Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today's episode with Kirby... the now 5th place contestant from this year's Australian Survivor which is now on Network Ten! I will be talking about the Kirby's time in Samoa and of course what she thinks now… the smoke has well and truly been snuffed out on his touch. Australian Survivor: Titans V Rebels is a showdown that pits the winners against the underdogs and the big wigs against the battlers, with each player competing for the grand prize of $500,000. A strategically aggressive player from the start, Kirby used her sociability to arrange numerous blindsides to further herself in the game, though her unpredictability caused her to be embroiled in a rivalry with Feras. After laying low during the early merge, her strategic position saw a resurgence and she initiated a truce with Feras, realising the mutual benefit of an alliance. Laying down their swords, Kirby and Feras proceeded to dominate the endgame until Kirby's target became too great to overlook, forcing her to win the remaining Immunity Challenge to save herself. When she lost immunity at the final five, she was voted out unanimously for being the biggest threat in the game. We will unpack the Kirby and Feras relationship once and for all and find out where there relationship is at now! Kirby will breakdown the resume of the remaining players and give us some exclusive details on the hot topics back at the Jury Villa! I will ask about Kirby' s relationship with a former Australian Survivor legend and how much of his season she had watched? Plus we find out how those pieces to camera are made and how that affects castaways decisions There is so much to unpack with Kirby and he is really fun to talk to. So sit back and relax as we dive just that little bit deeper into the world of Australian Survivor. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Hi Guys, welcome back to TV Reload. Thank you for clicking or downloading on today's episode with Rianna the now 7th place contestant from this years Australian Survivor which is now on Network Ten. I will be talking about the Rianna's time in Samoa and of course what she thinks now… that the smoke has well and truly been snuffed out on his touch. Australian Survivor: Titans V Rebels is a showdown that pits the winners against the underdogs and the big wigs against the battlers, with each player competing for the grand prize of $500,000. Rianna's close friendship with her primary ally Kirby stood at the core of her game in Titans vs rebels. Despite a skittishness that caused her to renege on several plans at the last minute, Rianna was usually kept in the loop on strategic plans and leveraged her strong physical game to solidify a place in the endgame. However, after Alex's impassioned speech blew up Kirby and Rianna's games at the previous night's Tribal Council, a desperate Kirby's victory in the subsequent Immunity Challenge left Rianna firmly in the crosshairs. Seeking to cut Kirby off at the knees, the tribe voted out Rianna in seventh place. We will unpack the fact Kirby was not suspected to involved with Raymond's advantage and why people didn't question the immunity necklace being swapped in that tribal council. Rianna will share the order she would have liked to eliminate the remaining players. I will ask about Kirby and Feras' relationship and question if Kirby needs to win every immunity challenge until the final jury council. Plus we find out what Rianna thinks about flying under the radar and if there was any other way she could have saved herself in her final 24 hours. There is so much to unpack with Rianna and he is really fun to talk to. So sit back and relax as we dive just that little bit deeper into the world of Australian Survivor. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This week on Rational Security, Alan made his long-awaited return to the podcast for a (brief, so savor it) reunion with Quinta and Scott to talk over the week's big national security news, including:“Losing the Immunity Challenge.” Earlier this week, the D.C. Circuit rejected former President Trump's attempt to appeal the denial of his claims of presidential immunity to criminal charges arising from Jan. 6. That issue is now primed for the Supreme Court. Will it take it up? And what will it decide?“Ordeal or No Deal.” As Israel's military offensive in Gaza continues, the United States is trying to facilitate a short-term hostage deal—and a longer term bargain that would incorporate Israel and Saudi Arabia into a security pact. How realistic are these proposals? And how might they impact the dynamics of the Gaza conflict?“The Shakedown Breakdown.” Congressional Republicans who once insisted on tying Ukraine assistance to a border deal have now turned against any effort to hash out a border deal—even as House Republicans have also failed to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas or to pass their own stand-alone assistance bill for Israel. Where does this all leave aid for Ukraine? And what ramifications will this congressional dysfunction have moving forward? For object lessons, Alan shared the thing he spent most of his time off on: his new substack, “The Rozy Outlook.” In light of this week's oral arguments in Trump v. Anderson, Quinta recommended Mark Graber's book on the 14th Amendment, "Punish Treason, Reward Loyalty." Hey Fandom - Survivor Fandom that is! Welcome back for another episode of Trash Talk Roundtable with your hosts of The Challenge Fandom Podcast Tony, Corrina and Rick. Today we are doing something a little different - we are recapping Survivor and Survivor only! Normally we would hold these recaps for when The Challenge started back up and just tack a Survivor recap onto the end of The Challenge but you know what? YOLO! So lets recap Survivor season 43 episodes 1 and 2. Kicking off the episode, catch up with your hosts and get some of our thoughts on everything being thrown our way, some of our plans going forward, upcoming features and how we're feeling about our first all Survivor recap (00:00 - 16:55). Then break into Survivor 43 episode 1 with us while we talk about our Fantasy Survivor Team Draft, some of our first impressions and favorite back stories, what we think about the tribes, who reminds us of who and an overall recap of the opening Reward Challenge, camp life, Immunity Challenge and first Tribal Council (16:55 - 1:37:00). Next we dive into episode 2 and talk about how our feelings may have changed for some of the Survivors, what we are looking forward to, our thoughts on taking away a tribe's flint for losing a challenge and of course, we recap the Immunity/Reward Challenge, camp life, alliance flips and flops and of course, the Tribal Council (1:37:00 - 2:46:00). Then, wrap up the podcast episode with us as we go over our current fantasy team points, who we have coming up on the podcast, plans we have for future guests, and information on the Challenge Trivia Night that Corrina participated in (2:46:00 - END). Asafoetida. Taramosalata. Immunity Challenge. EXCITING!
It is an iconic Survivor moment, but the consensus here is clear. You don't win the family visit. It's just not worth it, especially if you have a decent social game. The stakes are simply too high. This next week appears to be packed with action with a Reward Challenge, a Return from Edge of Extinction Challenge, and an Immunity Challenge too. We can't wait! The Family Visit episodes are always emotional, but we think this one was overshadowed by all the exciting post Immunity Challenge scrambling and on the fly strategic realignments. Add in all the twists and turns at the "live" Tribal Council, and this episode is one for the history books! Where do you rate Lauren's gameplay? Did this rank as the dumbest move in Survivor history? What did you think of this season's Family Visit and the reward challenge? Ben is clearly playing a magnificient game, but how do you see him moving forward from here? Who do you think is playing the best game? Who makes the best goat now? Who do you think will be next to go? Here is the merged tribe after week 11. Solewa: Ashley, Ben, Chrissy, Devon, Mike, and Ryan We've got several ways you can reach us. Now that was interesting. We had no idea that episode four would contain so many twists. It was packed with surprises all the way to the end. We were so caught up in the whole thing that we forgot to listen for the Easter eggs in the Immunity Challenge. What did you think of the results of the shuffle? Does any tribe strike you as having a distinct advantage? What did you think of Jessica's response to Cole's lies? What do you think about the Special Advantage twist and how the HII was played? Who do you think is playing the best, and who is in jeopardy of being voted out before the merge? Who do you think will be next to go? Here are the tribes after episode 4. This week we interviewed Sandra Diaz-Twine. She left the game in week 5 of Survivor Game Changers. Never in the game has someone demonstrated such immense bravado, and been able to back it up with results. Sandra played at a level clearly above most of her tribemates. It was entertaining to watch her work her magic, and it genuinely impressed many of her fellow castaways. Alas, not even Sandra could overcome a determined majority set on ousting her. Listen to this interview to hear her take on what happened at that last Immunity Challenge, an assessment of her tribemates, new details on what we didn't get to see and lots more! AFTERBUZZ TV – Survivor: Caramoan edition, is a weekly “after show” for fans of CBS’s Survivor. In this episode, host AJ Gibson breaks down the "Blindside Time" episode in which, on day 20, a boat arrived at the Gota beach announcing the tribal merge. The boat took the Gota tribe to the Bikal beach where the newly merged tribe took part in the traditional merger feast. Malcolm named the tribe Enil Edam; unbeknownst to the tribe, this was to honor his mother Madeline, for Enil Edam being was her name backwards. Phillip told Andrea that they, along with Cochran and Dawn, could take themselves all the way to the Final Four. Corinne plotted with Malcolm about blindsiding Phillip, and they planned to gather a majority voting bloc comprising Corinne and Michael plus Malcolm's new "alpha male" quartet with Erik, Eddie, and Reynold. Their master plan was to vote along with the Favorites in eliminating Sherri before turning on Phillip at the following Tribal Council. AFTERBUZZ TV – Survivor: Caramoan edition, is a weekly “after show” for fans of CBS’s Survivor. In this episode, host AJ Gibson breaks down the "Kill or Be Killed" episode in which At Bikal, Phillip told Brandon, Erik, and Brenda that they were part of his alliance in an effort to contain them, though in reality they were not truly part of the alliance. The Reward Challenge was closely fought with the Favorites just edging out the Fans. After Gota returned to camp, Shamar continued to annoy his tribe with his laziness around camp. During the afternoon, some sand scratched his eye. After a storm rolled in overnight and pounded the tribe, Shamar's condition worsened and the Survivor Medical Team was called in. The Medical Team determined that Shamar had scratched his cornea and he needed to be pulled from the game to be looked at by a specialist. The Fans lost the Immunity Challenge even though Reynold's accurate throwing during the sandbag throwing stage nearly gave them a huge come fro --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
They really kept us guessing with this one. There were so many potential vote outs presented in the first half of the episode. Brandon continued his disintegration, while further undermining his supposed alliance. Edna got a wake up call. Cochran, Dawn and Jim were considering risky moves, which in turn highlighted Elyse as a new target too. Once the Immunity Challenge was settled it narrowed a bit, but we still were looking at Brandon, Edna or Stacey when Tribal Council started. Would you consider cutting Brandon loose this soon if you were in the majority alliance? If you were on the outside of a majority like Cochran and Dawn, would you consider voting out Ozzy? Time for another duel. Who wins in the showdown between Christine and Stacey? Here are the tribes after episode 4. Savaii:Cochran, Dawn, Elyse, Jim, Keith, Ozzy and Whitney Upolu:Albert, Brandon, Coach, Edna, Mikayla, Rick, and Sophie Redemption Beach: Christine vs. Stacey Jo Ann thinks Edna will be next to leave. Stacy thinks Upolu has finally had enough of unpredictible Brandon and send him on a retreat to Redemption Beach before he makes his final stop at Loser's Lodge.
