Bringing up the rear of our Nightmare on Elm Street retrospective is the rightfully maligned remake. Friends, this thing might be the worst thing we've ever reviewed over here at Binge Buddies HQ. Embark with us on a cosmic journey where you'll discover the profound impact of Saturn retrograde and the Rahu-Ketu transit on our lives. We examine the celestial power of Saturn's retrograde motion and its potent connection to our individual need for healing. Unveiling the karmic dynamics of Rahu and Ketu, we'll peel back the layers of our illusions, guided by Ketu, the wise Greyhound. This transit could bring about a wave of disillusionment, a revelation that can be as liberating as it is painful, depending on how tightly we cling to our life solutions. As our journey continues through the cosmos, we spotlight the movement of Rahu through the realms of Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha. We'll align this celestial passage with the upcoming Navaratri festival, an auspicious time when the Nine Nights of the Goddess can be invoked through Sanskrit chanting. By journey's end, you'll have a deeper understanding of these astrological events, and the mysterious ways they weave into and influence our everyday lives. So settle in, and let's navigate the stars together. Nava' In Sanskrit means Nine,Ratri is Night. Navaratri means nine nights. The origin and the legend are detailed in Wikipedia. The scope of this blog is limited to the period of observance, the poojas to be performed and the meaning of the Poojas.  The beginning of spring and the beginning of autumn are two very important junctions of climatic and solar influence. These two periods are taken as sacred opportunities for the worship of the Divine Mother. The dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar. Navaratri represents celebration of Goddess Durga, the manifestation of Deity in form of Shakti [Energy or Power]. The Navaratri festival or ‘Nine Nights festival' becomes ‘ten days festival' with the addition of the last day, Vijayadashami which is its culmination. On all these ten days, the various forms of Mother Mahisasura-mardini (Durga) are worshipped with fervor and devotion.' avoided). Traditional dishes like sundal are offered to visitors. On all these days , Coconut, fruits , betel leaf and nut are to be offered as Naivedyam. I will be blogging details of Sarawathi Pooja and Vijaya Dasami one day earlier to the functions. Valor ,Wealth and Knowledge are the three attributed one needs to succeed in Life. These three aspects are reflected in the personification of these three Deities. While Durga stands for Valor, Lakshmi is for wealth(not merely economic prosperity, but all round happiness and contentment), and Sarasvati for Knowledge and enlightenment. In all these Poojas these deities are invoked and their Blessings are sought. For more details including Slokas to be chanted, Navratri dates,Thithis and audio , audio links and authentic websites for Slokas read What is Navaratri,How to Perform Pooja and related articles in Ramanis blog. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/ramanispodcast/message

In today's episode, I will be reading Neville Goddards' lecture from 1967 titled "Building Your Temple." Here is an excerpt: "William Blake, in his poem “The Four Zoas: a Dream of Nine Nights,” tells of God's fall into division and his resurrection to unity - his fall into generation, decay, and death and his resurrection into the unity of the one Father. Associating his poem with the 6th chapter of Ephesians, the 12th verse, he states: “We wrestle not with flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.” So we see that they fall into division and the resurrection into unity is mental." --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/lynna-teer/support

The autumnal Navarātri festival—also called Durgā Pūjā, Dassehra, or Dasain—is the most important Hindu festival in South Asia and wherever Hindus settle. A nine-night-long celebration in honor of the goddess Durgā, it ends on the tenth day with a celebration called “the victorious tenth” (vijayadaśamī). The rituals that take place in domestic, royal, and public spaces are closely connected with one's station in life and dependent on social status, economic class, caste, and gender issues.  Exploring different aspects of the festival as celebrated in diverse regions of South Asia and in the South Asian diaspora, Ute Hüsken, Vasudha Narayanan and Astrid Zotter's Nine Nights of Power: Durgā, Dolls, and Darbārs (SUNY Press, 2021) addresses the following common questions: What does this festival do? What does it achieve, and how? Why and in what way does it sometimes fail? How do mass communication and social media increase participation in and contribute to the changing nature of the festival? The contributors address these questions from multiple perspectives and discuss issues of agency, authority, ritual efficacy, change, appropriation, and adaptation. Because of the festival's reach beyond its diverse celebrations in South Asia, its influence can be seen in the rituals and dances in many parts of Western Europe and North America. Neville GoddardBuilding Your TempleNovember 2 1967 William Blake, in his poem The Four Zoas: a Dream of Nine Nights, tells of God's fall into division and his resurrection to unity - his fall into generation, decay, and death and his resurrection into the unity of the one Father. Associating his poem with the 6th chapter of Ephesians, the 12th verse, he states: “We wrestle not with flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.” So we see that the fall into division and the resurrection into unity is mental. From beginning to end, the Bible speaks of a certain temple that is being constructed. And every day we are building our temple for the dwelling place of God the Father. In the 2nd chapter of the Book of Ephesians, we are told: “The whole structure is joined together and grows into a holy temple in the Lord; in whom you also are built into it as a living structure of God in the Spirit.” In other words, as you bring your building and I bring mine, we are fitted together as living stones in the building of God. Music By Mettaverse SolaceInner Worlds ➤ Listen on Soundcloud: http://bit.ly/2KjGlLI➤ Follow them on Instagram: http://bit.ly/2JW8BU2➤ Join them on Facebook: http://bit.ly/2G1j7G6➤ Subscribe to their channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyvjffON2NoUvX5q_TgvVkw  The video contained was used with permission by Julius HorsthuisJulius is an amazing artist check out his website http://www.julius-horsthuis.com/You can see his youtube channel here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPYiwZRSN8w5ZodY4MvflJQOn twitter https://twitter.com/JuliusHorsthuisOn vimeo https://vimeo.com/juliushorsthuisOn instagram https://www.instagram.com/julius.horsthuis/ BUY A COPY OF MY BOOKhttps://www.amazon.com/Reality-Revolution-Mind-Blowing-Movement-Hack/dp/154450618X/ Listen my book on audible https://www.audible.com/pd/The-Reality-Revolution-Audiobook/B087LV1R5V Prosperity Consciousness - https://youtu.be/kkMvngNKeDQ How to use breathing to change your life https://youtu.be/m4y71lnyV7A The Health Revolution – Becoming  Healthier through the power of your mind https://youtu.be/3UjSt3V8xso The Love Revolution: Using the Law of Attraction to find love… and your soulmate https://youtu.be/3-mhAfe2aO8 Finding Your Purpose - https://youtu.be/XJtZtmlWq9w Transform your health - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo9Ef3Qy_G9aduDHbkPbpKOb All my guided meditations in one place https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo_BfNnb5vLcwouInskcEhqL All my short meditations (you have 10 minutes) - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo-Mc0SiXK8Ef0opJeahwgfM All my episodes about parallel realities - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo-1-dStwX7huyhcxpJPMrWi  All My Neville Goddard Videos In One Playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo8kBZsJpp3xvkRwhbXuhg0M For all episodes of the Reality Revolution – https://www.therealityrevolution.com Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/The-Reality-Revolution-Podcast-Hosted-By-Brian-Scott-102555575116999 Join our facebook group The Reality Revolution https://www.facebook.com/groups/523814491927119 Subscribe to my Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOgXHr5S3oF0qetPfqxJfSw #nevillegoddard #audiobooks #imagination #newthought #lawofattraction #totalhumanoptimization

Mahishasura was a buffalo Asura in Hinduism. He is known among Hindus of most sects as a deceitful demon who pursued his evil ways by shape-shifting. Mahishasura was the son of Rambha, and the great-grandson of Brahmarshi Kashyapa. He was ultimately killed by Goddess Durga - after which She gained the epithet Mahishasuramardini ("Slayer of Mahishasura"). The Navaratri ("Nine Nights") festival eulogizes this battle between Mahishasura and Durga, culminating in Vijaya Dasami, a celebration of his ultimate defeat.#MysteryMalayalam #MalayalamHorrorStory #ScaryMalayalamStory #mysterymalayalam #MysteryStories #IndianMythology #HinduMythology

On sám chtěl mluvit o tom, že v britské společnosti není něco v pořádku. Strach, policejní brutalita, rasismus, nerovnost a dluhy... Episode 5 of Mary C's new podcast When south-london multidisciplinary artist Gaika released his debut mixtape Machine in 2015, it was described as avantgarde grime influenced by dancehall and industrial music. But more important was his message, that there’s something wrong in the british society. Fear, police brutality, racism, inequality and debt. The empire is in ruins. It’s time to start building up based on new values. And so Gaika started building The Spectacular Empire - infrastructure of forward-thinking black art and music - together with DJ, manager and booking agent Mensa and a few years ago also with singer, composer and organizer Glor1a. Not waiting for authorities to support them, with their new project Nine Nights they are showing the industry how a sustainable and fair collective organization could look like. WDRB reporter Chad Mills worked nine-straight nights covering the protests over police violence and racial injustice on the streets of Louisville, and he's garnered a huge audience for his Facebook live streams of the events. Despite encountering gun shots and tear gas, Mills says the demonstrations have been largely peaceful.

The Digital Human

Aleks explores whether the moment we're in is the internet's greatest stress test. Can a network that was built to connect human beings through facts and figures support someone during their greatest hour of need? Philip Blackledge is a priest, who's been sitting with Covid-19 patients. He says the pain and separation he has witnessed has been heartbreaking but technology has offered a bridge between loved ones. Philip acknowledges, the grace the dying have shown in using technology to make peace with those they're leaving behind, because of restrictions and separation, has been very moving. But he explains why we are asking technology to do a lot. Zainab Gulamali highlights how for the Muslim community mourning has been taken online, but there is much to navigate. Zainab tells how she accidentally ended up virtually attending a funeral of someone she didn't know on instagram live. And Zainab describes how an online memorial for her Grandmother's death allowed her for the first time to witness the emotion of older members of her family. She says that attending funerals online is a much more real and raw experience. Jay McGregor's father, Jason Weatherman, a well known and respected DJ within the UK's black community died during the pandemic and after an outpouring of grief from around the world, his family and friends decided to host the first ever customary Nine Nights celebration online. 25,000 people joined the live stream and Jay says this event gave her more comfort than anything following her father's passing. This is not what the pioneers of the internet imagined - they thought they would build a global community to share information but what they did - and we didn't believe it until now - was to create a technology that is a bridge for love.
