This is a short and sweet episode. After recording, I realized I left out a few details like what color I finally landed on with my house.. .if you're wondering it was Alabaster white to the mini melt down I had after picking the color. In 1931 the Irvings started hearing scratches in the wall. At first they put it down to rodents or maybe a dog, but one night they heard something that sounded like a baby babbling in the attic. After sharing my story, I had some questions and wanted to share my biggest points, thoughts, and concerns with the medication even for myself. I touch on making sure you're eating enough calories/protein, working with a professional, changing your eating habits, and using this as a tool in your tool box .I am no way an expert on this medication. In this episode, I get really granular about how I grew up and why it is important to own your story and accept it for what it is. We all have the ability to chose if we want to fall victim to our past traumas or learn and grow from them and become the people that we want to be. I discuss how I finally accepted my child hood trauma and how I used my acceptance to recently change how I view friendships, family, and relationships. In this episode, I sit down and talk about having friends as an adult can be difficult at times. Meaning ... we are all figuring out who we are as we age and sometimes that means that we grow apart from some of our friendships. There is also this interesting aspect of Mirroring .. meaning what you dislike in someone else is because you dislike that trait in yourself... jury is still out on this and I need to do some more research, but I can understand the theory. Listen in to hear more on the mirroring theory and how to over come growing pains in adult friendships. Until next time guys ... BYE!Follow me on social: https://www.instagram.com/babbles_nonsense/

In this episode, I sit down a discuss my thought son vulnerability. What does it take to become Vulnerable, what does it mean to be vulnerable, how do we learn vulnerability, and so many other questions pop into mind. Vulnerability has so many layers. There are so many different ways to be vulnerable whether it be being all the way vulnerable and speaking your emotions and truth out loud in a safe space or going outside without makeup. There is no right or wrong vulnerability because emotions can not be right or wrong. Emotions are neutral, but how we express and share our emotions and how others perceive our intentions is where it can get dicy. Listen in to hear my thoughts on vulnerability and all it entails. Welcome back! I came for a lighting test and mic test and ended up making a bumbling podcast about the odd act of professionals trying to ruin professionals within their own company at the expense of the company.
