Welcome to the Week 17 edition of the Vikings Postgame Report. It was a rough start to 2023 for the Vikings, as they were overrun and unable to recover from early mistakes at Lambeau Field on Sunday afternoon. The first half saw a host of errors that gave Green Bay a comfortable lead, including: a pick six, a kick return touchdown, a Tonyan touchdown reception, and a doinked in 56-yard Mason Crosby field goal at the buzzer, leaving the Vikings in a 27 - 3 hole. The Vikings Offense moved the ball a bit better to start the second half, but a series of costly turnovers and subsequent conversions by Green Bay saw the game continue to get out of hand. A few bright spots included Jalen Nailor scoring his first career touchdown midway through the fourth-quarter, K.J. On Sunday the Packers face off against the Vikings to start the regular season at U.S. Bank Stadium. The big news going into Sunday's game is that Allen Lazard will most likely not be playing in this game. Can the Packers muster up enough offense with an unproven group of wide receivers who most in the media would say are rookies(Watson & Doubs), coming off injury riddled seasons(Watkins & Tonyan), or some might say washed up(Cobb)?
