He is going to enter the whoop competition Sunday again and try to win the entire event with over 10,000 competitors. The competition he entered two weeks earlier he burned 8,000 calories and had almost 70,000 steps. He won Ocala, Tampa, Gainesville and doctors only class. There was a combined approx. 7,000 competitors. He came in 6th place in the 60 Plus athlete class with over 8,000 competitors. S&P Futures are flat to lower this morning ahead of economic/earnings releases and a significant amount of Fed Speak. resident Biden met with China's President yesterday. Key economic data point for today will the Industrial Production report. Earning reports remain in focus, CWCO & PANW are lower this morning, yet both mgmt teams were positive in the earnings calls. WMT is lower after delivering an eps beat. Today we have an elevated number of Fed officials speaking. Thye are likely to stick to the script of waiting on data and refrain from commenting future rate cuts. European stocks are mixed to lower and oil prices are edging lower this morning.

Hockey Talk takes on a somber tone this week as Patrick & Dave discuss the tragic passing of former NHL player Adam Johnson, who died as the result of a horrific accident during a game in England over the weekend. While the circumstances of this event are certainly rare, it has happened enough times that the guys had to ponder whether enough was being done to protect players from this type of injury? In other news, the NHL was rocked by a confusing gambling scandal that led to a 41-game suspension for Shane Pinto, and the NHL followed Pat and Dave's advice (a year later but, hey, who's counting) and decided to distance themselves from getting involved in whether players want to openly support the LGBTQ movement. We think that Ford Motor Co. (F) is likely being conservative on guidance given current economic uncertainties, notes a CFRA analyst. Garrett Nelson and Lee Bohl give an overview of Ford's earnings. They talk about how they continue to like Ford's combination of growth and yield at these levels. Thye go over how adjusted EPS came in at $0.63 versus an estimated $0.40 and revenue came in at $41.50B versus an estimated $36.80B. Lee mentions that Ford's tailwinds to sales and earnings include supply chain improvements, higher industry volumes and lower material costs. The thing I love about Elise's imagination is she dreams up unique objects which you didn't know you needed until she created it. But what I love most about Maison Balzac, is that Elise's authentic and kind nature can be felt. She's always followed her gut instinct, is not afraid to take risks and leads with kindness and compassion. It was a decade ago I turned up at her office and photographed her for The Grace Tales. She just launched the business, and she'd just had a baby. Her daughter LouLou was only 6 weeks old at the time and it's still one of my favourite stories. Thye discuss fours things that can help coaches and parent a like be there in the best way possible for their youth players! 1 is we need to acknowledge the pressure placed on these young players. Not asking to remove the pressure. Just acknowledge it. 2 is set players up for success. Do not expect a player to complete a task without working on it in training her the course of months. Progress isn't linear. 3 is let players make decisions- stop joysticking,. Your feedback on the sideline is critical. Ask players what they say, what was their intention. 4 is sideline behavior- are you creating an environment of psychological safety?
