Buller says renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel hold tremendous opportunities for further oilseed industry expansion. Buller hopes 40Z tax credit rules will include more acceptable climate smart production practices and less bundling. NOPA opposes policies that place caps on vegetable oil capacity and encourage imports of used cooking oil from foreign countries.

Instead of focusing on being successful in your business - you should focus on being aligned in your brand and business. THIS is what leads to success! I love this episode with Tina because we talk all about embodying your business and crafting a brand to reflect who you are. This includes all the fun things of course, and also navigating the challenges (like when I hired someone who wasn't morally aligned).
Kailee Adkins is her chapter's FFA President, a national finalist in agriscience and show goat producer from Chillicothe, Ohio. She has had an interesting journey to where she is at today. When she was about 9 years old, she and her family moved to the farm on which they currently reside. Kailee described her father has wanting she and her young sister to grow up with the responsibility of raising and showing livestock in the manner which he did. The animal of choice for this was goats. For several years Kailee showed goats unenthusiastically, but it was part of her responsibility on the farm so she devoted herself to it. Meanwhile, she had growing interests in plants and soils that were coming from the environment that she was living in. So, when high school arrived she signed up for a class about plants and soils that interested her, and this led her into the FFA. Kailee is the first ever FFA member in her family, and she said that it really brought her out of her shell. She started off high school shy and quiet, and the FFA gave her the time outside of her comfort zone to overcome this. Then, one day when was about 15, something clicked and she became passionate about showing goats. After all of those years, something finally clicked in. Today she is growing a herd for both quality and quantity and developing a business. This spring, she and her family, will hold their first ever "bid board sale" at the county fairground to sell their goats to other exhibitors in the area.

Buckle Up for Life: The Kailee Mills Foundation Story Welcome to another impactful episode of the Team Never Quit Podcast. In today's episode, we shine a spotlight on the crucial importance of seatbelt safety, exploring the heart-wrenching story of David Mills and his family. Their tragedy led to the creation of the Kailee Mills Foundation, a beacon of hope and advocacy for seatbelt awareness. The Mills family's tragic journey begins with the heartbreaking story of losing their beloved 16-year-old daughter in a car accident. This devastating event became the catalyst for change in their lives and ignited a passion for preventing similar tragedies, in memory of their daughter. Through educational programs, events, and collaborations, the foundation continues to make strides in promoting seatbelt safety and saving lives. We discuss tangible ways our listeners can contribute to the Kailee Mills Foundation's mission and promote seatbelt safety within their own communities. Join us as we honor the memory of Kailee Mills and support the Kailee Mills Foundation in their tireless efforts to make our roads safer. Every buckle can make a difference. Check out the foundation here: - https://www.kaileemillsfoundation.org/ Sponsors: - Navyfederal.org - Policygenius.com In this episode you will hear: • The whole Team Never Quit mindset started for me when we lost our daughter. Our 16 year old. It was at that point that I realized how short life is. (14:31) • A lot of my friends that were way less smart than me, weren't as hard of workers as me, were doing way bigger things. I was like why can't that be me? That's when I why decided to grow my company and things really took off. At the same time, we were building a foundation in our daughter's name. (14:48) • Even from a young age she [Kailee] could talk to anybody. She was like an adult, she would go into a room and make her presence felt. She was outgoing, bubbly, a light in a dark room. She had a large personality, a big smile, a loud laugh, and was larger than life. (19:26) • She also didn't mind being the butt of a joke. (21:40) • It's a parent's worst fear – losing a child. (28:17) • Your odds [of survival in a crash] go up exponentially if you have your seatbelt on. (33:34) • I've never been comfortable with public speaking but I just felt like these kids [gathered at the crash site days later] needed to hear a message of how important it is to be safe in the car. (34:51) • I told ‘em you've gotta be selfish when it comes to your safety. (35:36) • Who do you buckle for at home that loves you that's counting on you to make it home safe? (41:45) • I've done way worse, and got away with it. (63:14) • I'm shaving getting ready for the memorial service and I'm thinking to myself of all those stupid choices I've made and got away with, and I thought it's not fair. I'm a Christian. What is the foundation of my faith? It's the Lord's Prayer - Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. (63:28) • I called him [the driver's father] and said I want you to know that I forgive your son. I want him to know that If he wants to come pay his respects, say his goodbye's We're gonna welcome him with open arms. We're gonna love on him. We're gonna tell him it's gonna be okay. We forgive him. (64:17) • If there's somebody in your life that you're holding hatred or a grudge on, just consider forgiving that person. (64:45) • Raising awareness is about creating conversations and reminding people what's important. (72:12)

This week, hammered dulcimer prodigy, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and Ozark original Ben Haguewood recorded live at Ozark Folk Center State Park. Also, an interview with this upstart hammer wielding dulcimer master. Ben Haguewood is an Ozark original hailing from the tiny hamlet of Potosi, Missouri near the heart of the Mark Twain National Forest. Although a relative newcomer to the competitive world of hammered dulcimer playing, Ben has left his mark on the art form both as a player and a composer. Since becoming a regular Ozark Folk Center performer as a teen, he's voraciously absorbed all the traditional folk music he could and collected many friends along the way. Ben has been in more than a few bands over the years but his partnership with champion old-time fiddler Kailee Spickes stands out as most enduring. The duo make up two fifths of the band “Taller Than You” and all of the band “Blackberry Summer.” Possessing a seemingly inexhaustible desire to create, both separately and together, Ben and Kailee have explored multiple instruments, musical styles, and even songwriting. From rousing traditional jigs to delicate original ballads, you'll enjoy this journey through the music of Ben Haguewood. In this week's “From the Vault” segment, OHR producer Jeff Glover offers a 2022 archival recording of Ozark original and dulcimer instructor to Ben Haguewood, Janice Huff, performing her original tune “Back of the Moon” from the Ozark Folk Center State Park archives. In this week's guest host segment, renowned traditional folk musician, writer, and step dancer Aubrey Atwater examines nonsensical lyrics in traditional songs.

Topics illuminated: UFO Encounters, ET Experiences, Collective Consciousness, Human Evolution, Reincarnation, Positive ET Encounters, Media Perspectives, High-Frequency Information, Angelic ETs, Meditation Connection Inside today's episode, Brent Boatman (Rebecca's Father) Kailee Foyle & Rebecca Boatman share.. The desire for personal ET experiences. Collective consciousness and its connection to UFO sightings. Personal experiences with ETs, UFO's, and consciousness-based control mechanisms. The idea of reincarnation represented circles of light. The loving and positive nature of ET encounters. Hope for increased acceptance of such experiences. Media-driven fear around UFO's and the need to shift perspectives. ET's planting high-frequency information in human consciousness. The power of forgiveness as a frequency. The potential angelic and benevolent nature of ETs. Human fear contrasted with cautious ET interactions. The role of ETs in safeguarding humanity. The role of meditation and stillness in connecting with ETs. Absolutely one of my favorite episodes, as it sheds light on the experiences of those who've encountered ETs. Many people are uncertain about how to process these experiences or share them. This episode may illuminate your path. From a young age, my father instilled in me knowledge about UFOs, ETs, and their spiritual connection. With mainstream media discussing UFOs, it's crucial to delve into the benevolent aspect of this conversation.
