In this episode, I sat down to talk about navigating end of life conversations. As a huge basketball diehard and sports fan, I have pondered death a lot this past week since the passing of Kobe Bryant, and this conversation with Expert Coach from the Handel Group, Hildie Dunn, is perfect timing. We talk about the importance of making peace and having difficult conversations with loved ones, where healing needs to take place. The cover the importance of not wasting any time and pouring your energy and love into what gives your spirit joy. Death is an uncomfortable topic for many, but it doesn't have to be. Grounding yourself in the loop of life can be very empowering. To know that the end of life gives new life a chance and that the life you've been given is a gift, and a chance to contribute to the evolution of humanity and consciousness, the time is NOW to act and play your part. I hope you enjoy this episode with Hildie and I - it's a heartfelt gem. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Claude Silver is my guest today and one of my new favourite people in the world. Why? Because she has the most awesome job in the world in my eyes. Claude is the Chief Heart Officer (CHO) at Vayner Media in NYC and her job is to create champions and heroes within the organisation. Her job is to create a culture of collaboration to create space for people to bring their heart, skills, creativity and authentic flavour and gifts to work.Imagine every organisation had leaders like Claude. Leaders leading with HEART, and having a clear understanding of its significance. I'm not talking about less work and fluffy outcomes. The exact opposite, actually. It means creating an atmosphere where people are empowered to come together to out their hearts and minds and souls into a common goal, vision and purpose. I'm going to say, with more heart, more innovation, collaboration, empathy and sustainable performance.Culture as Claude says isn't so much an object you can label. It is a feeling. You see it in the smiles, communication, love and diversity of people on the same page. That's teamwork making the dream work. This episode is a gem and Claude gives amazing insight into the company culture at Vayner Media, spearheaded by entrepreneur, Gary Vaynerchuk. Enjoy the show! Do you have trouble making decisions and committing to them? Are you afraid to make the wrong decision?I'll be upfront and honest, I am not the best and most efficient decision maker. I am not direct. I beat around the bush and in terms of my dreams and aspirations, I've hit a confusion crossroad. However, this is good news! Because it has given me the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarity of what it is I really want. In this episode, I basically vent and process where I am at right now in my life, as a means of sharing a common problem for many in life....getting clear on what we want. If you too are at a crossroads or having trouble getting clarity, I hope this episode inspires you to trust you intuition and look within for the answers that are always there and ready to be discovered. For my birthday a couple of weeks ago I took a trip to Byron Bay to celebrate and spend time in one of my favourite places on Earth. If you have ever been to Byron Bay you know what I'm talking about! It was a great chance to connect with Mother Nature and get back to neutral and in this podcast I wanted to share with you the importance of doing the little things that make you feel good with consistency. For me it's meditation, exercise in nature, sleep, healthy food, laughter and hydration. It all sounds simple, but through the pace at which a lot of us live our lives, we fall into ruts and misguide our energy into things that aren't always of high value. May this episode help you to re-direct the ship if you have veered away from good health and bring you back into alignment with what feels good in your body! For all mentoring inquiries, please email me at marshal@marshalldunn.com to arrange a time to speak. Hi guys and gals! In this mini-episode today, I reflect upon my own use of technology and how it affects my wellbeing. Stepping away from technology and allowing myself daily to be immersed in the stillness of the presence, I've found a greater clarity of thought, alert awareness and a more relaxed nervous system. So, I invite you to perhaps take your own tech audit and see how stillness speaks to you. I am a firm believer that everything arises out of the present moment, and when we are overloaded with technological stimuli, we lose our creative energy. There must be room in your life to allow the natural forces of life to speak to you. I hope this episode gives you inspiration to take time out in your own life to see what comes forth:) Enjoy the show! See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
Going through a spiritual awakening can be confusing and lonely, as my guest today knows all about. Linh Huynh is a spiritual mentor and counsellor, who fuses esoteric knowledge with mindset and practicality to help others move through their spiritual awakening journeys. Linh shares her story of enduring depression and anxiety, as she cracked open the light within her, which she came to know as her true nature. Feeling strangely out of place and holding a deep sensitivity of the world around you can be a familiar story when undergoing spiritual growth. This was the same for Linh, who views herself as a Star Seed and Lightworker - a soul perhaps from another dimension here to heal the collective consciousness, here to cause a ruckus and trigger people home to living in-spirit. Fascinating conversation with a young woman who has the courage to not follow traditional norms and walk the path of her own heart! Enjoy the show! When it comes to getting the world excited about health and good food, there is very little Lola Berry won’t do. She’s convinced a TV host to swallow raw wasabi on live national television. She’s dived into dumpsters on the streets of New York (…and eaten from one!). She has also run madly in search of water after daring to munch on one of the world’s hottest chillies, and handed out actual Black Eyed Peas to celebrities at an official “Black Eyed Peas” red carpet event (…and they loved them!). Lola is very colorful, very passionate and very Australian. The author of ten books, Lola Berry knows what she’s talking about. But in this conversation we talk very little about nutrition and more an exploration of facing fear, not comparing ourselves to others, the value of therapy and mindset, and staying true to who you are. Enjoy this relaxed conversation between two mates chewing the fat about life! See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
Dr. Nikki Star Noce is a transformational life coach, spiritual mentor, meditation and yoga teacher, energy healer and writer. Reclaiming Your Kingdom - this is the theme for this week's show, as I sat down with conscious masculine mentor, Stefanos Sifandos. Talk about the real deal - here's a man that truly turned his life around and tapped into his essence to embrace who he really is at his core. As Stefanos will tell you, he was living a lie, and through a big wake up call, had to face the hard, dark truth of this reality. But instead of falling into the shadows of addiction and/or self-loathing, he made the decision to reclaim his kingdom and learn how to be real man. A man of integrity, a man of deep spiritual connection and embodiment, and a man of service.Stefanos is a guy's guy and fellow Aussie. What you desire is already imprinted in your heart. Your heart is like a compass, always guiding you in the direction of what it is you desire, whether you're mentally onboard with that or not. "Row, row, row you boat, gently down the stream..." The stream is the direction your heart is pointing. We need to row in that direction. To know what direction is to be in the heart. This is why we practice heart-conscious meditation. To awaken the energy of the heart and tune in to what it has to tell us. In the heart is where you will find your treasure. In this 20 minute lesson - "Your Purpose Is Imprinted In Your Heart," I discuss the discipline needed for meditation and the opportunity available to you to be guided by your Truth within your heart. With the launch of Heart House Meditation, I wanted to share the story of how meditation has impacted my life. Meditation came to me after the suicide loss of my brother, and since then has been like an old friend, or mentor to lean on. It's provided me an opportunity to take a closer look at life, and connect deeply with my natural essence. From being extremely blocked around my heart, protected by a wall that felt like granite rock, to slowly breaking down that wall with love, meditation has helped me come home to myself. In this solo episode, I speak nothing but my Truth in the hope to inspire healing shifts and change within you. Life is challenging and tough, but all these hurdles I know for sure are there by design to help us grow and evolve. That is what I know in my heart of hearts. Enjoy the show!
