Nel nuovo e-commerce guidato dagli LLM la domanda non è più "dove mi trovi?", ma "chi ti sceglie per me?".È questo il cambio di paradigma raccontato a RadioNext da Marco Loguercio advisor e-commerce ed esperto SEO e GEO, che fotografa un mercato in cui motori generativi come Copilot, Gemini e ChatGPT stanno riscrivendo le regole della customer journey, sia nel B2B sia nel B2C.Nel B2B, ci rcconta Marco, molti uffici acquisti stanno già utilizzando gli LLM per valutare fornitori, confrontare prezzi e analizzare caratteristiche tecniche: un processo che per decenni è stato dominato dalla relazione diretta tra venditori e procurement oggi passa attraverso una mediazione algoritmica. Più del 50% delle PMI italiane, secondo le rilevazioni citate, avrebbe già integrato questi strumenti nei processi di scouting, anche se il campione non è ancora pienamente rappresentativo.Siamo davvero pronti a competere in un mercato in cui la prima short list la fa un algoritmo?Sul fronte B2C, soprattutto nei settori dove il made in Italy è forte - moda, lusso, beauty, food - l'LLM diventa consulente personale d'acquisto. Non sostituisce Google, ma lo affianca: c'è chi parte dal motore di ricerca tradizionale e poi usa l'intelligenza artificiale per approfondire recensioni e modalità d'uso, e chi compie il percorso inverso, chiedendo subito alla chat di sintetizzare opzioni e alternative per poi finalizzare l'acquisto altrove. Intanto i grandi player lavorano per accorciare la filiera: comprare direttamente dentro la risposta, dentro la chat. Un vantaggio per l'utente, certo, ma per i brand?Opportunità di conversione immediata, sì, ma anche rischio di disintermediazione, perdita di dati, minore controllo sulla relazione e sui KPI. Perché se l'interazione avviene dentro un ambiente chiuso, cosa resta agli analytics aziendali? I vecchi indicatori - click, tempo di permanenza, heatmap - diventano meno rilevanti in un contesto conversazionale dove le informazioni sulle chat non sono condivise. Le aziende vedono l'ordine arrivare, ma non sanno davvero cosa abbia convinto il cliente. È un salto nel buio, o un investimento strategico?Sullo sfondo c'è la monetizzazione: modelli di affiliazione, bidding, nuove forme di advertising integrate nelle risposte. OpenAI, Google, Microsoft stanno sperimentando, mentre il mercato osserva. Potremmo arrivare a un sistema in cui la visibilità nelle risposte dipende da quanto sei disposto a pagare? L'ipotesi è tutt'altro che remota. Per i brand la scelta non è più solo tra marketplace ed e-commerce proprietario, ma tra ecosistemi chiusi e controllo diretto della narrazione.La strategia, suggerisce Marco Loguercio, sarà ibrida: presidiare i marketplace per intercettare la domanda, mantenere sul proprio sito prodotti esclusivi e contenuti distintivi per difendere identità e marginalità. Ma serve un cambio di mentalità: non esistono più soluzioni "one size fits all". È un learning by doing che ricorda la SEO degli esordi, con la differenza che oggi la velocità di evoluzione è esponenziale. Le imprese devono investire come in una vera attività di ricerca e sviluppo, accettando che i risultati non siano immediati. La posta in gioco è alta: chi capirà per primo come dialogare con gli LLM non solo venderà di più, ma potrà influenzare il modo in cui l'intelligenza artificiale racconta il proprio brand. E in un mercato dove è l'algoritmo a suggerire, essere suggeriti è tutto.
