WHY work life balance is a myth is as important to understand as knowing that it is one. It's important because the way a topic is framed has a large impact on how we think about it. It directs our focus and influences the options we perceive. Most people I speak with consciously know there is no real balance between work and life. Yet work/life balance is still used to describe a primary challenge facing people. The fundamental issue with the term work/life balance isn't just that such a thing doesn't exist. The issue is also the framing of our struggle being one of work/life balance and the assumptions on which that framing is based. One assumption is that working has equal priority to living. Another is that they are oppose each other. Thus, the challenge of work/life balance is a fictious one based on inhumane assumptions that prevent creating healthy and sustainable ways of being in the world. No atiendas más que tu respiro. Solo atiéndelo. Si te es posible, hazme parte de él, porque, en cierta forma, tú eres parte del mío. Así que atiende tu respiro y haz que te serene, te tranquilice, te sostenga ahí, como el habitante que eres, el habitante que se busca y, que quiere tanto su encuentro. Y es que cada vez que te das a la tarea de respirarte así, hay algo de tu encuentro. Así que respira sutil, con serenidad. Respira libre. Reconoce lo que has avanzado. Las ganas de estar, que te acompañan, así como sentirte desde esta forma, en la que los sentidos no intervienen, se desplazan, permitiendo que tu sentir, se sujete a lo que la Luz es, sea lo que sea. Respira firme, constante, deleitándote, haciendo que cada respiro, sea consciente, más que necesitado, provocado. Balancea bien lo que inhalas y lo que exhalas, sin mayor retención, más bien, haciendo de esa constante, un fluido que te recorre, que te activa, así como te escruta. Y, en ese recorrido, te pronuncia, te dices a ti, en lo que tu silencio es, tu serenidad y tu confianza. Es cuando permites habitarte, sin temor, sin angustia, sin reclamo, sin petición alguna. Es tu contacto. ¿Estarías contactando con qué, con quién? Y podría existir tanto y, a la vez, nada. Respira, que todo de ti sabe, lo que necesita ser contactado. Cada respiro informa, se ocupa, atiende, lo que en ti amerita, ser contactado. En principio sería, con tu Ser mismo. Aquello que Es, que siempre Es, que has ido aceptando, desde lo que tu naturaleza humana es. Que no te cueste comprender lo que eres como Ser, más allá de este aspecto, este cuerpo, esta tu psiquis y, tu valiente mente, que se arriesga tanto, que preserva tanto y que, a su vez, es capaz de evitar contactos, al creer, presumir, que no es lo que quieres. Así que respira, asintiendo el momento que produces y, el contacto que aspiras. Deberías seguir notando que cada vez más, los pensamientos invasivos se debilitan. Y, que tu respiro, los invalida sin atacarlos, al contrario, permiten su paso, sin intervención, sin desaliento ni urgencia. Estás en tu contacto. ¿Qué más? Quizás creas, que deberías contactar con algo o alguien, que se asome por ahí, advirtiendo tu presencia. ¿Qué o quién podría ser? ¿Qué crees existe, que estaría en la voluntad de atenderte? No te apresures, no nombres a nadie ni a nada, sigue respirando, cada vez más sutil y, avócate a percibir, qué Manifiesto existe dentro de lo que imaginas o no, que puede querer hacer contacto en ti. Solo percibe. Es tan solo tu respiro, lo que produce esa atracción, esa magia, eso esencial, eso infinito, que no sería más, que el Ser que eres. El infinito que Ser que eres. Respírate, contáctate, recíbete. Sin mostrarte ni demostrarte nada. Sin aferrarte siquiera, sin figurarte, sin limitarte y, sostente ahí, con el mínimo respiro, lo apenas vital. No te niegues, no reduzcas, no obvies el contacto. Lo que, en realidad no te produce nada, ni tensión ni apego, ni exaltación, ni sonido alguno, tampoco destellos.
