❓The Questions❓ This week on AZAAZ we answered: 1. Why use a Loom embedded video versus using Zoho Annotator Video that is saved in Workdrive. The mp4 or .webm offered should allow for the video to also allow this embed from CRM. 2. Can't we add a score column in the leads view and then sort it as descending or ascending, that would help a lot when glancing through the leads altogether. 3. When I integrate Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory, I do not see the stock quantities in the CRM. Is there a way to see those? 4. My contacts are individual clients.  In some cases, clients are spouses, making them a household.  When I type in a note regarding a client, I'd like to be able to connect that note to both contacts.  In my old CRM, I can simply @spouse, and that note is automatically associated with the spouse in addition to the current contact.  I can't seem to do that in Zoho CRM or even link a note to multiple contacts.  Am I missing something?  Can this be done in Zoho CRM? 5. Is it possible to generate and print out a formatted document that is generated from the data from a Zoho Form or Zoho Survey with images included where I can control the size of the images? 6. Is it possible to host a webhelp in Zoho Learn such as MadCap or HelpStudio? 7. In campaigns, how do you generally decide whether to use an Autoresponder or Workflow?  I understand what one can do in each.  But, there are few things that could be done in both.  For example: (listed on Club Z) 8. How can we process progressive invoicing in Zoho Books? 9. Is it possible in Zoho CRM to insert values in subforms using deluge? 10. How do you set up the connection to create a new record in a custom module based on records from a subform in a different module? 11. Is it possible to automatically send out a series of email in Zoho CRM base on the status of a record?  First email on status change, and then two additional emails an hour apart.

Welcome to navigating the customer experience, Happy International Women's Day 2022.   We have been podcasting for almost 6 years, and we are already 158 episodes in, like, Wow. Thank you so much to every one of our listeners that has ever taken the time to listen to our podcast. And we really hope that you are able to get some value out of our conversations.   Today, I want to spend a little time and talk about a few customer experience trends for 2022. Let's first begin by defining what our customer experience is. The term customer experience describes a customer's overall impression of your business throughout the course of their customer journey. From first discovering your brand to using a purchased product or service.   There are many strategies a business needs to invest in to create fantastic customer experiences. These of course may include offering stellar customer service, driving proactive customer engagement and building positive customer relations, solving your customers problems and issues and communicating with them often. All of these things can potentially be brand differentiators for customers in their own right.   Now, some big ticket item trends that we have seen emerging and developing further in 2022 and beyond include:   Social Media as a Primary Service Channel - Social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn have become vital elements of the customer journey. A 2019 survey revealed that 85% of contact centre leaders say that social media is a simplest way to support customers. Customers are increasingly discovering brands, browsing products and making buying decisions on social media. As a result, they expect to be able to ask questions and get help on the same channels. However, in 2021, only 14% of consumers strongly agreed that companies are effectively combining newer channels such as social, digital and mobile and traditional ones like email, telephone, paper mail to provide a positive customer experience. Many companies may be struggling to bring the same standard of service to yet another channel. But as I've mentioned before, social media represents one of the most effective channels to provide your customers with timely and easily accessible support. In 2022, it's definitely worth prioritizing your social media as part of your omnichannel service strategy.   Abundant Self-Service Options for Customers - Many customers do their own research, conduct their own analysis, and many times may even proceed to purchase even without speaking directly with a representative from a company…. you may ask WHY? People enjoy serving themselves, and this allows them to be in control of their experiences and control the pace. A Harvard Business Review found that a whopping 88% of U.S customers expect organizations to offer a self-service support portal. Things like this may include an FAQ page (frequently asked questions), chatbots or even a comprehensive knowledge base. In addition to meeting these customer expectations, providing robust self-service tools reduces the burden on your customer support team. With the right resources, customers are empowered to successfully solve their enquiries, often in less time than a representative can. And of course, this will free up your customer service team to focus on more complex and hands on items or issues with customers.   Increased Communication - According to Salesforce, 84% of customers say the experience a company provides is as important as its products and services. And two- thirds of customers say they're willing to pay more for a better customer experience. One way to deliver on this expectation is to use customer service automation. Automated customer service tools powered by machine learning and artificial intelligence are excellent for improving the speed and effectiveness of your customer service team. Autoresponder emails, for example, allow you to offer a better first response time to customer queries and assume and assure them you're working on their issue. Chatbots are another example of automation that leverages artificial intelligence to walk your customers through solving common issues without the help of live customer service representative. Chatbots can provide blog links, drop-in prewritten answers to frequently asked questions or even connect your customers with a representative if necessary. In addition to assisting customers in a hands free manner, automated tools can be used to help your customer service team collect and analyze customer data, segment and prioritize tickets based on your criteria, and of course, effortlessly assign representative to tickets. If we do all these things combined, then we're going to be able to increase the frequency and the level of communication that we give to our customers.   Shorter Response Times and 24/7 Access for Customer Support - Customers are looking for lightning-fast response times now more than ever. Although survey results have varied, they all point to our need to respond quickly and effectively. Here are a few statistics that demonstrate this: 90% of U.S customers rate an immediate customer service response as “important” or “very important.” 60% of people who needed support defined “immediate” as 10 minutes or less. 71% of customers expect companies to communicate with them in real-time. And 31.2% of customers want a response to their email in one hour or less. I continuously tell my clients and even my participants in training sessions that the global standard for email correspondence used to be 24 hours, it has now been reduced to one hour or less. Customer service software has made it possible for more and more companies to offer 24/7 real-time support across a variety of channels. And as these real-time interactions become more common, more customers have developed an expectation for them. Once again, automation can go a long way toward helping your company reduce its response times and provide all our support without the need to hire more customer service representatives. From live chat tools to automated emails to chatbots, there are many tools available today that can help your company meet these rising expectations. In my own personal life, approximately a month ago, an object still unknown to me, fell on my windscreen and cracked it - a very frightening experience for me, however, after calling my insurance company GK Insurance in Jamaica, the agent was extremely responsive, she felt my pain, discomfort and the grave inconvenience this was for me and she was able to issue me an authorization letter within two hours of the incident occurring and I was able to have my windscreen replaced within 24 hours. The only reason the replacement was not completed on the same day was simply because the Windscreen Replacement provider had a cut-off time of 2:30 pm and so on by 8:00 am the following day, my car was there and by midday my windscreen was replaced. What started out to be a horrible experience turned out to be very manageable after dealing with a representative and seeing the level of urgency, and how quickly she was able to turn around an authorization letter. I will forever remember this experience.   We have merely touched on the critical areas that I believe if implemented consistently, will propel your company or brand and set you apart from your competition. SHANE: What's going on guys, welcome back to another Q&A with S&J. Our question today comes from Flip Your Life community member, Rina Orellana and I cannot pronounce that name, I am not sure what that is. Her website is rinaorellanaflamenco.com; not flamingo like the pink things you put in your front yard but the flamenco dancing. JOCELYN: Sounds like fun. SHANE: Flamenco dancing. And her question is, “I am working on my product right now, dance lesson videos and I have a small email list of less than 500 people. I am working on my lead magnet as well. My question is, should I have an email list and an autoresponder series at all if I don't have a product to sell yet? What should that look like? I have heard your podcast on sales funnels and I thought it was fantastic, but I'm wondering how to apply it to myself when I don't even have a product to sell?” JOCELYN: All right, so I think that you should definitely go ahead and have an email autoresponder series even if you don't have your product quite ready yet. The reason for this is to get people just more acquainted with you, and get them to know you, and when you do have your product ready to sell, you'll already have your email list there and you would already have been talking to them. In the meantime, what you can do is just introduce yourself and give a summary of what all is included on your website and where people could find it. And then also you can communicate with them and get them to tell you more about themselves; what they are doing in the dance world, what they need help with, what are their pain points that you could possibly solve with a paid product. SHANE: Yeah, one of the very first things that you should do when you are starting an online business is start collecting emails whether you have anything or not. Even if it's just the old, ‘Sign up for my newsletter' or email list or anything – and you are going to get an opt-in done fast, we want you to do a lead magnet, we want you to have a product mentality first and get something up there that you can exchange for an email address. But you've got to have something on the other end of that email collection that's going to happen over time. Even if it's just – this is not a great way to do it, but even if you are just broadcasting every week, ‘Hey, here's my new blog post', or like Jocelyn said, if you are just asking them a question like, you know, ‘What is the one dance step you have the most problem with?' I'm not exactly sure, anything about flamenco dancing, but something where you could open that dialogue, keep people coming back, you definitely don't want to get people's emails and then never talk to them again until you have something ready which might be months down the road because if you do, those leads are warm, that's why they gave you their email address in the first place, but they do cool off over time. So your email autoresponder can also include things like, ‘Hey, here's my Facebook page, follow me there' or ‘Hey,

JOCELYN: Hey guys, welcome to this week's Q&A with S&J. We are here on a very rainy, Kentucky day – SHANE: Which you can probably hear the thunder right now. JOCELYN: Yeah, it's a little loud so, we are here with you today just hanging out, and thought we would answer some questions. SHANE: Alright today's question comes from Flip Your Life community member, Ashlyn Tengan, I'm not exactly sure how to say that Ashlyn. I know your first name is Ashlyn so we'll go with Tengan right now. How do you think you say that? It's T-E-N-G-A-N. JOCELYN: I am not sure but – SHANE: I don't know; but either way, her website is amomintraining.com. So if you want to go ask Ashlyn how to pronounce her name and check out her content, head over there. She is a Flip Your Life community member and her question is, “After to listening to the podcast number 44 and 45, I am setting up my email autoresponder series, and my sales funnels for two different lead magnets that I have. I am using AWeber” That's a good choice, we like people to start out with AWeber. “My plan is to create two separate lists in which their own autoresponder series sales funnels sell each product, then set up an automation rule that will put them on my main list also –” So basically you are trying to create two different email autoresponders, but get them on your main list as well. “–Since I already have about 100 email subscribers on my main list which currently has no sales funnel, but I do know which lead magnet each person subscribed through. How can I put each group of people through the right autoresponder after I create it?” JOCELYN: Alright, this is an interesting question and I think that it actually could have multiple answers. But where I would start with the people that are already on your list is, by sending them an email and trying to get them to choose one or the other. If you have two options, maybe you would have two links there, ‘Which one would you like to learn more about, A or B?' And then that in turn, would segment then on to another list. Now, if you wanted to start them on your new sales funnel, you probably don't want to give them a welcome email because they already sort of, know you. So, what I would do for them is just start them out on email number two. SHANE: So that way, you can send out one broadcast email that has the two options and let them kind of jump in to where they want to be at that point. And then you can kind of just work them into the main part of your list. JOCELYN: So it's a little bit unclear to me if the people who subscribe to each lead magnet are the way that you are wanting them segmented; if that's true, I mean, you can go ahead and segment them on to your other list and to start them at email number two of those particular sales funnels. But if they are unrelated to the new sales funnels that you have created, I would do it the way I was talking about earlier where you would send them an email, let them respond by clicking one thing or another, and then put them on to that other list.
