Mackelly and Simon roll out the barbed wire and start digging the trenches.Chapter Review:In the Old Palace of Sunspear, Areo Hotah watches as Maester Caleotte delivers an ebony chest to Prince Doran Martell. Inside is the skull of Gregor Clegane, which Obara Sand places on a marble pedestal. Doran declares that “the Mountain rides no more.” Ser Balon Swann, there on behalf of Queen Cersei, is made uneasy by the spicy food, the politics, and Princess Arianne's careful attention.Cersei's letter requests that Myrcella visit King's Landing, with Trystane to accompany her and Doran to take Oberyn's seat on the small council. Doran suggests they travel by ship, and Balon's reluctance to travel by sea does not go unnoticed.After the feast, Doran gathers Obara, Nymeria, Tyene, Arianne, Ellaria, and Hotah in his solar. Ellaria breaks at the Sand Snakes' refusal to accept the end of the blood feud with the Lannisters, rejecting the endless cycle of vengeance. When she leaves, the Sand Snakes demand war, but Doran forces them to swear obedience before revealing that Cersei's invitation is a trap meant to kill Trystane on the road. Instead of violating guest right by killing Swann, Doran assigns each Sand Snake a role: Obara will lead Swann to hunt Darkstar, Nymeria will escort Myrcella to court and take the small council seat, and Tyene will infiltrate the Sept of Baelor. Arianne will remain in Sunspear as his heir. Dr. Rebecca Hunter, CEO of Baselode Energy Corp. (TSXV: FIND) (OTCQB: BSENF), joins me to discuss the news released today that the merger with Forum Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: FMC) (OTCQB: FDCFF) is official, after the completion of the plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act, as previously disclosed on June 24, 2025. The pro-forma Company is well capitalized with over $12 million in cash and having multiple high-potential projects within its asset base, including the flagship Aberdeen Project in Nunavut and the Hook-ACKIO Project in Saskatchewan, in addition to another dozen secondary exploration projects.    During Baselode's Annual General and Special Meeting to be held on September 16, 2025 Baselode will seek shareholder approval to change its name to Geiger Energy Corporation and is to be traded under the ticker (TSX.V:  BEEP). Geiger Energy will be led by Rebecca Hunter, PhD as CEO, Stephen Stewart as Chairman, and will be backed by the Ore Group team. James Sykes, prior CEO of Baselode Energy, will remain on as Director and Special Advisor given his experience and track record of discoveries in the Uranium space.   Rebecca outlines the big picture vision of the new combined company, and the synergies between the geological and exploration approaches between both teams and portfolios of projects.  She points to the ongoing 2025 exploration program their 100% owned Aberdeen Project in the Thelon Basin of Nunavut, Canada; where drills are currently turning at multiple unconformity-style and basement-hosted uranium targets across Aberdeen for a roughly 4,000 meter 15-20 exploration program. Tyrion non manca di notare che Griff mente, e anche male.Le giornate sulla Shy Maid procedono lente e monotone, tra un allenamento alle armi e una lezione di storia e geografia. Tyrion è curioso e osserva soprattutto i nuovi compagni: i coniugi Yandry e Ysilla, septa Lemore, la più bella e intrigante e Griff, sempre taciturno e pieno di rabbia e dolore.Inesorabilmente si avvicinano alla vera corrente della Rhoyne e con essa Tyrion inizia a sentire l'influenza delle mille leggende e storie che circondano questa nuova parte di mondo che sta visitando: dalle guerre contro l'antica Valyria ai semidei che popolano le acque del grande fiume, come il Signore del Sudario o il Vecchio Uomo del Fiume. Areo Hotah observes as Prince Doran Martell is visited by three Sand Snakes, each with a plan to seek revenge for their father Oberyn's murder. The prince hears each niece out but makes no commitments. Doran does commit to sending Areo to round up all the Sand Snakes and confine them in the palace indefinitely. Simon and Mackelly worry about their venomous bite.Chapter Review:Areo Hotah, the Captain of Guards for Prince Doran Martell, bars Obara Sand's way, as she attempts an unscheduled visit with her uncle Doran. To avoid bloodshed, Doran allows her passage. The oldest of Oberyn Martell's bastard daughters, Obara is loud, brash, and filled with vengeance for Oberyn's murder. Doran reminds her that it was a trial by combat, and Oberyn willingly participated in it. Obara wants to take the Dornish hosts and attack. She will lead a host to Old Town while her sister Nymeria follows the Kingsroad with the other host. Doran says he'll think on the matter.When Obara storms out, Doran announces it's time to leave the Water Gardens and return to Sunspear. He fears the Sand Snakes are riling the populace over Oberyn's death. Along the way, they are met by Nymeria Sand. She has an alternative plan to Obara's. She wants the heads of Tywin, Jaime, and Cersei Lannister, along with King Tommen's. Doran asks her to be patient. She will not.Upon entering Sunspear, the populace is in an uproar, calling for vengeance. Inside the palace, he's first greeted by his daughter Arianne, but then met by Tyene Sand in the throne room. Her plan for vengeance is to marry Myrcella Baratheon to her cousin Trystane Martell, then hail Myrcella as Queen of the Seven Kingdoms. When the Lannisters ride against Dorne for challenging Tommen's claim, the Dornish army destroys them. Today we come upon one of the most most wonderfully written chapters of well. As enchanting as it is chilling. As thrilling as it expansive. Finally, after far too long away, we return to Arya as she takes on her latest role. While we see her live the life of Mercy and prepare for a big performance we also learn even more about Braavos and the life of the smallfolk. We wonder who her next target might be and how far she's fallen into the role. And then as our eyes our opened we are rewarded with one of the greatest, darkest acts of vengeance in the series. Arya and the Night's Watch recruits continue their trek north into territory that is increasingly ravaged by war. They veer off the Kingsroad to avoid trouble, but progress is slow. Arya sneaks out of camp to pee and is confronted by a pack of wolves. They scare her but leave her unharmed. Simon and Mackelly survey the landscape. Chapter Review: Yoren has left the Kingsroad and is circling around the western shore of the God's Eye. This road barely deserves the name and progress is very slow. Provisions have run out, so Yoren puts two convicted poachers to use, ranging ahead and bringing back dinner. The locals don't want to share their crops and Yoren is forced to pay for that which should be given to the Night's Watch for their service to the realm. They see more and more war damage. Ruined crops, burned keeps. They take in a woman who has lost an arm and a little girl who cries constantly. The woman succumbs to her wounds and is buried. The recruits become more fearful and open-up to one another. They speculate as to Gendry's secret and Lommy comes quite close suggesting he might be Ned Stark's bastard.   Arya sneaks out of camp to use the loo, and is confronted by a pack of wolves. She reaches for Needle, but the wolves leave her in peace. She confides the story of her direwolf Nymeria to Yoren and tries to sleep as wolves howl and humans scream. Show Summary: In this episode we cover Sansa I.Sansa and Septa Mordane are having breakfast during their travels to King’s Landing. Septa Mordane reminds Sansa that they will be riding in the Queen’s carriage today with Queen Cersei, Prince Joffrey, and Princess Myrcella. Sansa needs to remind Arya to wear something pretty today as she will be joining them too.Arya is found near the river, muddy and dirty, brushing mud out of Nymeria’s coat. When Sansa tells her to get dressed, Arya refuses and says she will not be joining them in the carriage today. She would rather ride horses and go look for rubies with her friend Mycah.3 knights have joined the camp and are talking with Cersei. One of the knights frightens Sansa and Joffrey comes to the rescue. Cersei has cancelled their plans to ride in her carriage today because she has to meet with the knights. Instead, Sansa and Joffrey will be spending the day together. As Sansa and Joffrey are walking, they come across Arya and Mycah sword fighting with wooden sticks. Joffrey starts mocking Mycah because he is “just a butcher’s boy”. He cuts his cheek with his sword. Meanwhile, Arya cracks Joffrey on the back of the head with her wooden sword. Joffrey tries to retaliate but Nymeria attacks him and bites his arm. Sansa spends a glorious day with her betrothed Joffrey, only to have it end in disaster when they come across Arya and her friend. The confrontation ends with two bloody heads, a bloody arm, and a sword thrown into the river. Sansa also meets three knights that leave varying impressions on her. We dive into it all. Plus, we make conjectures about the suspicious look Joff gives his uncle Renly. Chapter Review Sansa and the rest of the king's party slowly making their way back to King's Landing have stopped at the Inn at the Crossroads for a boar hunt. Sansa and Arya are supposed to spend the day in the royal wheelhouse but Arya has no interest. She's going off with her friend Micah to hunt for rubies, at the ford of the Trident. The arrival of three knights from King's Landing have changed the plans. So Sansa and Joffrey spend a romantic day together. As the day comes to an end, the pair come across Arya and Micah. Joffrey's mistreatment of Micah angers Arya, so she smacks him in the head with a stick. Jon gets ready to leave Winterfell forever to join the Night's Watch. He has some sweet (and some sour) goodbyes. The boys break it down giving their sympathy to poor Jon, while wishing that they could give him some fatherly advice. Mackelly confronts Simon with accusations of dream-plagiarism. Chapter Review: Jon Snow visits Bran and Catelyn. He says a very sad farewell to his still unconscious little brother. He has a warm moment with Cat that is quickly forgotten as she says some truly awful things to him. Jon next says goodbye to Robb who is busy taking charge of Winterfell - somebody's got to step up. We get to properly meet Arya Stark. Horse-faced, blacksmith-handed scourge of Winterfell septas and straight hems. She's not great at needlework, singing, being regal, or pretty much anything expected of a lady. But we love her not in spite of it, but because of it. Sansa is a lot more lady like, and a lot less likeable. Jon's a good old soul. Prince Joffrey might be a perfect match for Sansa, but if he's going to be a wise and just king, he might want to get henchmen other than Sandor Clegane. In this episode, we take a look at our growing cast of characters, find out why Arya named her wolf Nymeria, and debate why the Targaryens spent six generations never having watched a sunset and wondered what's in that direction. Chapter Review: Arya sits through her needlework class with septa Mordaine, along with her sister Sansa, princess Myrcella, and two other girls from Winterfell. Arya struggles with the work and has no interest. After an argument with Sansa and her friends and a bad review from Mordaine, she flees the room in tears. She and her wolf Nymeria find Jon and Ghost watching the other boys sparing in the yard. He can't participate because he's not true-born.
