you are proud of this year. So take turns asking each other what you're proud of. Start with I'm proud of and least things out. Like learning to live in a lockdown, not killing your partner, staying connected with your family, mastering Zoom, going for a walk wearing masks. Then you can move to business accomplishments.[00:03:53]Speaker 1: Then you can move to your tricky situations that you've dealt with, boundaries you have enforced, goals that you have achieved, personal accomplishments, awards that you have won, anything that you want to acknowledge yourself for. Don't be shy or modest. It's time to really shine a light on everything you have done because you deserve to shine. There is a diamond that is within you and you deserve to shine. And seriously, it's kind of hard to remember everything.[00:04:28]Speaker 1: So here's how to take it to the next level. When your partner simply asks you what else? And then silence. No prompting, no jumping in for their turn. Just ask the next question, what else?[00:04:42]Speaker 1: And wait. Keep asking until you have at least 50, 50 of the items that you are ever proud of for the past year. 50, so there's no like trying to chitchat or trying to look at your phone for social media, looking at your notifications, looking at your WhatsApp? No switch that all off.[00:05:08]Speaker 1: Put that one site, commit 30 minutes to an hour. Just doing this for partner. Remember, keep asking what else? What else? What else?[00:05:17]Speaker 1: Until you have at least 50. So there'll be lots of pauses. You'll want to think about the negatives or the not so nice experience. And when you think you're done, you'll say, okay, I forgot about this one. Just keep asking, what else?[00:05:35]Speaker 1: Now trust me, even after this year, you'll be buzzing at the end of it. So don't give up. The list of accomplishments and things you're proud of is important. But the question what else is extremely important too. You probably get stuck at about the fifth or the 6th things you're proud of because you just don't want to brag.[00:05:59]Speaker 1: You don't want to talk about accomplishments, you discount who you are, you discount your achievements or simply just forgotten or what I call kind of like a denial. You just live life and then just sweep it under the carpet and you don't think that's necessarily an important thing that is important. So did this year really, really suck? I once did this with a friend who thought that she had a bad year until we did this exercise. It took us about 45 minutes and she ended up with 42 things that she was proud of.[00:06:37]Speaker 1: But it took some digging. So that is why the question is so important. Keep asking and don't give up. Recognizing everything you've achieved in this phase of adversity is so good for you. It's awesome to remember everything.[00:06:55]Speaker 1: It's also great to manifest and to acknowledge all your wins, both big and small, so that you can attract even more luck and abundance into the new year. Work on a mix of business and personal as long as you get at least 30 to 50 good things. If you do it by yourself, eventually you run out of steam and move on to something else? Because you have a lot of noise between the two years haha. That's right.[00:07:29]Speaker 1: Noise between the two years of yours. So for best results, you need a partner to hold the space for you and gently ask what else, my dear? What else? As soon as you run out of good things to say about yourself, what else? When you think you haven't done anything good, what else?[00:07:53]Speaker 1: As soon as you think there's nothing else to celebrate, what else? If you tell yourself it was the worst year, what else? When you think you have written everything, what else? By the way, you don't have to do this as a year-end ritual. Number two, it makes you an instant authority. Number three, it gets you speaking engagements. Number four, it has a high perceived value. Number five, you can build trust before selling.(15:04-15:36) So these are the five key mindset pieces that you must have if you are looking to build a brand and business around podcasting, because if you don't have a belief that it instantly changes your status, that it instantly makes you an authority, that it gets you or possibly speaking engagements is high perceived value, or you can build trust before selling. That in itself will make a huge difference in how you approach matters on hand. How do these Five Mindset Change the way you handle Social Media?(16:56-17:13) Remember, the five key beliefs that you must have instantly changed the status it can get you speaking engagements is high perceived value. It can build trust before selling and instantly changes your status and instant authority. So when you have these in mind, then you approach social media differentlyBe The Star in your Podcast Show(16:13-16:55) So when you have a podcast, how do you approach this? You must become the star of your show. You cannot just hide and think that okay, I'm a podcaster. I hide behind that episode cover. I hide behind in that name. No, you got to get out there. So overall, this is what we call this Soul rich women blueprints. And I use this podcasting blueprint technique called Soul Rich Woman Blueprint to help my clients to be seen and to be heard online. Now, when you are the star, you can build your norm-like-trust core. Now, norm-like-trust core is very important, especially when you have a podcast.Consistency is a Must in Podcasting(17:28-17:53) The key thing of why we are successful and how our clients got five-figure sales and being seen as a leader was because they were really over consistentNow consistency seems very elusive when you're looking at stuff. I want to share with you this when you look at consistency, it's not a one-day thing. It's not one day, two days, three weeks. (21:31-21:45) So three things you must have a schedule of consistency. Number two, you really need to engage with your audience when they comment, you must reply to them. Last, but not least really have a targeted message to talk to them.Secrets in Podcasting Effectively.1. Consistency and Batching.(22:18-22:28)  In our platform, we help our podcasters to do four days of recording and to launch one year's worth of content. You can actually do four days of recording to develop one year of content, and we have a template for that. (22:45-22:47) We have a template. We have a process for that to help them to achieve that2. Glowing and LeadingGlowing with your Podcast (22:50-23:18) Look into how you're glowing and leading. Now I want to share with you two beautiful main dream characters or Chinese characters. Now, a lot of people when they start a podcast, will think I'm a leader, right? But I would like to think of it as you are glowing with your podcast shows. The glow, the essence that attracts people to you will be your title, your podcast cover, which later on I will share with you a little bit more.(25:26-25:36) So just by a slight tweak in the imaging in the way, who you want to target, who you want to speak to and how you want to be memorable to the people that you're talking to will determine how you will look on your podcast cover how you approach your podcasting so if you want to look at this by map.Be the Leader in your content(23:19- 23:28) Being a leader in your content. What exactly are you speaking about? So you need to be a charismatic leader. You need to find your own mastery. (25:42- 25:56) When you have a belief that you can be the instant authority, you can be the leader, you change your status, you have hyper seal value, it can develop into a business. And that is what exactly we did for our podcasters.3. Find Your Niche(23:52-24:15) What exactly are you talking to? Who are you targeting? And how can you be memorable to your audience? And this is key, so just a quick few before and after to help you. Dr. John Tan is the Executive care director of Care Singapore and he's also the President of the Youth Work Association. So that was the podcast cover before the image that he was using. But because he speaks to youth when he launches the podcast, he wants to talk to youth. So choosing the right image that speaks to the target audience is important.4. Building Small Agreements(26:28-26:33) You must have small agreements. Don't think in just one podcast episode it will close sales.(26:59-27:29) Just by building up her podcasting on her social media and posting on a fixed schedule, being consistent out there and then engaging with the audience. We also helped Joanne to build her digital products as well. And because people listen to a podcast show, people sign up for her five-figure program as well without any ads. And this was within months as well, within a month. Okay. So if she can do it, so can you.5. Being Memorable(34:45-35:20) Set aside time. Two days, four days is all you need. If you're doing micro podcasting to batch on entire years of content, the second secret is all about being memorable. Being memorable. If you are not memorable, you are forgettable. 106: You're Totally Worth It And Confidently Beautiful - Here's WhyToday I'm doing to share with you that You are totally worth it and confidently beautiful like Miss Universe and Mister Manhunt, or a clean shirt, or a new notebook, or fabulous hair, whatever that you are totally worthy of or confidently beautiful of. Fabulous, Freedom, Financial Independence- whatever that may be to you. It's entirely up to you.You Matter(1:49-2:13) Recently, I read something that Oprah said that struck me. Apparently, rich people will still smell their workout shirts to see if they can wear them again. She realized that she was doing it one day and said to herself, “I deserve to wear a fresh, clean shirt, and I'm worth it.”(2:48-3:12) Now I told this story at my recent workshop, Soul Rich Woman Blueprint because I utterly believe that great success comes down to self-worth. You show other people how to treat you by the way you treat yourself. But also you will need to send a very strong message to the Universe that you deserve more and are ready for more.(3:31-3:39) I just wanna say this, you are worth it, and you deserve whatever you want to create in this world. You matter. (3:43-3:51) I totally believe in not being wasteful, but many women take the whole self-sacrificing way too far.(4:41-4:46) I told myself that I really deserve to have an easy life.(5:01-5:10) So I just wanna tell you that there are some clues that you might be treating yourself like a poor thing or poor person. It's like a poor mindset.(5:41-5:55) Like for example, you are only shopping in thrift stores or what we call like the second-hand stores when other people in your family get newer and nicer clothes or because you feel bad about spending money.(6:03-6:15) Or sometimes you have this thing like you try to do everything yourself, to do something yourself. For example, dyeing your own hair, or tinting your own eyelashes or eyebrows with disastrous results.(6:54-6:59) But you know it just makes you feel different.(7:01-7:11) Perhaps you are already widely successful in one area of your life so you would feel guilty if you were great at any… everything.(7:34-7:59) Well, a lot of women think that when they become the little Miss perfect, they are being arrogant. They think they're bossy. They think that they become unrelatable so they don't go all out. They just choose to function in one F-word for example- Fabulous- and they are poor in Financial Independence. Their marriage is not very amazing as well. (8:00-8:14) But I wanna tell you here, you can have it all. No guilt, no sacrifice required. Just decide that you are worth living an amazing life to be confidently beautiful because you are worth it.(8:15-8:30) However, this starts with you. The Universe isn't going to treat you like a VIP until you do. So celebrate and anchor positive experiences.(8:37-8:49) So really, you see measurable results in the real world when you show self-nourishing action. This is a sign to the Universe that you are ready. (8:58-9:12) Remember it's how it makes you feel. FEEL- the feeling is very important. Remember, good feelings attract good feelings and that's how the law of attraction works. (9:14-9:39) And like I said if you do this you might just attract the new opportunity that will push you to the new path. Well, it's not going to happen outside yourself. In fact, the first step is deciding whether you're worth it, whether you decide to own your F-word, whether you are confidently beautiful and then you'll be proved right every time. Key Takeaways: You are worth it.  You matter. 105: What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up? It's Never Too Late To Find Your Dream JobI'm Genecia Alluora the author of two best-selling books; Make it happen and Personal branding secrets. Former Ms. Singapore, international Cafe Retail chain owner. Southeast Asia Woman of excellence 2010 and International Progressive Woman 2019. I am also the founder of Soul Rich Woman.Today in this episode, I wanna talk about what you want to be when you grow up, and it's never too late to find your dream job. Everyone loves to ask our children that question. Mainly because they will say very interesting things, like a doctor, astronaut, maybe a ballerina, a veterinarian. Of course, children aren't so bothered by the fact that they'll one day need a job that pays the bills or need to have skills that will pay the bills or care about making sensible decisions and choices. They just want to do what makes them happy. What was your burning desire as a child? (3:16-3:31) Most people have a secret dream of what they want to be and to do with their lives. Some are already living it - either as a career or as a hobby. Other's are too scared to even articulate what they want. How do you discover your dream job or your purpose in life?(3:39-3:47) Look for clues. Now, finding your ideal job or purpose is really obvious when you connect the dots when you look back.(3:54-4:14) It's really been a dream for a really long time, or it just fits perfectly with your innate skills and talents. People who find their passion in life say that “Everything just came together.” or “All of my experiences in life has led me to this.” (4:23-4:27) Clues can be found in childhood as well.(4:53-5:08) If you have no idea but you know for sure that you're not doing it because anything about what I'm doing now isn't specific enough for the universe to manifest the right opportunities, people, and resources to help you along the way.(5:15-5:50) First, “What do you love to do?”. Two, “What have you always dreamt about doing with your life?”. Three, “What do other people tell you that you are fantastic and fabulous at?”. Number 4, “What dream courses do you think about taking all the time?”. Number 5, “If you didn't have to worry about taking a pay cut, what about other people thought about you doing with your life? What would you do?”.(5:56-6:04) These are the questions sometimes I ask and talk about on my lectures as well as in my coaching with my clients.  (6:05-6:42) So I would say take the first steps and do it afraid anyway because once you have an inkling and idea of your passion like a light bulb of AHA moments, then you can take some steps towards changing your career or living in your purpose. For example, volunteering, shadowing someone in your chosen field, being an apprentice of Soul Rich Woman, taking it on a side hobby, or completing a course like a Soul Rich Woman Blueprint to get new qualifications. It doesn't matter how old or young are you- time is gonna pass by anyway.(7:13-7:14) Life is really short.(7:17-7:18) You only live once. (8:28-8:51) So I would say, make the change. I know that making drastic changes can be scary, I get it. But it's also liberating. Quitting a horrible job is awesome. Applying for your new dream job is a great step in the right direction, but you have to do something. Otherwise,  you'll stay exactly where you are now.(8:53-9:45) And if you can't afford to make the change, then start to plan how you could ease into a new career without completely derailing your life or cause yourself so much stress. Put aside a bit of money for your program, start changing your spending habits now to anticipate a drop in income, or spare some time outside your current job to move towards your dreams- #Sidehustle. Now, you might be working late nights and weekends for a while, but I guaranty, it will pay off eventually and you will enjoy because it will be entirely for you. Remember this is about you. It's never about me. You investing in yourself is not gonna change my life one bit.(9:55-10:02) Even just indulging in your passion as a hobby that will make big changes in your life, do it.What are you doing or going to do to make a change in your life?(10:52-11:04) My answer to you? OWN IT. As you make the transition into your new life you have to start seeing yourself in a new way before other people will. (11:38-11:41) What you say becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. (12:45-12:54) Now, if you feel uncomfortable telling people your dream, then get out there and get some experience. Everyone has to start somewhere.(12:59-3:10) Don't be embarrassed, okay, if you have to start at the bottom. And sometimes with purpose and passion fueling you? You won't be there for long.(13:32-14:07) When you grow outside of your limitations, fears, and self-doubts. When you grow out of the need of needing other people's approval. When you grow out of living up to the expectations of others. When you grow out of those neigh slayers and dream slayers giving you co-blanket. When you finally give yourself permission to dream and be happy. I love to hear about how you're making your dream a reality one step at a time.Key takeaways: My passion is important. Own it. What You Can Do When The Law Of Attraction Is Not Working For You Welcome to today's episode with Genecia Alluora. Author of two best-selling books, Make It happen and Personal Branding  Secrets. Former Ms. Singapore, cafe retail chain owner, Southeast Asia Woman of Excellence 2010, and International Progressive Woman 2019. She is also the founder of Soul Rich Woman.“In today's episode, I wanna talk about what to do when the law of attraction isn't working for you.”Law of Attraction(1:25-1:33) When I first came across the law of attraction very much earlier in my career, it's really very very exciting.(1:40-1:52) So you think,” Oh my god! How could this be possibly true? Can I just really ask for something and get it, Genecia? This is amazing.”(1:53-1:56) You see you can set goals, make a dream board, and wait.(1:58-2:20) And you feel like you've done everything right because you pasted all the photos, the images, the car you want, the house you want, the husband you want, the money you want. And so you get really pissed off because nothing happens, right? So you said to the universe, ” Hello, why Universe, you're not giving me, where's all the things I asked for on my dream board?”(2:23- 2:31) I had someone ask me for advice recently, and she was confused about how this works. She love following our podcast show.(2:38-2:54) And she was incredibly frustrated. She's like, “Genecia, I'm really panicking. I have no money in my bank account right now and I've got three big bills to pay this month. What am I supposed to do?”(2:55-3:15) So I say, “To start with, stop feeling bad and scared about it. It will only make it worse. So even though you're worried, start by,  first, affirming that everything will be okay. Two, visualizing you paying the bills easily. Three, feel the feeling of being so taken care of by the Universe.”(3:16-3:34) And she said, “ You don't understand what I'm saying. How am I supposed to do that when no money in my bank account? It's true! Everything that you're saying is lovely, Genecia. But in reality, there is nothing there in my bank account.”(3:36-3:46) So you see, negative affirmations are just as powerful as the positive ones. When you say, “I have no money, I'm broke.”(3:55-4:07) You will only perpetuate the feelings of fear and anxiety. Which will probably attract even more bills and unexpected expenditure.(4:08-4:15) And the funny part about the situation was that she couldn't see the pattern. Of course, I mean because I am the mentor, right?(4:19-4:29) But then again, after communicating with her, she still couldn't see it. So she was constantly experiencing this feeling of having no money. (4:35-4:45) And she was unwilling to look inside and change. I told her to stay positive and to affirm that something would come up. (4:47-4:55) And it did. Someone eventually did give her money out of the blue, and she was saved that very month. (4:57-5:16) Then the horror story came. The next month she wrote to me again and said, “Genecia, I did another Law of attraction experiment like you said and asked for $2000 to show up today, and it didn't. Why?”(5:44-5:53) But you know what, there is a process here. It's not always going to show up instantly if you're not willing to do the inner work involved.(5:55-6:16) It's really so much fun when things manifest instantly. But most of the time, there is a time lag, and there's no way of knowing how long. Why? Because imagine between us and our dream and the things we want to manifest, there's so many blocks in between.(6:20-6:38) The faster you want to manifest something, it only makes sense if you clear or de-trash your garbage, the clutter, in your life. Especially in your mind. Because we are not truly aligned to what we want and we have to do some emotional or physical decluttering. It can be symbolic.(6:43-7:01) To let the Universe do its job. We may have to look at self-beliefs that we have around money or take stock of some of our bad habits. Most people can't be bothered and they just wanted instant solution and find a magical fairy.(7:05-7:17) And not do any work towards it or change their behavior in any way. And to make matters worse, they will keep complaining and whining and they love to blame people. (7:19-7:27) Because you know what? My law of attraction method didn't work for her. The Soul Rich Woman blueprint didn't work for her because she's complaining, she's not willing to do the inner work.(7:29-7:33) “It's somebody else's fault!” And they are always blaming someone else.(7:34-8:06) If you have done some emotional decluttering. They are very clear, and you're very clear on your goals and you are taking some actions every day, then your desire, your dream, your goals will show up eventually. However, it is incredibly important during the time length to remain totally aligned to the feeling of the outcome. Apparently rich people still sniff their workout shirts to see if they can wear them again. She realized she was doing it one day and said to herself, “I deserve to wear a fresh, clean shirt. I want to talk about What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up It's Never Too Late To Find Your Dream Job.Everyone loves asking little kids that question. Mainly because they will say it's such interesting things like a doctor, astronaut, a ballerina, a veterinarian.Of course, children aren't so bothered by the fact that they'll one day need a job that pays the bills or need to have skills that will pay the bill or care about making sensible decisions and choices. They just want to do what makes them happy.And me? Much earlier in my life, I wanted to be a vet. A veterinarian. I love animals so much.  I have three cats and one dog. I love animals so much. And the other one  I wanted to be is to have my own business. Which is that didn't work out, I wanted to be a professional dancer. What was your burning desire as a child?  04:00- 04:15  Most people have a secret dream of what they want to be and do with their lives. Some are already living it – either as a career or as a hobby. Others are too scared to even articulate what they want.How do you discover your dream job or your purpose in life?04:22- 04:33 I will say, look for clues.  Finding your ideal job or purpose is really obvious when you connect the dots, when you look back.  04:39- 04:46 Because it's been a dream for a long time, or it just fits so perfectly with your innate skills and talents. 04:47- 04:58 People who find their passion in life say that “Everything just came together”, or “All of my experiences in life has led me to this”.05:07- 05:11  Clues can be found in childhood as well. 06:50- 06:53 Take the first steps. 135: What You Can Do When The Law Of Attraction Is Not Working For You  Hello and welcome to ‘Soul Why? Secrets Of The Soul Rich Woman Blueprint' I am Genecia Alluora, author of two best-selling books, former Ms. Singapore, café retail chain owner, Southeast Woman  Asia of Excellence 2010, and International Progressive Women 2019, I'm also the Founder of Soul Rich Woman.When I first came across the Law of Attraction, very much earlier in my career, it's very exciting. It's like Christmas for me or Chinese New Year, a birthday party.You think, “Oh my god, how could this possibly be true? Can I really just ASK for something and get it, Genecia? This is AMAZING.” So, you see. You can set goals, make a dream board and wait. You feel like you've done everything right because you pasted all the photos, images, the car you want, the house you want, the husband you want, the money you want. So you get really pissed off because nothing happens. You said to the Universe “Hello, Universe, why are you not giving me, where's the thing all I asked for?”. 03:05- 03:14 I had someone ask me for advice recently, and she was confused about how this works. She loves following our podcast show.03: 21- 03:37 And she was incredibly frustrated. “Genecia, I'm really panicking. I have no money in my bank account right now and I've got three big bills to pay this month. What am I supposed to do?”03:38- 03:57 So I said “To start with, stop feeling bad and scared about it. It will only make it worse. Even though you're worried, start by first, affirming that everything will be okay. Two, visualize yourself paying your bills easily. Three feel the feeling of being so taken care of by the Universe.” 03:59- 04:17 And she said  “Genecia, you don't understand what I'm saying. How am I supposed to do that when I have no money in my bank account? It's true! Everything that you're saying is lovely, Genecia, but in reality there is nothing there in my bank account.” She's constantly experiencing04:21- 04:25 Negative affirmations are just as powerful as the positive ones. 04:26- 04:28 When you say “I have no money”,04:38-04:49 you'll only perpetuate the feelings of fear and anxiety, which will probably attract even more bills and unexpected expenditure.04:51- 05:38 The funny part of the situation was that she couldn't see the pattern. Of course, I was the mentor. She's constantly experiencing this feeling of having no money. Complaining and wining  and then at least once a month she was running out of money, and she was unwilling to look inside and change. I told her to stay positive and to affirm that something would come up. And it did. Someone, eventually, gave her money out of the blue, and she was saved that very month. 05:39- 06:13 Then the horror story came,  the next month she wrote to me and said “Genecia, I did another Law of Attraction experiment like you said and asked for $2,000 to show up today. And it didn't. Why?” And it gets a bit frustrating on my nerves, actually. I wanted to tell her – “Look, there is a process, okay? It's not always you think, you want, you want it now and then it will show up instantly in a snap of your finger.”06:27- 06:48 You know what, there is a process here. It's not always going to show up instantly if you're not willing to do the inner work involved.  It's so much fun when things manifest instantly, but most of the time there is a time lag and there's no way of knowing how long. 07:12- 07:20  Because we're not truly aligned to what we want, and we have to do some emotional or physical decluttering, it can be symbolic. 07:28- 07:51 We may have to look at self-beliefs we have around money or take stock of some of our bad habits.  Most people can't be bothered. They want to instant solution and find a magical fairy, but not do any work towards it or change their behavior in any way. 09:23 - 09:47 Trust me, you can learn to be lucky, to be able to attract the F-word in to your life, Fabulous, Freedom, Financial Independence, and Happily easily and effortlessly. 101: My Recurring Income BlockToday we will talk about my recurring income block. Most people think I have a perfect relationship with money because I teach money blocks. Nope, not at all. My recurring money block03:59- 04:06 My recurring money block is “Making money can't be easy. It has to be hard work”.  04:07- 04:09 It came up for me when I started charging my clients.04:10- 04:30 Long time ago, I had given away a bunch of sessions in return for testimonials, but I knew that I had to start making actual money if I wanted to make my business survive, and my partner was starting to make noises about me getting a backup job in case this doesn't work out. 04:31- 04:45 So, I pulled up my big girl panties and charged a package of 12 sessions it's about 5,000 dollars. Well, nothing amazing but I felt at least comfortable, it feels good for me.04:50- 05:01  Immediately, I had this strange feeling of, “Can I really just help people with their problems and they'll pay me? That seems too easy”.My first ever group program. 07:37- 07:40 When I created my first ever group program,  07:42- 07:49  Instead of working with people one on one, I teach everything I know in an online course.  07:55- 08:02 I cut my workload down drastically but still made great money out of it by grouping them together.  08:48- 08:59 I used the tools I talk about in my book and Soul Rich Woman Blueprint, I worked on those feelings and my income started rising again.My online course and online programs09:03- 09:23 The first time I ran my online course online program, it was a huge stress. Because I was putting and having midnight oil trying to put the sales page together, I was still creating handouts, and sending them out and I got very little sleep especially during the sales period. This is Deon Teh and in this episode, I will be sharing with you about SPEND WITH YOUR FIRST CHOICE.I'm sure many of us have similar experiences like this before where the item that we want to buy cost quite a lot and our brain will analyze and try to tell us to go for a cheaper option. For instance, we may like the $3000 laptop but our mind will tell us to go for a $1000 laptop and we will try to find reasons to validate our cheaper option. However, are you always satisfied when you go for the cheaper option or do you feel guilty going for the expensive option?Many times, we find ourselves struggling in this situation, your brain and heart will not be able to recognise the consistency on what is right for us to do. We like to listen to too many other opinions and suggestions from well meaning friends or family members. This means that we are not confident of ourselves and we like to give out our inner strength to others, letting them decide on behalf of us.  I like to spend money and I do overspending, like buying things that I don't need or buying expensive items . One of my colleagues even commented to me that it is easy to earn my money. I do have a habit of overspending, a habit that I believe was due to the childhood trauma of being unable to get what I wanted when i was young. However there are also pricey things that I bought which are worth every cent. Like the time when my son was born, many friends or relatives advised us not to overspend or buy expensive things for my newborn, I still went ahead to purchase them as I feel that these will make my son feel more comfortable. He will be the one using the diapers, wearing the clothes and making him comfortable, will make him less fussy and we will not need to worry about him much. In the long run, the money is well spent as he is happy and we will not get too tired taking care of him.Another example would be the Instant Podcast Leader Program which I took up after I attended the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint workshop for example. After my colleague got to know that I signed up for this program which is a 5 figure program, she immediately tried to persuade me to withdraw the program. She mentioned many valid points which I do agree with her on why I may not actually need such an expensive program. However I still went ahead and did not withdraw from it. Why is that so? This is because I believe that by spending this sum of money, it can bring me a journey of deeper learning which I have never experienced before and if I were to keep and not spend now, I might not get the opportunity to improve myself. In the worst case scenario, nothing comes out of this, I will simply enjoy the process of going through the program. Just like a makeover, many people might not pay a few hundred or close to a thousand dollars for a professional makeover as they see no reason to do it and they think that they will not be able to use it to earn money or get back this investment. Hence they would just go for a cheaper option or might even try to take it themselves using their own phone, thinking that the results will be the same. My makeover photos are not cheap, but they are professional, classy and make me gorgeous and beautiful. I was able to use it for my podcast cover, my future coaching marketing materials and even for my future speaking engagements banner. The possibilities are needless and the returns are limitless too.When giving advice, most people will consider only short term benefits when choosing between a cheap or expensive option. They tend not to see further as they did not go through the same experience as us. For example, they did not attend the workshop which I signed up before the Instant Podcast Leader Program. They did not attend the Rich Woman event which I attended and signed up for the blueprint program. They wouldn't understand the excitement and wonderful connection I had during the workshops.And certainly they would not understand the satisfaction I get each week when I listen to my new podcast release. I am my own fan and first listener for the podcast and I definitely do not feel as happy when I stare at my bank account. The Instant Podcast Leader program allows me to create something that solely belongs to me, something which I have not dreamt of. It gave me confidence in what I want to do for my life mission. We should not listen to others when there is something that we want, like , deserve and is within our means. Instead of letting other people's judgement be our choice, remember that all that matters are your preferences, your satisfaction, and your life. In the years that I have started doing business online and in fact, right after I exited to the public listed company, exited my café retail chain, to the public listed company owner, I was a free bird. 02:15- 02:44 I just want to give you a quiz. What is the most profitable drink in a café? Drink, that means as a coffee, tea. What kind of coffee is it, a water or what? That's why I'm asking which drink in a café do you think is the most profitable? That means we as a café owner makes the most profits, at least in my situation. Being a freedom entrepreneur 03:05- 03:42 Being a freedom entrepreneur means that you live out of your suitcase and you get to travel the world to do anything that you want. So I have personally done it myself. Before the COVID-19 situation happened, I was traveling to Vietnam for three weeks and come back Singapore for a week. The turnaround means for meetings in Singapore and other mentees. My mentees, my clients want to see me and then I'm out of the country again to Thailand and then to Myanmar, to Vietnam, to the Philippines, Cambodia, to different parts of the world. 04:39- 04:52  All these will not have impossible if I have not become a freedom entrepreneur because I was on the ground. Now, how does a freedom entrepreneur look like?  It's exactly what I've just described you living off a suitcase. The best part is doing a business online 05:39- 06:13 The best part is doing a business online, I just need an Internet and one thing about the Internet I learned when you say fast Wi-Fi, as a freedom entrepreneur.  As a soul rich woman, you go to other countries and you say, "Oh, you read the Airbnb or you read that thing."  Fast Wi-Fi, I can tell you, it's no guarantee it's fast. After traveling for so long and so many years living off a suitcase, you need to call the Airbnb host to confirm exactly what's the fast Wi-Fi. 06:44- 07:16  So wherever we go now in whichever country we are in, we always look for a minimum of 20 Mbps. So it's important for you if you are looking to travel around the world like me and you need to have at least 20 Mbps to function and you need to also bring along a lot of data storage space. So I have like a backup hard disk, five terabytes, and then I have another backup of the backup hard disk of another five terabytes. 07:39- 08:25  How can you do it? When I see how you can do it as well, is it also means what are some things to look out for? And of course, to build an online business, of course, is the way to go.  The question is how? And you must see in which stage of life your act. What? What not another five employees, whether you're a mom-preneur, whether you're a female entrepreneur, solo-preneur, or a stay at home mom. So really depends on where you're at. And like Wi-Fi is important, gadgets are important for you to really be able to travel freely out of a suitcase with no worries and knowing that whatever that you're doing, the data travels with you as well. Key Takeaways: 1. 58: I tried to hide. The Lies I Told Myself To #PlaySmall. 70kg to 57kg. Only when we shine, we give permission for others to shine.Sharing spotlight is not all about forgetting yourself, letting one's self shine is also giving others permission to shine. Hello gorgeous and welcome to today's episode Soul Why Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. I'm your host, Genecia Alluora. Today, I want to talk about how I tried to hide myself.02:34- 02:41 When we are leaders, there will be people who are not vibrating at the level that you are vibrating at.  02:57- 03:22 At the earlier stage of Soul Rich Woman, I actually put on a lot of weight. I was nearly 70 kg. I used to be 50 kg. When I was Miss Singapore, I was 50 kg. Then later on when I started a café retail chain, I was 55 and hovering between 57 to 58 kilos. So can you see my weight progression as my age progressed as well? 03:27- 04:08  As I do my café business, of course, my weight increased because I was eating, I mean, of course, no excuses, but I mean, I just want to share with you my side of the story, so don't judge me. Is it OK? You don't judge me. Is it okay you give me permission to say why I want to say? So I hope that through this sharing you can learn something. So I put on weight along the way and one of the things about my biggest concern is that women may think that I'm overshadowing them because I'm tall, I'm slim. If I were to dress up in the way then people will view me differently. I try to hide 04:09- 04:35 So I try to hide. I kind of dress-down even during events. I dressed not the loudest. I dress in a professional manner that kind of like still trying to hide in a certain way. So allowing other women to shine.  So I don't know how I got this warped idea that now I'm looking back at myself laughing. 04:43-05:57 I choose to make myself ugly, to put on weight. Eventually I weigh 70 kilos and really fat round swollen. And of course, it was really to me, OK, acceptable is all right, because as long as other women are happy, I'm happy as long as they are happy. Lo and behold, it happens again during the mentorship. My mentor asked me, "Genecia, are you really happy being fat and being round? And being the way that you are?" I mean, we are having really honest conversations.  And I'm like, "Yeah. As long as other women are happy when we stand together, I'm not the slimmest, I'm not the most beautiful with my blue color hair. I mean, I'm OK." And then my mentor said, "Look at the way you're talking, you're like backstabbing yourself, belittling yourself, playing small, telling yourself the lies that are not true, that ugly is good." And then for a moment, I was stunned. 06:03- 07:15 And I thought about it for a moment, I said, "OK, let me come back to you." I did some reflection, I did some inner work again because probably my mentor noticed something that I didn't see. That's why mentors are super important. And I started looking at myself and reflecting on myself, doing some mirror work as well, and looking in the mirror and asking myself, Do I love myself, how am I doing, really? And digging so much deeper, because it's a psychological thing and it's very deep because sometimes we don't notice, and we are not even aware. And after being aware of it, I realized I wasn't happy being fat and round and overweight. I'm not really overweight and 174 in height, one seven four centimeters, and my weight is 70 kilos. I'm not that overweight, but I just didn't feel good. I felt heavy, my legs were hurting, so I started to reflect on all those things that were happening to me physically and psychologically.  07:16- 08:27 And then aha moment came, oh, I was hiding. I'm just using women as an excuse to just hide myself and not be able to stand in my own light and own my light. Thinking that by "oh, no, I want to let other women shine, so I disguised myself. I hide myself." That is incorrect. Why would I do that? I have no idea. But I did it anyway. Can you imagine we actually can allow ourselves to shine brightly as other women that's around us, there's no need to play small because someone will in order to allow others to shine.  Could you reframe that? Can you restructure that thinking? The answer is yes because when I shine, I give the women permission to shine. When I slim down and embrace my own identity, I give other women permission to shine and embrace their own identity. It was such liberating, that moment of understanding and awareness. 09:36- 10:23  And I'm so much happier and on stage when I share this story of how I overcame my limiting beliefs and how I liberated myself, that by being who I am and owning my light, I was giving others the permission to shine. I'm so glad that I have gone through multiple business opportunities that I've personally built over the years. A cafe retail chain in 3 countries and 18 franchisees and licensees across the region. Business Online(04:01- 04:20)   In online we have software that we hands on, still have manpower. I don't really see expiry of goods,but because I also run commerce as well as that is called alora that self beauty products and many other things as well.  (04:21-04:49)  I realize that doing service base and product base for online has also slight differences but the main thing here is offline costing is way much more expensive than an online costing. So no difference in between teams, the difference will be the costing offline is more expensive to set up a cafe chain. (05:20 - 05:45) So having expense 350,000 dollars for a cafe outlet, one there is no guarantee you making money immediately. So when you set up a business that's online the key difference is you don't have to expense 350,000 dollars to do one outlet.Marketing is Key (07:59 - 8:05) (6) I do a lot of marketing, really a lot. Episode 36: Podcasting is KEY to your success online this yearHello gorgeous! My name is Genecia Alluora, your host. And I like to share with you today why podcasting is so important as a product of your marketing tool to really reach out to more people online. Tune in to learn more from my experiences.Podcasting works, I have reached so many people by launching my two podcasts(02:05 - 02:06) Okay, three points.(02:07 - 02:13) First, why podcast, okay? First, I wanna say the results. Let me state some results first.(02:13 - 02:37) First and foremost, I run two podcasts. One is for Women Who Love The F Word. And that has given us listeners in 48 countries with thousands of downloads every single month. And that means more potential listeners converting into followers, converting into clients.(02:42 - 02:58) The second thing is the Soul Why? The Secrets of the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint. The one that you're listening in right now. Well, this one in 30 days we have already listened and downloaded in 12 countries.(03:02 - 03:29) So to me, this is a wow factor in my marketing as one of my ways to reach out to inspire more people and to impact more lives out there beyond just Facebook or Instagram, or just youtube itself. I mean so it's kind of like another way for you to extend your reach beyond your imagination.Voice marketing is especially on the rise(03:32 - 03:54) So why podcast? So first and foremost, I want to say this. I want to contrast this between people who want to be seen as a leader online and you want to be searchable online, versus somebody who is just nobody and especially if you're representing a company on a brand you don't own.(03:55 - 04:21) Because when you're holding a brand that you don't own and you're just being on one platform or, you know, a platform where you search a certain keyword of that brand that you don't own, a lot more people like you who don't own the brand is holding the brand even though you don't own it and you're selling products of their brand and therefore you'll be found.(04:22 - 04:35) What I'll like to say is that you will not be found. You'll be found in the sea of sameness. So that would mean that you will most likely be seen as a nobody. Because then why should they choose you?(04:37 - 04:39) To be different then you can make a difference. (04:42 - 04:54) So the key thing here is to be seen as a leader online and you are searchable online. Voice marketing is especially on the rise, voice search is on the rise. And, you know, podcasts allow you to be searchable as well.Podcasting establishes trust online(04:55 - 05:28) And number two, when you establish trust in the online space, especially when listeners or followers, or the people, raving fans as you it, or potential customers even can just listen to your podcast as a way to build no like Trustco which means they can establish a connection with you, they will be more likely to trust you because something that is there on a platform that they can listen to again and again and over a period of time.(05:29 - 05:32) And that means you don't have to chase after customers.(05:33 - 05:42) Eventually when the time is right after listening to enough of your episodes they might or most likely will take action.  Podcasting is a one-time effort and can be used for life(05:45 - 05:51) And the third point is, it's a one-time effort and can be used for life.(05:59 - 06:21) It's like now you're recording, you're posting it online and then one day someone on the journey wants to ask you about, you know, mindset. And all you need is to go into your archives on the different platforms that you've posted your podcast and pull on the episode and let them listen.(07:14 - 07:26) You placed a one-time marketing fee into your Facebook ads, google ads, or a page on the magazine, in the newspapers that are only used once. (07:27 - 07:46) So the key thing here is a one-time effort that you can use for life versus a one-time advertisement that is only used once. Now imagine this, how far can your dollars stretch and eventually make you money.The power of podcasting(07:46 - 07:55) So the next question I want to address is always ‘You know Genecia, how can podcasts make me money? How can I monetize my podcast?'(07:57 - 08:09) To be very honest with you, we have really got people writing to us in Soul Rich Woman to place ads into our podcast. And that's how we are monetizing our podcast.(08:09 - 08:34) And number two is that people have found us through my podcast. For Women Who Love the F Word, Soul Why? The Secrets of The Soul Rich Woman Blueprint and they want to forge partnerships. They want us to, you know, to sponsorships and all these things would not have been possible if not for the power of podcasting.(08:34 - 08:55) So podcast positions you and your brand to be seen as a leader online. It is also your marketing tool which you can use to generate leads and build the trust of your customers like I said if you are someone who values connection this is the thing to do now.(09:04 - 09:26) And of course, this thing is so amazing, it will not expire and you can use it over and over again. Imagine one year from now and potential to get paid and invited as a speaker or get paid when people put advertisements in your podcast show. Episode 30: Write A Book VS Doing PodcastHello Gorgeous! Welcome to the show. My name is Genecia Alluora, good day to you! I wanna share with you today on my journey of writing a book versus doing a podcast. And how it has impacted me and also the trends that I've spotted moving forward. Tune in to learn more about the topic for today!Putting my book together(02:02 - 02:13) Now I started writing my books in 2012, 2013 about the same time when I decided to go online and that's why my book is called Secrets of Personal Branding.(02:34 - 02:58) So putting this book together was a hard, long, tough journey because first, I'm not a writer. Number two, I mean, I have no knowledge putting a book together, right? And number three, it's really tough because I have to proofread again and again and make sure that everything is good and to me writing a book is quite hideous.My podcasts shows(02:59 - 03:11) And now, pulling the time forward, I'm doing podcasting. This is my second podcast, I've got two podcasts. One is called For Women Who Love The F Word.(03:12 - 03:17) I interviewed big names and inspirational figures. (03:30 - 03:42) By having these thought leaders on the podcast it has brought that podcast itself to 48 countries with thousands of downloads every single month.(03:43 - 04:04) And this podcast is more of a micro podcast, which means this Soul Why? The Secrets of Soul Rich Woman Blueprint, this one is more of a micro podcast approach which means it's shorter within 10 to 15 minutes and it gets the point across.(04:09 - 04:13) So it's meant for a different purpose, it's a supplement of what I've been doing.Writing a book versus doing podcast(04:21 - 04:32) So I'm evaluating a couple of things. Yes a book gives me credibility because I'm an author, it's published. It sold more than 10,000 copies.(04:45 - 04:55) So it's not really a way of making money. It's more of putting my knowledge and expertise together to serve you.(04:56 - 05:06) So that's what I've been doing for my book but the process to put the book together was really long and hard. Too many technical processes and too many things involved.(05:07 - 05:28) Whereas for a podcast, a little bit more free flow. Even though it's still a strategy and strategized succinctly for both podcasts I'm doing. Whether it is a one hour podcast versus this 10 minutes micro podcast. Both ways have a win-win. (05:29 - 05:43) First and foremost, it really travels further than I have ever thought. I've never thought of, you know, going to 48 countries and having listeners, and followers, and clients beyond the Southeast Asian, Asia shores. By doing podcasting has given me so much leverage(05:44 - 06:01) And by doing podcasting it has given me much more leverage and I've become searchable online even more, so the podcasting strategy really has a lot of leverage especially now the trend I've spotted in the last two years.(06:09 - 06:29) So that is why I set up Women Podcast Asia, it's an extended initiative by Soul Rich Woman where we get women on board onto our platform to do podcasting. So we are the netflix of podcasts for women in Asia.(07:15 - 07:23) So for you, what is the takeaway? Well lesson learned, well, I can share with you today that if you have not done podcasting now is the time.(07:24 - 07:36) I know that some of you are thinking about writing books because traditionally it's a great way to get your contents seen and heard but did you know that audiobooks are also on the rise.Look into voice marketing as one of your key strategies(07:47 - 08:08) It's really amazing how I've seen the transformation of books versus voice marketing and words versus voice marketing and how this becomes a part of the key marketing strategy and no longer just a single approach of just having a book and being seen as an author.(08:09 - 08:36) So if you are looking at, have not got on podcasting, I see the first one is really to get on podcasting. Number two, you know, really look into voice marketing as one of your key strategies moving forward in the next couple of years. Episode 22: Getting My Mother Online is HARD and WHY I still did It AnywayHello and welcome to this episode. I'm Genecia Alluora. How are you today? I hope all is well in this current moment in time. Today, I want to share with you a little bit about my mom's journey to be featured online, to be seen as an online leader, and my mom is 60+ years old now and she loves to cook.My mom is an offline person(01:48 - 02:13) Just a couple of months ago, the radio station here in Singapore wanted me to go on to find someone to do a cooking program online, for the radio station. And of course, I recommended my own mom and got her into the radio program and I'm very happy that it happened.(02:20 - 02:51) When you look at it my mom is an offline person, she's sixty plus and she has not been online except her Facebook posting. And then she's doing her volunteer work, her charity work, her morning exercise routine. So this person is a very offline person. And I have to bring her online and I'm going to show her my skill set.(02:52 - 03:12) So I just want to share with you a little bit about how hard I worked to get my mother online and why I still did it anyway. First and foremost I love my mom. And I just found it a great way for me to build rapport and relationship with her at another level. (03:12 - 03:42) I could just say that it's difficult. This is a project that I am not paid for and that I shouldn't do it. But I didn't do that. I said to myself ‘No Genecia, you need to look into ways on how to help your mom and craft a brand for her like exactly how you helped every single woman out there, to get her online.'Testing out my Soul Rich Woman Blueprint for a woman like my mom(03:44 - 04:05) I got to test out my Soul Rich Woman blueprint on her. Is it even applicable to women like my mom who has no online presence with just a Facebook account to get her to the online space?(04:06 - 04:44) So the challenge was how to get her online and bring in an online income for her. That means building another source of income. So I had to discuss with the radio station because you're not allowed to sell on the radio station, but they could just insert a link into their social media so that if there could be people who are interested, they could just check out the link on the radio station's page so that they could assess to what my mom has to offer.(04:48 - 05:09) By the time my mom agreed to do this project, I was only given two weeks or three weeks to sort out everything. So applied the Soul Rich Woman blueprint on my mom. First crafting her story, looking at her woman of influence and then deciding what is the glow.How did I strategize her social media presence?(05:10 - 05:49) So the way to strategize it with my mom was that I positioned her as a chef, not a chef like those restaurant chefs but the very down to earth as a community chef. Like helping women in the community to have a healthy lifestyle so she's being positioned as that and then building up her glow. We made a recipe book for her to sell online, it's a digital e-download, especially now, it's easy for everyone to access the recipe easily.(05:52 - 06:44) To make things sweeter I threw in a few more goodies that are worth another 50 dollars like lipstick, lipgloss plus a moisturizer from very reputable brands. Famous makeup brands and reputable skincare brands. Then I build up the funnels at the back end so that there is a process to nurture these people and build the database, build the list, traffic is important isn't it?(06:45 - 07:57) So I went to work and put all these things together within weeks. I sent my mother for a photoshoot, I quarreled with her, argued with her. In their own generation they have a certain way to dress, and the way they think that they should be looking. So it was balancing between what she wants and what I want in terms of presenting her publicly to the world.(07:59 - 08:56) I managed to sort that out with negotiation skills and then knowing how to communicate and really work with her and accept her for who she is. My mom has already sold thousands of copies of her ebooks and has got a recurring income now through the launch from the radio station and also with our back end. This whole thing we just did it once and is recurring. It can only be recurring if you do the hard work first.Putting an effort knowing that an opportunity is knocking(08:58 - 09:09) From the time my mom decided to do the project, you know, just the recipe alone is so hard work. My mom is an only primary school, she only studied until primary 3.(09:11 - 09:27) My mom is not really educated. So to her, writing in Chinese is already quite difficult and then in English we have to translate, and then we have to go back to her to structure the recipe again. So it's not so easy.(09:36 - 09:55) Even though she's illiterate, not so educated. She made an effort knowing that there was an opportunity for her to be seen as a leader. She didn't want the fame to be frank with you. She told me ‘I don't want fame, I just want to share my knowledge and expertise in healthy recipes' that she cooks every day.(09:58 - 10:09) And I saw that in my mom, and I'm like ‘wow!'. There's so much to learn from her even until today and I'm so proud to be working with her on this project.(10:48 - 11:08) Have we ever thought about doing this for our family members? That we have learned such amazing skill sets to help them create another source of income by marketing them and knowing their expertise and knowing their knowledge and being able to share them with the world.(11:10 - 12:00) So it's never just about the money, yes, the ebook is 990 plus all the freebies we have thrown in about 50 dollars. It really wows me how this whole process has turned out. From the beginning to mom says no, she didn't want to do it because she's illiterate, she can't really write and convincing her to do it, to have an argument with her, to fight with her. To the dressing, the makeover, the photoshoot. And then once that difficult phase was over it was the hardest part, in fact, it was the recipes. So it was really an uphill task. But I'm so glad that now, just weeks after, I mean that whole process now I'm just looking at it and saying ‘wow! Good job!' to myself and a good job to my team and a good job to my mom.Creating a legacy online(12:40 - 12:53) I'm actually creating a legacy for her online. Never before if the radio program didn't even come about, I would not even do that. There's no real reason for me.(12:58 - 13:16) Of course, I still spend time with her just that I would never even consider doing, building that for her, building an online leadership presence for her. Building another recurring income for her just by selling ebooks online. (14:24 - 14:54) Overall, this project has brought me kind of like another step closer to my mom. Knowing my mom better to the extent where we communicate more at different levels and also seeing how good my mom is, really enjoying the process. Welcome to the show.Hello and welcome to today's episode. I want to be sharing with you how I built a community and my struggles to becoming an instant tribe leader.So my struggles to build a community are very real, right? First and foremost, a community means you need to grow the women in the community. First, they must love and want to be a part of you. Two, they must have stickiness within the community, stickiness means that you know, they are sticking around and not join and go. And third and foremost, you wanna build a community that sustainable and that was the biggest thing I had to overcome with just my own limiting belief of "I don't deserve to be paid", I should just do it for free. Helping other women means helping them for free. Then a question I ask myself, "Why do you pay male mentors? Why do you pay guys? Coaches, you know? Men? Teachers? Consultants? Why are we paying all these people?" and when we women say "We wanna help somebody, I will value, suddenly drop to the ground and down to hell" literally.  Like, negative zero, you know.  So, I struggled. Building a community called 'Soul Rich Woman" and first was the free helping through the weekly webinars and of course along the way, many of the women joined my business, that means they join, they wanted me to help them to start their business online or bring their business online so that was how I started doing consulting work and mentorship as well to help, to bring their business online by looking at their online presence, what kind of messaging and of course is recognized as a brand that you don't have to wait like tiger balm, you need to build thirty, forty and fifty years like the x-oil, you don't have to build 60 years, you don't have to be like the Ta Hua Tian Co build another thirty, forty years, you don't need that long to be visible online.So, as helping them to shortcut their success in return for my giving value away for free, giving high-value content away for free, so it did convert as I started to rise up as instant tribe leader and building a community was not easy because you know women, of course, have their choices, they come and go and of course some of them whom sometimes will also gossip about you and say “Aaah, you know, you are a community that only pay and pay” but actually that's not true, we have more than three thousand episodes of free content out there, on Facebook, on Instagram, on our website, but it is these ignorant women whom I do not want to serve, so it took me a while to find tune whom I want to serve.So I set up a table of the women I want to support in the community and women I do not want in the community. It sounds harsh, but you know what? By doing so, we then can our talents and give thanks to the right women who really want our support in the right manner because when like-minded people come together, there is power and strength, so by choosing whom we serve in the community definitely did help the community grow, and because of that, we multiplied, we grew, our numbers grew, the numbers of countries were in grew, like I said results show. So, what I did was I wrote down, we actually have four called values in Soul Rich Woman. First, no gossiping. Two, ask clarifying questions. Three, play win-win, together we win. Four, no judgment because you never know until you walk among in the other person's shoes. By this, I just four by the many that I have in our core values and the people, women that we want to help and by stating all these values out and listing all these values out and consistently working our messaging, working our offers and values, be in love with the people you serve. Don't be in love with the product that you create, that's the other thing I've learned, be in love with the people you serve and not the products that you create, and because I knew that women I want to serve, I was in love with them. Because of that, we then created products that could serve these women and that's how we grew. The last thing was stickiness, and of course, having a sustainable model. It was hard to overcome my mindset, really difficult because I really just wanna help them because success is just one step away, they are just one F-word away to unlocking their financial independence, and then I became so busy, I was married to busyness instead of my business, I was married to my busyness because I was undervaluing myself, my time by giving myself too freely away and then because of that, I wasn't able to be productive in the way I served my women, in the end, I decided to structure my business model to business sustainable by giving them these value system of value letter system which I'll be covering later to later topics.How I leverage a value better system to build up a sustainable business model that could help other women, allow me to support other women worldwide and be a happy woman at the same time because we can have an owned F-word, we can have it all, being fabulous, having freedom, financial independence and family. Because of this transition and breaking through of my mindset, the women should help women for free, I was able to grow the community, above and beyond my wildest dreams, and because of my, this knowledge, I was able to grow and help other women to build up their instant tribe leader, titles, to help them to build their own community and one of my success stories is the women of courage community.                                                                  Lilian came to me, lost and confused, I guided her completely using the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint to turn a mess into a message, to turn offline into online strategy so that she can give value and help other women to be courageous and be brave. Because of this, she became a speaker on twenty-five platforms in five countries in just twelve months.
