If you skip this week's task, over time regular activities will become more difficult. And this could be the difference between feeling good or starting a slow slide into poor health.Moving around in various ways throughout the day helps you perform your daily activities. Everyone writes off the last 6-7 weeks of the year. The candy rolls in over Halloween and carbs rule Thanksgiving to Christmas. The parties and the alcohol flow more than usual.
