Host Ricky Sacks was joined by Richard Cracknell, Lee McQueen, Antony Costa and Ricky J Norwood on this Last Word On Spurs.Leicester missed out on the Champions League for a second successive season after a 4-2 defeat to Tottenham on the final day saw them finish in fifth, while Spurs secured their European place. The Foxes needed results to go their way elsewhere, but had to secure their own victory first to ensure the best possible chance of finishing in the top four.It began well for them too as Leicester were awarded a penalty inside 15 minutes. Toby Alderweireld caught Jamie Vardy around the ankles, and the striker fired home from the spot (18). But just before half-time, Harry Kane (41) finished superbly to secure his third Premier League Golden Boot - the joint-highest number of wins in history with Thierry Henry and Alan Shearer - in possibly his last game for Tottenham. The second half followed a similar pattern. Leicester were awarded a second penalty shortly after the break, won by Vardy again after a tangle with Davinson Sanchez. The striker scored in an almost identical fashion too, slotting home another confident penalty (52).With Chelsea trailing Aston Villa and Leicester ahead, they were in pole position to finish in the Champions League places, but a late flurry from Tottenham condemned the Foxes to the Europa League. The second equaliser was a bizarre moment as a Heung-Min Son corner defected off Kasper Schmeichel's hand (76) and into the back of the net.A Gareth Bale double (87, 90+6) then fired Tottenham into seventh, securing their own place in the Europa Conference League next season. They have also finished a point and place above Arsenal.#THFC #COYS #TOTTENHAM #HOTSPUR #TOTTENHAMHOTSPUR #SPURS

The OneFootball podcast returns once again to take a look at women’s football across Europe. This week Angelina Kelly is joined by Alejandro Diago and Her Football Hub's Megan Hughes.First up and it's over to the Women's Super League where Chelsea and Manchester City faced each other in a thrilling game that ended in a 2-2 draw. With Chelsea still on top in the league with only two more games left, will Emma Hayes and her team march on to victory or stumble at the final hurdle? And if they do, will Manchester City be able to take advantage? Next it's over to France and the Champions League where PSG ended Lyon's dreams of lifting the Champions League trophy for the sixth time in a row as the Parisian side progressed to the next stage of the competition after their second leg match ended 2-2. With only the Division 1 Féminine left to play for, will Lyon be able to overcome PSG domestically and prove that they are still a force to be reckoned with? Then looking at the Primera Iberdrola, Barcelona are simply unstoppable at the moment at the top of the league. However, the final two Champions League spots are still up for grabs. Real Madrid are just one point behind Levante - could they take second place in their first season donning the Real Madrid name? Meanwhile, with Atlético Madrid currently in seventh position, can they still manage to finish the season on a high note? And finally for this week's hot topic, with the groups for the women's football tournament in the Olympics this summer finally drawn, the panel take a look at which teams will progress to the quarter finals. With the likes of Germany and Spain not featuring in the competition this year and nations such as Zambia and Chile making their debuts, the panel also discuss who will be winning gold this summer in Tokyo.

This is an audio version of our YouTube video. We start on Tuesday in the highly competitive Group F. Bundesliga side Dortmund are all-but secured of progress with 10 points from 5 games. They take on bottom club Zenit, who have failed to win in this year's campaign. In the other game, Lazio will qualify should they avoid defeat to the resurgent Club Brugge. The Belgians sit just a point behind Lazio as they meet in the winner-takes-all clash in Italy's capital. There's little to play for in Group F following Chelsea's impressive 4-0 thumping of rivals Sevilla last time out. With Chelsea secured of top spot thanks to their overwhelming goal difference, the attention swings to the Europa League qualification. Both Krasnodar and Rennes have struggled to perform this year, but the Russians have the advantage in the battle for third spot following their narrow win over the French side last Wednesday. Group G's big boys were not to be humiliated in this season's group stage. Barcelona made light work of Hungarian side Ferencvaros and Ukraine's Dynamo Kiev, recording five wins from five games so far. They round out their group stage campaign against fellow heavyweights Juventus. Finally, we will once again see Lionel Messi vs Cristiano Ronaldo. They're a little bit older, but the word's best are still on a different level to everyone else. Finally, it's the headline fixtures in Group H! Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig are level on points going into the final Matchday. It's been a rollercoaster campaign for all three, with Istanbul Basaksehir doing their very best to cause problems along the way. United have held top spot from Matchday 1 but could end up in the Europa League by Tuesday night. PSG have the least-difficult challenge. But anything could happen in this one. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is joined by his two favourite allies, Alvaro Romeo and Daniele Fisichella. My Simplified Life

Chelsea Winstead is a Business Coach for done-for-you service providers, but she started her military career as an Officer before moving into corporate IT as a project manager. After stumbling on freelancing and noticing her own challenges with pricing and that others were troubled with what they could charge, she decided to pivot and help VAs and OBMs boost their confidence and move the needle in their businesses.  We’re discussing not only Chelsea’s journey but what she sees as the biggest challenges for many starting their own businesses. We shouldn’t be afraid to charge what we are worth and Chelsea is making sure that more people understand that. Let's talk about amping up your confidence!  What we're talking about Pivoting From Corporate To Business Coach How Chelsea Helps Service Based Business Owners The Serve & Scale Accelerator Program Pivoting From Corporate To Business Coach  Chelsea worked in IT for four years and stumbled into what she calls, “creating your own life.” She saw the great potential of creating a business that allowed her freedom, flexibility and financial gain. Chelsea started off freelancing as a part-time side hustle, but she pivoted to full time once she saw the amount of financial freedom having an online business allowed her.   With Chelsea’s background in tech implementation, she was able to launch a business that saved time and effort for her clients. Chelsea was making a lot of money and saw that her friends were struggling. She began having conversations with friends and followers and realized that she was charging a lot more money. It boiled down to knowing how to show up with confidence. Chelsea has a Masters in Strategic Leadership and felt compelled to help equip people like her to make more money without having to work 70 hours a week. She developed her coaching business to help service providers find their confidence. How Chelsea Helps Service Based Business Owners  Chelsea coaches female VAs and OBMs, helping them to stop playing small and rev up their business. Her no-nonsense approach lights a fire under her coaching clients, helping them to build their confidence and ultimately scale their businesses and increase their revenue. Chelsea’s small group coaching program offers her students a goal of working towards $10,000 months, and 65% of her students hit that goal while working with her. The biggest takeaway from her students has been the increase in their confidence.  Chelsea offers direct feedback and an in your face type of encouragement. She feels that this is the opportunity for business owners to change their behavior. Chelsea coaches her students to identify what they are the expert on and how to make that known. She helps them build the confidence they need to navigate conversations that will get them paid a lot more money than when they first started.  The Serve & Scale Accelerator Program The Serve & Scale Accelerator Program is a 12-week Accelerator program for done-for-you service providers. Chelsea’s program is geared at increasing confidence through strategic strategy. She describes the modules as very tactical where the students are given tangible tasks that help them gain confidence.  Chelsea teaches her students how to guide a conversation and to package their services at a premium.  One of the keys to confidence and making more money is to promote yourself as an expert and not a helper. It’s time you own your worth. You deserve to have more without having to do more.  Go find the people who inspire you to do more and be more! Continuing our series '50 Years of Chelsea' looking back, season by season, from the FA Cup winning 1970 season to present day; Stamford Chidge is joined by Jonathan Kydd and Mark Meehan, author of 'Eddie Mac' and formerly editor of the 'Chelsea Independent' fanzine, look back at the 1988-89 season. With Chelsea having been relegated via a play off the previous season, Chelsea supporters mood was darkened further by an FA imposed terrace ban for the first 6 matches of the new season. The lack of vocal home support seemed to affect Bobby Campbell's charges with a miserable start of 3 points in the first 6 games leaving them in 20th. But a stroke of luck in a 2-0 win away to Leeds United turned the season around.Chelsea embarked on a run of 27 games unbeaten to win the Division Two title with a record 99 points, scoring 96 goals with a three pronged attack of Kerry Dixon, Gordon Durie and Kevin Wilson. Graham Roberts had come in to Captain the side, add some steel and score a remarkable 17 goals from midfield, 12 of them penalties and was assisted by the experienced Peter Nicholas. All in all a very memorable season and as ever, never a dull moment at Chelsea in a season enthusiastically remembered by Chidge, Jonathan and Mark and embellished with clips from the 'Chelsea Special' interviews with Colin Pates, John Bumstead and Kerry Dixon.
