Tonight, Jennifer with Fancy Girl Farms joins Greg in a discussion into flower farming and how you and your children can enjoy the growing beautiful flowers all year long and make a little extra cash doing it! What's Up in the Veg and Flower Garden: In the recent weeks here in southwest Georgia, there has been a lot of rain, which has put so many farmers and gardeners behind on their fall planting. With too much rain, the ground is too saturated to plant. Greg is planning on starting his turnips and mustards in the next couple of weeks. In winter cover crops, in Zone 8 you want to go ahead and start thinking about getting your cover crops in the ground between October 1st through October 15th. Greg's favorite cover crop has always been clover. Jennifer stated that she planted red clover last year and that it did great but the white dutch clover was an issue for her. Greg suggests that Hairy Vtech and Winter Rye is the "GO-TO" mix for beginners and for those who do not know which cover crop they need to plant. Cool Season Flowers For the home gardener, Jennifer suggests growing Snapdragons. Snapdragons have great germination and are easy to start from seed. They take that frost great and will over-winter better than most any flower. Sweet Peas is another one that many people do not think of growing like a flower, they do require protection from the frost but when they bloom in the early spring, they don't have much bloom time but when they do, they smell amazing and look great. Strawflowers are also one that Fancy Girl Farms is growing that is very easy to grow in the winter. Flower Arrangement: Jennifer suggests using the 5 key ingredients in flower farming while making bouquets; focal flowers, fillers, spikes, discs, and your airy flowers. Zinnias are considered a disc or focal flower depending on the time of the year. Basil is another great filler for bouquets, adds a wonderful smell and beautiful greenery. A spike flower like the salvia or any blue flower will make the bouquet pop. Celosia is also considered a "spike" flower, it will give you the color and greenery. Making Extra Money Growing Flowers: How kids (and you) can make some extra money, Flower Farming! It teaches kids the value of the business and getting them involved in the importance of growing. Greg asks, "What is easy to grow for the beginner"? Jennifer suggests starting with Zinnias, the Zinnia is inexpensive, great germination rate, and produces so many blooms. Sunflowers is the 2nd top flower to grow for the beginner. Sunnies can be a "one-hit wonder", like the Pro-Cut Sunflowers. Pro-Cut produces a single stem and single bloom but with so many variations of colors, you will be a big hit at the marker. Most market farmers will get $.75 - $1.25 per stem for the sunflowers. Jennifer suggests doing a "You-Cut" day where you can be open to the public and they can cut their own sunflowers or zinnias, of course, you want to have a larger area for this. Lemon Basil and Cinnamon Basil are great to grow for bouquets; herbs, in general, are great. Think outside of the box!! What Do You Need To Get Started: Knowledge!! Do your research! Jennifer suggests finding a flower farmer that has been doing it a long time. Lisa Ziegler is a great one to start with, she has many books and online classes that you can take as beginners. "It truly is just learning how to start seeds and learning from there, if you can read some books and do some research before you get started, you will already be ahead of the game.", Jennifer states. Knowing what type of nutrients they need, how much water, and have just a little patience and you will be growing in no time! Different Ways To Sell: Pop-Up Markets are great to have at your home. They are great for a "You-Pick" as well. Farmers Market is another good way to sell your flowers but they will take up a whole Saturday (putting up/breaking down your booth, set up, etc.

Are you bullshiting yourself? Did you give yourself permission to want what you REALLY want, or do you want what society says you should? How can you be a more effective participant in this life experience you were given? In this episode of the Align Podcast, Lauren and I chat about the important relationships we have in our lives, such as with our intimate partner, with our friends, with our family members, and most importantly, the relationship we have with ourselves. In fact, when we start thinking about our aspirations and what our dreams are, most of us bullshit ourselves. While society has been working very hard to make us want things that don’t align with what we TRULY want for ourselves, we shouldn’t beat ourselves over it. As long as we take the time to learn more about ourselves and figure out what we truly want, we can still experience the lives we were given the way we want to live. Plus, Lauren talks about how horrified we humans are about the ways that we act and the lies that we tell. In fact, if we were to ask someone right now to write down a list of all the lies that they ever told, they would be too ashamed to do so. Except in the case where abuse and trauma come into play, most of us feel ashamed because we deserved it. So why do we lie to start with, but most importantly, why can’t we admit to our wrongdoings?  Lauren Zander is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Handel Group®, an international corporate consulting and life coaching company. Throughout those years I found myself being very successful in my corporate life but many of the people I worked with and many of the men I dated turned out to be not great people and treated me badly. Do you want to know why? Because I subconsciously let them and it was a repeating pattern for me. It wasn’t until I realized it was a pattern, and decided that I deserved better and wanted to end that pattern that I changed the course of my own life. Health Mysteries Solved

The Case: Elise is 37 and for the past 5 years, she’s had very low sex-drive Extensive hormones tests gave no physical explanation She and her husband wanted to find a way to reconnect and make sex a part of their relationship again. The Investigation A sexless marriage is defined as one where the couple has sex less than 10 times a year. For Elise, her disinterest in sex had been going on for 5-years. There were many factors that played into this - including being on an opposite work schedule to her husband - but she knew that it was primarily because of her low libido. I ran some additional, more comprehensive lab tests (to make sure that her doctors hadn’t missed anything) but found nothing out of the norm. I did notice one thing. When Elise talked to me about her issue with sex drive, she seemed embarrassed. She giggled nervously everytime she mentioned sex. I suspected that something in her past or her upbringing might be the clue we need to find to solve this health mystery. I turned to  Lauren Handel Zander. She’s the co-founder and chairwoman of the Handel Group and has been a life coach for over 20 years. She’s also the author of “Maybe It’s You: Cut the Crap, Face Your Fears, Love Your Life.” She is passionate about helping people create the life of their dreams from every angle. Viability of a Great Relationship Lauren believes that the depth and viability of a great relationship relies on both the enjoyment of life and the romantic partnership. It’s non-negotiable. Couples who explain away their low libido with time-constraints, stress, kids, or disinterest put their relationship at risk. People are Lazy Lauren points to the ease with which we can move sex to the bottom of the to-do list. It can easily become something that we don’t have the energy for. But, like going to the gym to stay fit, we need to find the energy for a healthy sex life.   Make a Commitment to Sex Lauren recommends committing to sex the way you would commit to the gym. Promise yourself and your partner that you’ll meet x-number of times per week. You have to make it a priority and commit to it. She even encourages people to have a consequence for not keeping your promise. Shame and Epigenetics May Affect Libido A few weeks ago we spoke with Dr. Mario Martinez (Episode 007) about how shame and personal belief systems set by our parents can create a physical reaction. That includes a low libido. Epigenetics (which is the expression of our genes based on learned behaviour from our parents) can likewise affect our sexdrive. Have the Sex Talk To get to the root of this potential cause of a low libido, Lauren encourages her clients to talk to their parents about sex. Yes, even though they are adults, she suggests they finally have an open and frank ‘sex talk’. This releases the taboo around sex and can bring some honesty and reality to what married sex is really all about. It also takes the awkwardness and embarrassment out of the topic which can be incredibly freeing. Know What You Want It’s important for couples who are dealing with a sexless marriage (or a low-sex marriage) to get in touch with what they actually want. And, that they express this to each other. Lauren uses a visualization method that she encourages people to do specifically with their sex life. Low Libido Can be Hormonal A reduced sexdrive can be the result of hormone levels. In Elise’s case it wasn’t but if you’re suffering with a disinterest in sex, it’s important to have your estradiol, progesterone, Testosterone and DHEA-S tested. Lowered sex drive can also be experienced by those dealing with a thyroid issue so be sure to have your doctor check that as well. Mystery Solved Elise didn’t have any hormonal reasons for her low libido so we started to employ some of the methods offered up by Dr. Mario Martinez and Lauren Handel Zander. Elise was a bit resistant at first but she followed through. She even had ‘the talk’ with her parents and was able to let go of the awkwardness she felt around sex. For Elize, her sexual health mystery was solved with some emotional work and a commitment to being more sexually engaged with her husband. Eliminating Health Mysteries For Elise we were able to find that missing piece of the health puzzle and help her regain her sex drive. Could shame, epigenetics, or laziness be your missing piece of the healthy sexlife puzzle? Have you listened to a friend complain about a low libido or sexless marriage?  Be sure to share this episode with them.   Links: Thanks to my guest Lauren Handel Zander. This week’s Misfit Entrepreneur is Lauren Zander. Lauren is the co-founder and Chairwoman of the Handel Group, an international corporate consulting and private coaching company based in New York City. She is also the author of the best-seller Maybe It’s You: Cut the Crap, Face your Fear, Love Your Life – a no nonsense guide that teaches people to get what they want out of life.  Lauren has worked with everybody from Fortune 500 Companies like Citibank, Gap and Linked In, to Academy Award Winning Artists, Grammy Winning musicians, and her groundbreaking methodology, The Handel Method, is supported by top educators and psychologists and has been taught in over 35 major universities and institutions of higher learning throughout the country. If that’s not enough she also contributes to the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Forbes, BBC, and many others. But, our conversation today may make some of you uncomfortable, because Lauren has a message for you. That message is that you are lying. All of us lying. And she is going to tell us what we need to do about it. www.HandelGroup.com Lauren is 49, happily married with 3 kids ranging from 16 to 10. She lives in the country in a 1790’s farmhouse. But, she has been out on her own as an executive/life coach since she was 28. It happened because she could not understand why no one was teaching the truth in education and talking about the truth in humanity – what we actually deal with. People were not focused on emotional intelligence or confronting the dark side of who we are, so she set out to do so. You state that “everyone is a liar.” Explain that for us… Lying is when there is a thought in your head that you are saying to yourself and what comes out of your mouth is not the thought in your head. We lie from the most basic of hiding what we are thinking to making people happy, or not getting into trouble. There are 7 different types of ways that we lie. We keep secrets that are lies When we lie, it erodes the relationship to your own truth, ourselves and keeps us being true to ourselves in every conversation or interaction. Science shows that the average person lies 11 times per day. It’s everywhere and no one is facing it… What are the 7 ways we lie? White lies. These are the most common to where we lie for social norms or to be polite, etc. Mis-representing information. We misrepresent facts, but don’t exactly lie, or at least justify it to ourselves that way. For example, maybe you read a chapter of a book and it comes up in discussion and you say, “Oh, I loved that book.” When you really didn’t read the whole thing. Exaggerating. Another form of social norms or attempting to make a story sound better than it was, etc. Under -exaggerating. Making things that are a bigger deal, seem like they aren’t or purposefully deflating their importance. With-holding information. This is a big one and is dangerous because they keep us from confronting things or creating larger problems in the future. For example, someone asks you how your day was and you say “Great…” when you actually had a terrible day. Real secrets. Things you go to the grave with. Typically, there is shame with these and they eat at you causing internal struggle. Purposeful lying. Knowing lying for personal gain, enrichment, or to avoid trouble. How do people confront their propensity to lie and how do you manage the lie of being honest and it getting you into trouble? First, you must be aware to the fact that you lie and decide you will change the habit. Go through the 7 ways people lie and ask yourself, “How do I do these in my life?” If you agree that lying is bad for you. Bad for your life, health, relationships, business, etc., you have to understand how you do all those ways of lying so you can recognize them when you start to do them. The big issue is not “Are we doing this in our lives, but do you realize and understand how much better your life be if you stopped.” Lying is not a dirty, bad word – it is born into us. It is an innate human behavior as part of preservation. “Lying for humans is like breathing. We don’t face how we lie. If you don’t know how you lie and all the ways you lie, it means you don’t know your own inner dialogue. This causes us to leave a lot on the table – Self-Awareness, Deeper Intimacy, and a love of being honest that you will never know.” It is never the other person’s fault why you lie. We need to “human” better. There is an art of telling the truth that begins with confronting our internal selves. Let’s talk about truth in the business world. How do people navigate being honest and balancing that with doing business in their lives? There are ways that you need to learn to talk to different types of people and be tactful, but it doesn’t defend lying or the willingness to lie. First choose which relationships in your life you feel are most important vs. those that are not or are not good. There is a way to be wonderful and tell the truth. It starts with reframing the question or the situation with an individual to make sure you are giving the best, honest answer to their needs. Find out what people really want to know. One of the easiest ways to stop lying is to stop making excuses and apologize. Don’t make things up to make people feel better and put yourself in a position where they are more important because you have to lie for them. You’ll be more respected for telling the truth in a world of liars and the truth is simpler anyway. When you decide to tell the truth, it begins to make you accountable for yourself and your life. You work with some of top performers in their fields in the world. Are there any traits or consistencies you see across them that help them to succeed at high levels? They have very good family values. They have crazy, big visions Their visions care about making a big impact in the world while making money. They care deeply about being great in the world and for their world and for their family. Many of them are the outliers in their families. Many of them are from poor backgrounds and climbed out. They are brutally smart and are on a missions – many times since they were a child. They are driven, hungry, and don’t quit. They take their health seriously. They strive for best in class. At the 40 min mark, Lauren tells us about the Handel Method… It broken into 3 sections Section 1 is how to deal with you mind, excuses and how to chase your dreams. Section 2 is making a list of your parents traits positive and negative and how it lives in you. You then map it onto yourself. Section 3 is dealing with “haunting memories.” You have to confront what is haunting you in your life and understand it. At the 46 min mark, Lauren talks about her latest concept, “Time Warps” We all think time is constant, so there is a notion that time is like gravity. But that is not true. Y our relationship to time is something that you should “make your bitch.” Time is a verb and interpersonal relationship. Lauren says her method can be summed up in the following 3 movies: Groundhog Day Defending Your Life What the Bleep Do We know Anyway   Best Quote: “Lying for humans is like breathing. We don’t face how we lie. If you don’t know how you lie and all the ways you lie, it means you don’t know your own inner dialogue. This causes us to leave a lot on the table – Self-Awareness, Deeper Intimacy, and a love of being honest that we will never know.”   Lauren's Misfit 3: Don’t die with your lies and don’t let your loved ones die with theirs… Most people sell out on love and don’t do enough work to find true love in their lives. Do the work. Resolve everything with family. Do not die in disputes. Family is most important in life.

I had literally searched the “usual suspects” but still felt like I wasn’t finding what I needed and wanted for the right price. Everything was so expensive! As I was searching, I found Frame It Easy, where you can upload your own photo, digital print, or piece of digital art that they then frame for you as well. You can also design your own custom frame for a piece of art already in your home, which is what I have done - TWICE! The support staff was super responsive when I had questions. In fact, I received a call and exchanged emails with them when I had concerns and questions, and was so impressed with how quickly and kindly they resolved my issues - without hassle! Frame It Easy is the best - I now have all these gift ideas and projects that I want to tackle because I found quality, affordable framing that can make them happen. How she helps people work through their inner dialogues and negative thoughts. Why she chooses to help people improve the relationship they have with themselves. How the work of Neville Goddard has influenced her career. Josh's favorite chapter in her book, Maybe It's You, "The Truth About Lying". How she met Dr. Mark Hyman, what their relationship is like, how she's helped him grow into the person that he is today. A revelation she had about her relationship with her father. How she did the inner work to be rid of her own self-dialogue and false beliefs. Why the mind logs emotional distress, failures, and hurt so deep that it's hard for us to overcome it. Why we operate from a place of fear and end up lying to protect ourselves and other people. The different genetics we've inherited and how history repeats itself within us and future generations.  Lessons she has experienced repeating in her own life including betrayal in friendships. What guides her and her clients to make the self-improvement process a sense of joy. Why we're becoming more and more transparent as a society each year. How career and money can get in the way of our inner peace and who we really are inside. The process for understanding what you truly believe in and why it's okay to take different parts and pieces from religion and philosophy to create your own beliefs. What we can do to reboot ourselves and really embody the lessons that we have learned. How we can fall in love with the lineage we've inherited from our families. The benefits of journaling and writing down your dreams in the present tense to make a big impact on your life. Why life's coincidences are like magic and why we're not having more conversations about this.   Power Quotes From The Show "The most beautiful thing you can do is understand where you come from and be in love with it. What are you going to do in the fulfillment of your life to honor your family, traits, and what's possible by being one individual who rocks it?" - Lauren Handel Zander "You're stuck with yourself for the rest of your life. That inner dialogue of yours is your relationship to yourself. Do you like yourself when you look in the mirror? What are you saying to yourself? What do you think of other people? Where you are with yourself is basically the most important relationship you're having that then extends to all the other areas in your life." - Lauren Handel Zander "We naturally operate out of fear and we're afraid of people leaving us if we say or do the wrong thing. So, we lie to protect other people but really we're not checking in with ourselves about why our relationships with other people are the way that they are. Fear is the protection mechanism that's ruling us; not love." - Lauren Handel Zander "Most people, in their heart of hearts, know who they are but then they're corrupted by the family history that has been carried on through them. By stripping away all of the views and issues that have been passed onto you, you can have your own dream of what you want to fulfill on this planet." - Lauren Handel Zander   Links From Today's Show Lauren Handel Zander Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn Handel Group Facebook Twitter Instagram YouTube LinkedIn Maybe It's You by Lauren Handel Zander InnerU.Coach The Handel Group Current Reality Quiz Complimentary 30-minute consultation with Handel Group A Little Magic Goes a Long Way Want a Radical Miracle in Your Life? This week, we are joined by a powerhouse of a life coach, university lecturer, public speaker, and author, Lauren Handel Zander. Lauren has over 20 years’ experience of challenging people to tell the truth, change their habits and really “cut the crap” in their life. She talks about the steps in her life that led her to found the Handel Group, an International Corporate Consulting and Life Coaching Company, that employs her no-nonsense and practical approach, the Handel Method. Her coaching methodology is not for the faint of heart and is sought out in over 35 universities and institutes of learning around the world including MIT, Stanford, and NYU. Lauren practices what she preaches, and shares the way she takes the principles of her book, Maybe It’s You: Cut the Crap. Face Your Fears. Love Your Life, and uses them in her work with CEOs, teams, and organizations.  Key Takeaways: [2:23] Lauren brings her whole self to work and life and encourages others to be transparent, and act in a way where what you see is what you actually get. [5:33] Lauren’s job at the United Nations showed her she cared about the environment but felt like an imposter working in a situation that wasn’t a definite “yes” to her. She traveled instead down the self-help path and shares the journey of how she stepped out on her own and worked hard to get 40 clients out of the gate. [12:46] Both Lauren and I agree that education could have an even larger impact by adding more in the realm of teaching young people how to eat healthy, interpersonal human communication skills, and just generally be a capable and responsible human. [14:24] Lauren’s class at Stanford, and pretty much any work she does, is for people that are truly ready to disrupt, change, or face everything in their lives. [16:25] When we lie and bury our secrets, we are actually keeping it stuck in our lineage for generations to come. Issues are handed down, and we must do things differently to change the patterns of our past, present, and future. [25:34] Lauren starts from the top down when working with a corporate team. She teaches the whole culture how to have difficult conversations, sniffs out who no longer should be at the job, and cleans up toxic relationships so the company can function as a connected unit. [32:25] Lauren mixes up the voice and tone of her company by employing 30 other coaches besides herself. Depending on the type of person a company or individual clicks with best, she most likely has a coach that fits it. [35:02] There is pride in owning your secrets. It is erroneous to think that our hidden secrets will go unnoticed, as they almost always have a vice attached to them. [40:46] Our political climate now is a prime example of needing to tell the truth and deal with the reality of what is actually happening in our life. [43:41] Whether it’s our weight, debt, relationship or something in our jobs, we must tell the truth and face it for what it is. Then, the real progress and growth come. If you're the common denominator of everything that isn't working in your life, YOU can do something about it. If it's the economy's fault, your boss's fault, your metabolism's fault, there's nothing you can do about any of it. Lauren teaches us how to dream big, examine our inner dialogue, and make promises and consequences that get us into action around our goals. Oh my goodness, today’s episode with life coach and author, Lauren Zander, rocked my world! I had so many self-realizations during our conversation, I had to remind myself that it wasn’t a coaching session for me!   With a degree in environmental studies, Lauren took a job in the field right after college. But as time went on she realized that while she loved the cause, she was unhappy with the actual work. From there, she pivoted into the only self-help company she knew of and worked there for seven years until she ran out “screaming” and started her own personal coaching business.   Fast-forward to today and Lauren’s coaching company, The Handel Group, runs four different divisions dedicated to helping individuals and businesses alike create cultures that promote happiness and allow everyone to excel. Almost nothing is off limits when her and her teams deep-dive into their clients’ worlds to figure out what the problems are and what needs to change or be fixed.   I have a feeling that you’re going to run out and grab Lauren’s book or her coaching programs because I know it made me want to! She promotes the truth and she speaks nothing but – and it’s just so refreshing. Enjoy!   --      Question Highlights: Where do shifts begin for people? How do you get a smaller culture not to be afraid to share how they feel? What’s something we can do to shift into a powerful mindset? What are some of your favorite ways to connect people? What are you most excited about with your book, Maybe It’s You? Have you been in front of an issue that you felt was so big you didn’t want to begin? How do we know when it’s time for a person to not be in our lives? What recharges you? Is there anything in your life that feels like it needs completion? Is there something you need to release and care less about in order to care more about where you’re going? What inspires you? Do you have favorite books?   In This Episode We Talk about: Lauren’s transition from environmental studies to self-help and coaching The many different modalities of Lauren’s company, the Handel Group How to help people feel more comfortable in smaller groups When leaders don’t lead How everyone has the ability to change a culture and be a leader Lauren’s book, “Maybe It’s You” How people ignore their self-dialogue and how it affects them Why telling the truth is the easiest and best thing to do The things you tolerate in people and what keeps them around in your life The promises Lauren keeps with her co-workers And so much more…   Quotes:   “Self-discovery is actually the way to make a lot more money and be happy.”   “Anyone can change a culture.”   “Anyone can wake up and decide to be a leader.”   “Truth-telling is not that complicated.”   “Stop thinking you need to lie.”   -- Lauren Handel Zander is the Co-Founder and Chairwoman of Handel Group®, an international corporate consulting and life coaching company. In This Episode: The Weather Reporter, The Chicken and the Brat. The Dentist, The Accountant and the Lawyer. Two baby birds. Some curse words. And a really long Lie List. Meredith Atwood stole smoothies in college. [That about sums it up.] More About Lauren: http://www.handelgroup.com/  What Lauren does to make her days extraordinary: I get my favorite joke that there is no maybe about it, I am my life’s biggest obstacle AND solution. I remind myself of this often. It puts all the power, all the time, in my own hands and my fingerprints on every crime scene AND success story. Every day I’m in actions to forward my own dreams. There’s the right formula of what makes you deeply happy in your life and truly, we all know what it is. Whether we do it or not is another question.  See the species packaging: we’re excusers, blamers, and feel-bad-ers. So long as we have a good enough excuse to have not gone to the gym, not jumped our mate, pushed snooze four times, cheated on our diet, so be it. And so long as we feel guilty about it, we’re still “good humans.” I’ve figured out my formula. It includes working out 3x weekly, having sex with my husband twice a week (yes, a week), finding gatekeepers to help in my crusade to heal the planet, painting, and hanging with my kids. What I’ve found, and what I teach, is Personal Integrity: keeping promises to yourself that are a match for your dream is the secret sauce to happiness, period. We’d never mess with our friendships, and say we’ll meet a friend at the movies, and then just not show. But we have no problem saying we’ll eat healthily this week, and then blow that promise in a minute. We don’t realize that it directly affects our relationship to ourselves and inevitably, how we talk to ourselves about ourselves. I design my day, everyday, BEFORE it unfolds.  I write out how my day is going to go, from what I feel like to what happens. It gets me in the driver’s seat of my life. Authoring how each day will go versus sitting back and weather reporting how the day went...It has me not only connected to my friends, but causing my own life. I manifest daily. I see and feel whatever wish I want fulfilled as done, and I imagine it, feel it, and see it. I do this during the day, and imprint it before I go to bed. During the day, I search for signs it is so. I get in my own way. Chances are, unless you are an enlightened master, you also have blind spots, areas of your life that just don’t work—relationships, work situations, your health, finances, your family, etc. How do you deal with them? If you are like me, you can spot them most of the time but not always! And you find yourself stuck in the same situation over and over again, creating upset and unhappiness. It could be your way of thinking that gets you into trouble, or past traumas and stress, or childhood patterns. Whatever it is, you have two choices. Live with it and continue to be unhappy or take a good serious look at yourself in the mirror and affect some change. You might think you are too old to find love or not smart enough to land your dream job. Or maybe you think you don’t have enough willpower to get healthy. Does any of this sound familiar? We all go through it. Lauren is a spiritual, emotional, transformational human who sees how people are wired and how their minds get in their own way. She’s the founder of Handel Group Life Coaching and she’s coached thousands of people including actors, musicians, artists and she’s lectured at MIT and Stanford and just wrote a book that puts 20 years of coaching into practical steps that anyone can follow today. It’s called Maybe It’s You: Cut the Crap. Face Your Fears. Love Your Life. If you want to get to the root of why your life doesn’t rock, or where you feel stuck, or where you are not telling the truth (to yourself or others), then this book is your roadmap to happiness. More importantly, it’s your road map to your own mind, heart and soul. Everyone has a dream, regardless of their circumstances. What is getting in the way of yours? If you’re interested in learning more about the book, head over to maybeitsyou.com and if you pre-order the book, Lauren is offering 50% off Handel’s Inner.U digital coaching course. If you’re looking for more resources or maybe you want to work with a coach, visit the Handel Group website and explore your options. Wishing you health and happiness, Mark Hyman, MD
