  GODS CHOSEN PEOPLE  This parable sits between the parable of the cursed fig tree and the parable of the King who brought people in from the highways and byways to his son's wedding - when the privileged guests rejected his invitation. Today's parable tells the clear story of how Israel ceases to be the expression of the Kingdom of God on the earth as a holy nation that was chosen and called to be a light to all the nations of the earth. They were to be the reflection of God's love and goodness and salvation to the Gentiles. The parable show us how the New Testament Church was to become the holy nation chosen to express the Kingdom of God in the earth and to invite the rest of humanity to enter in. Holy means consecrated to God and set apart to reflect his love and goodness and uprightness in the earth. Matthew 21”33 “Jesus spoke another parable: There was a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a watchtower. And he leased it to vinedressers and went into a far country. Now when vintage-time drew near, he sent his servants to the vinedressers, that they might receive its fruit. And the vinedressers took his servants, beat one, killed one, and stoned another. He then sent another larger  group of servants, and they treated them the same way. Then last of all he sent his son to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.' But when the vinedressers saw the son, they said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.' So they took him and cast him out of the vineyard and killed him.  Jesus then asked the chief priests and Pharisees “Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vinedressers?” They said to Him, “He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons.” Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone. It was God who brought all this about, and it is a wonder in our eyes' I'm saying to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of the kingdom. And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.” Now when the chief priests and Pharisees heard this parable, they realised that He was speaking about them. But when they sought to lay hands on Him, they feared the multitudes, because they took Him for a prophet. That verse says that the stone that the builders rejected becomes the cornerstone upon which a holy and heavenly life on earth can be built. That is reflected in many places in the Bible, in Psalms, in the Gospels and in Acts, and in Isaiah and in Ezekiel. God's desire was for people in the earth to bear the fruits of his Kingdom and to partake of his Divine nature and to have Jesus on display in their lives. This was available to happen through Israel and even to Israel, but they rejected Jesus as the cornerstone.  God first spoke this plan to Abraham when he chose Israel to be a light to the nations, a people set apart to reflect his Divine nature and guide the world toward him. He also confirmed this through Moses, telling them “Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession… you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.”(Exodus 19). But he made it clear that this calling was never just for Israel's sake - “It is not for your sake, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name… Then the nations will know that I am the Lord.” (Ezekiel 36:22-23). Yet Israel made it all about their name and not God's name, and history shows that Israel struggled to fulfill this mission. Instead of looking outward, they mostly turned inward, focusing on their national identity rather than their divine purpose. They fell into idolatry and disobedience and ended up in exile and suffered under the tyranny of Assyria, and later Babylon, both of whom God used in judgement upon them (2 Kings 17:7-23). But God was merciful, and he continually reaffirmed this calling through the prophets, because Israel was meant to serve as a spiritual bridge between God and the world as a priestly nation. A priest mediates between God and people, and Israel's role was to bring His truth and his justice and his presence to all nations. “I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles. to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from prison those who sit in darkness.” (Isaiah 46).  So God's plan to bless the nations through Israel would still come to pass, despite their failure in that mission because God's eternal master plan was for Jesus as a Jew to be the true light to the world. “The people living in darkness saw a great light.” (Matthew 4). Jesus embodied everything Israel was meant to be as the Light of the world (John 8), revealing God's kingdom not only to the Jews but to all people, and before he ascended to heaven, he gave this commission to his disciples – not just to speak the Gospel but to Go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28). The Church, made up of all who follow Jesus now carries Israel's original calling—to bring the awesome light of God's kingdom to the world. The Church is the new priestly nation as the apostle Peter writes in1Peter 2:9 – They are the new vinedressers in the parable of the vineyard and the mission has passed from Israel to the Church. But although the Church is now the messenger of the Gospel, Israel still remains significant in God's prophetic plan, which speaks of a time when Israel would once again be at the heart of global events – and the Bible says that that all Israel will finally know their Saviour (Romans11). God's promise to use Israel as a light to the nations was never abandoned—it was fulfilled in Jesus and expanded through the Church and today both Israel and the global body of believers have a crucial role in preparing the world for what is to come. Israel's very existence today remains a testimony to God's faithfulness, and despite intense opposition, they endure as a nation and the world's attention is fixed on Jerusalem as they continue to fulfill prophecy. Zechariah prophesied concerning Israel that in the last days all the nations of the earth will gather against it (Zecharia 12)– as the Gospel continues to spread across the earth through the Church. In this time of global upheaval, of wars, moral confusion, and a deepening divide between truth and deception God's plan is still unfolding, and the Church is called to shine brighter than ever, bringing the message of Jesus to a world in desperate need of hope. As darkness increases, so must the light of God's people. His kingdom will become more fully established and history will unfold and move toward the return of Christ in God's good time. Until then, both Israel and the Church are called to be a testimony of God's faithfulness in a broken world. There was one thing Jesus said in the parable that held both warning and great promise both to Israel and the Church – ‘It is not for your sakes, people of Israel, that I am going to do these things, but for the sake of my holy name… Then the nations will know that I am the Lord.' (Ezekiel 36). Israel made it all about their name and not God's name, and history shows that Israel always struggled to fulfill their mission. Instead of looking outward, they mostly turned inward, focusing on their national and religious identity and privilege and entitlement, rather than on their divine purpose. The same thing serves as a warning for the Church The Church has been invited to live in the name of Jesus and that means more than adding his name to the end of our prayers – it means reflecting his life within us. Our name is in his name because our identity is hidden with Christ in God. We don't do things in the name of our personal spiritual identity, or religious affiliation or reputation, or fame and success or in the name of the Church. We do things in the name of Jesus. God's name portrays his nature and goodness and power to bless all those we know in our world. If we truly bear his name, we are empowered by his grace to reflect his nature, and when we do, he assures us that we will live the most fulfilled and meaningful life that can be lived – an abundant life. Amen

Keeping a confidence allows people to grow to trust you. On the other hand, if you're known as someone who talks about other people behind their backs, they're unlikely to ever trust you. Gossip in the Church: It's Not That Bad, Is It?Gossip is often seen as one of those “lesser sins”. After all, it's not really as bad as murder or sexual immorality, is it? God says it is. And he's very wise. He can see how gossip can destroy relationships. I've seen it break relationships between Christians and even threaten to break apart churches or Salvation Army corps. Gossip makes us feel better or more important than the person we're talking about. If you talk about someone's difficulties or problems we can forget about our own. Monday after Pentecost: The Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of the Church Memorial; Liturgical Color: White One Mother, two motherhoods Mary mothered Jesus, Jesus then gave life to the Church with water and blood from His side, and the Church then mothers us into existence through baptism. Devotion to Mary goes hand in hand with devotion to the Church because both are mothers. Mother Mary gives the world Christ. Mother Church gives the world Christians. The metaphorical parallels between Mother Mary and Mother Church are spiritually rich and deeply biblical. Mary was understood by many early theologians as both the mother of the Head of the Church, Jesus, and also the symbol of the Church par excellence. Mother Mary is a virgin who conceived the physical body of Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit at the Annunciation. In a parallel way, Mother Church is the Mystical Body of Christ who gives every Christian rebirth through the power of the Holy Spirit received at Pentecost. Both Mary and the Church conceived through the same Spirit, without the aid of human seed. Mother Mary makes Christ's body physically present in Palestine in the first century. Mother Church, in turn, makes Christ's body mystically present through baptism and sacramentally present in the Eucharist, in every time and place. It was common for a baptismal font in early Christianity to be described as a sacred womb in which Mother Church gave her children life. The theological cross-pollination between Mother Mary and Mother Church has produced a field ripe for spiritual and theological cultivation. Christ is from Bethlehem, Nazareth, and Galilee. But He is most deeply from the Father. He is one Son but lives two sonships. Similarly, all Christians are born from one Mother expressed in two motherhoods: Mary's and the Church's. Mary and the Church, understood most profoundly, form one mother.  Both are the mother of Christ, but each mutually assists the other to bring Christ physically, sacramentally, and mystically into the world in all His fullness. Neither Mary nor the Church can exercise their motherhoods alone. Today's feast, formally integrated into the Church's calendar by the authority of Pope Francis in 2018, specifically commemorates Mary's motherhood of the Church rather than her motherhood of God, a feast celebrated on January 1. Mary likely showed as much tender concern for Christ's mystical body as it slowly matured in its native Palestine as she did for His physical body in Nazareth. Pope Pius XII perceptively noted Mary's dual maternity in his encyclical on the Church: “It was she who was there to tend the mystical body of Christ, born of the Savior's pierced heart, with the same motherly care that she spent on the child Jesus in the crib.” It is possible the Apostles held their first Council in about 49 A.D. in Jerusalem precisely because Mary still dwelled in the holy city. She was likely the young religion's greatest living witness and pillar of unity. We can imagine her presiding over early Christian gatherings with reserved solemnity, nursing primitive Christianity just as she had Christ. Ancient pagans spoke of imperial Rome as a Domina, a divine female master. Rome was praised as a conquering mother who brought vanquished peoples close to her own heart, incorporating them as citizens into her vast, multicultural, polyglot realm. Other empires executed prisoners of war, exiled peoples, imposed a foreign culture, or displaced populations. Not Rome. Rome absorbed them all. The early fathers understood Mother Church as the successor to this Domina. In baptism this Mother does not release her children from her body but absorbs them, making them fully her own unto death. Since the early Middle Ages, feast days and devotions to the Virgin Mary have proliferated in Catholicism. Now Pope Francis has given the Church a feast to compliment that of January 1. The two motherhoods of Mary reflect one profound truth, that Christ approaches us in time and in space, in history and in sacrament, in mysterious and beautiful ways. In the words of Saint Augustine: “What (God) has bestowed on Mary in the flesh, He has bestowed on the Church in the spirit; Mary gave birth to the One, and the Church gives birth to the many, who through the One become one.” This is all cause for deep reflection. Virgin Mary, Mother of the Church, God prepared you to be the sacred vessel to replace Mother Synagogue with Mother Church. Eve approaches you like mother to daughter, old Eve to New Eve, two mothers of the living. Help all Chritians to see both the Church and you Mary, as their mother.

Faction Cannot Prevail (3)     (audio) David Eells - 5/24/23    To Defeat Faction we need to know 2 things; his evil tactics and how to have authority over his power in your life. First the tactics.     Know Your Enemies Tactics    Tianna Fire 5/6/23 (David's notes in red)  In my dream I was invited to participate in a competition, but it wasn't made known what you had to do. (The competition is a test or trial to see who will fall away and be deceived by the factious leader, or apostasy.) It was located on this small island, only accessible by boat, which could only occur for a few hours during the daytime. (We are on an island of sorts bordered by fault lines and a river. We were shown the fault lines would open up as the craton moved west leaving water around us. This would cause us to be accessible by boat. The waking hours and the light of the Son is the test.) On the island there was a 6-story building to the right and there was a school, restaurant, hotel, public toilet, shower, and shops; all in this building, and there was a deck that went all around this building in a circular shape. (All that is needed to build the Kingdom in man. Six is the number of fallen man which is our temptation during the trials. The outer man decays as the inner man is renewed.)  There was bush as soon as you got off the boat, and one path that led to the area on the island where everything was located. (These trials or tests must be overcome in our own wilderness, like it was with Moses, before we could lead others through the trials.) I walked down that path with the other people that were on the boat, and we were greeted by a man who told us that he was the manager of the island and he was the host of the competition and he led us to the left area of the island where the competition would be. (The manager is a type of the factious leader who leads to the left to test many. He works for Satan, the administrator of the curse, sent to test many in what sometimes feels like an island of isolation. We are never alone when we have Gal 2:20 Christ in us, the hope of glory. Jesus was led of the Spirit to be tempted of Satan and overcame to begin His ministry.)   There were around 10 other women already there for the competition. (Ten is the number for the law or testimony or commandments, and also a number that represents completeness.) Every person in the competition was wearing a certain color; one lady was blue, one pink, one green, etc. and I was yellow (representing the color of the Son/sun.) The women were from all different parts of the world (Representing different groups in the running for the Bride like Esther. Only one represents the Son/sun fully like the Philadelphia Church of brotherly love.)  The host manager told us that we had to go along this path that led throughout the island that had bush on either side of the path. He didn't tell us how to win. (The factious leader never tells you how to win. He wants to hide that.)  He said that we all had to walk together until the end, and that only one of us could win but we all had to stay together. (The test is to stay one in Christ while the wicked faction works for Satan who seeks to disqualify us and dismember us. Only one wins the race and that is Christ. We are one body in Christ. 1Co 9:24 Know ye not that they that run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? Even so run; that ye may attain.)  So, we walked together along the path and we encountered various trials. We found out at the end that we were all being tested to see how we would all react and respond to the trials and situations. When we all got to the end of the path, we were told that I had won the competition, and one of the rewards was I would get paid an extreme amount of money to help look after a school and hotel on the island. (This is a true picture of the Brides reward. Only the one wearing yellow, representing being clothed with Christ's works, wins. This is the chosen above many women, the Bride of Christ. Est 2: 16-17 So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus into his house royal in the tenth month, which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign. 17 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained favor and kindness in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti. Who rebelled against the Kings command.)   We were all then invited into the restaurant in the building to have a free meal together. We all sat at a giant table.  (The 7 day/year Marriage Feast in the 7 year tribulation, where the Man-child feeds the spiritual food of life.)  I felt like the black sheep, I felt left out as the other women there didn't like me. (Just as in the Song of Solomon, the Shulamite was an object of Jealousy from the competition, which often causes the factious to show themselves. Jam 3:16 For where jealousy and faction are, there is confusion and every vile deed.) The manager was also sitting at the table. (Psa 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou hast anointed my head with oil; My cup runneth over.)  I got up to go to the bathroom to use the toilet and the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said that if I went there to use the toilet, the manager would follow me in and force me and abuse me. (If we are determined to rid ourselves from the waste of the old life it will make the factious leader angry and he is a molester of souls. The factious are offended with our desire to be cleansed of defilement. Pro 2:14 Who rejoice to do evil, And delight in the perverseness of evil.) So, I tried to just stay in the public area and where people were. (We cannot hide and get rid of sin. We are to be transparent in confessing our sins one to another to get rid of the waste of the old life. 1Jn 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.) I went back to the table to watch everyone to make sure nothing would happen to anyone, when I noticed a young man walking over to the bathroom. I heard the Holy Spirit say to warn the young man to not go in there otherwise the man would follow him in and hurt him. So, I ran over to the young man and told him what Jesus said, and the man believed me and went away from there into a public area. (The enemy will attempt to harm, deceive or corrupt the elect. Our duty is to be alert to the Holy Spirit to aid the whole Body, always. Always remain in His sight and be listening. NENT 1Pe 3:12 Because the Lord's eyes are upon the righteous, And his ears unto their supplication: But the Lord's face is upon those doing evil.)  When sitting at the table, the Lord told me to go around to everyone and warn them about this man. So, I went throughout the building finding individuals and groups of people and warned them about this evil man and what he was doing. (In the Word they are rebuked openly.)  Most people believed me and knew it was true. Some of them confessed to me that the man had hurt them before, but they couldn't do anything or tell anyone. (The spirit of faction uses fear and intimidation and misplaced loyalty to cause us to not reveal this wolf in our midst.   We have no loyalty to the wicked we are told to mark them. Rom 16:17-18 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them that are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which ye learned: and turn away from them. 18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Christ, but their own belly; and by their smooth and fair speech they beguile the hearts of the innocent. God put a mark on Cain.)  I shared The Real Good News with them, and Jesus comforted them and gave them strength and boldness to speak up to their parents, or the police, and to the others around. (Be bold in Christ, he has overcome the world. Take comfort, the Holy Spirit will give you what to say at the needed time. These dreams are given to warn many. 2Ti 1:7 For God gave us not a spirit of fearfulness; but of power and love and discipline.)   I kept avoiding the host while I went about warning everyone I could find. I kept trying to get the women that were in the competition alone so I could tell them about this man, but it was hard to tell them privately, because they were mostly hanging around the man who was the host. (The apostate leaders are deceiving and seducing many “women representing groups of Christians,” captivating them with their charm and position, and they enjoy having his attention.)  At one point the ladies in the competition were alone out on the deck, so I was able to warn them about the man and told them about the victims that have witnessed his evil. Some of the girls laughed at me and mocked me as they didn't believe me, and I said to them with sadness in my heart, to please just be aware and to not risk being alone with the man, because I care about them and don't want anything to happen to them, I pleaded with them to keep their guard up. (Deception can be so entrenched they would defend the unjust and mock those who are speaking the truth.)  Only a couple of the girls believed me, and I could see they were a little worried and I told them if anything happens, for them to call on Jesus and He will save them. (Call and believe in the Name of Jesus and you shall be saved. NENT Rom 10:13 for, Whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.)  …. One of the girls in the competition with me, who had laughed and mocked me when I first tried to warn her, came over to me and was crying and distressed and she confessed that the manager had hurt her, and she regretted not heeding the warning. I had sympathy for her and comforted her and spoke gently and with compassion I shared that only Jesus can understand what she experienced and feels, because he bore it all and only Jesus could heal her. She was very humbled and desperately wanting to grab onto the hope of Jesus. I told her everything I could, and I prayed with her. (2Co 5:18-19 But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and gave unto us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 to wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself, not reckoning unto them their trespasses, and having committed unto us the word of reconciliation.)      Hidden Agenda: Traffic the Children    Tianna Fire 4/29/23 (David's notes in red)  I had a dream of a certain man. He had a wife and children of his own, a nice house and he was very loved and known for good works in his community. Everyone loved him and thought he was a good man because he did good things to gain respect. He took in runaways and helped many homeless and those in need. He gave them money and resources and a place to stay, and he often took in young women. (As we will see, this man represents factious and apostate Christianity. They try to appear to be good and caring on the outside to deceive many.) I experienced in this dream that I was one of those young women that he would take in. (Tianna appears to represent the bride.)  He and his wife were very friendly. They also had some foster children that they would care for.  After I had been staying there for a while, the man of the household told me, and the other children, including their foster children, that we were now required to help him with work. So, he drove us to this motel that he owned. (They seem nice in appearance, but underneath are many lusts and many “vile deeds". The faction in the secular world and the Church are overcome by many lusts.) Mat 23: 27 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like whited sepulchers, which outwardly appear beautiful, but inwardly are full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. 28 Thus ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but inwardly are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.)  He took us to the first room and told one of the girls she had to go in there and wait for the man she was to help, and then he locked her in the room, and went to the next room and did the same thing with another child, and he did this with each child or teenager until it was my turn. (The sick reality is the faction and other apostates are trafficking the souls of the children of God. Praise God they are being exposed !)  I knew what was going on was evil and I would not comply; I confronted him and told him how evil this was and that it was not going to happen to me, but he insisted. He became very forceful and didn't let me leave and tried to push me into the room and quickly shut the door to lock me inside.  I then spoke the Word and commanded him to let me go as I am a chosen child of God and that he had to let me go. It was as soon as I spoke the Word, a rush of wind (the Spirit) knocked him back and I was able then to escape. I tried to help the others who were locked in the rooms, but I couldn't open the doors. Then I woke up.   (The Spirit of God is coming to help those that escape the Edomites, who hated and killed their chosen brothers in Israel as a type of the Church.  Isa 63:1-5 Who is this that cometh from Edom (Esau's descendants who hated their brethren the chosen.), with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, marching in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save. 2 Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winevat? 3 I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the peoples there was no man with me: yea, I trod them in mine anger, and trampled them in my wrath; and their lifeblood is sprinkled upon my garments, and I have stained all my raiment. 4 For the day of vengeance was in my heart, and the year of my redeemed is come.     Factious Leaders Demon Tells of His Intentions     Claire Pienaar 5/23/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed my family lived in a beautiful new home that was laid out like my parents' old home. (Living as the first Church) It had new bathrooms and kitchen. It was early morning and the sun was shining. My maid, Jane, was there and I could see her hanging up our cleaning white washing, specifically our bedding, on the washing line. I could also see that she had what I called our “Royal” bedding that she was about to bring into the house and put on the beds while the whites were drying. (We build our houses according to the original gospel to rest in purity the royal way with the angels as ministering servants.)  My children were all lining up to have a nice warm bath, one at a time, and then I would bath last. We were all so thankful for a new bathroom and we liked living in this home, in this area with sunshine. (With the Son shining his glory.) (Representing sanctification and holiness of the fruit of faith.)  I walked to where Riaan was in the living room and opened my laptop. There was an email from the factious leader. He had interpreted a dream that I sent David personally (Because he is a military trained hacker who has stalked me and our women.) and sent it back to me. It looked like this:  I (the factious leader) was treading the wine press. His feet were red with the grape juice. (Claire: the blood of the saints) (His demon spoke: don't muzzle the ox. I'll be condemning you all to hell as I go down there. You'll all come with me).  (His plan to kill all the saints here but God has told us his host will be killed and he will be scattered.) I didn't get to read the rest of the dream. I closed the laptop. Riaan said, “It's probably best to ignore him”. I agreed, and let David know he was intercepting emails to David's private email.   I went to check on my children and they were now all clean and freshly bathed too.  (The children of the bride are blessed) I woke up. I opened up my Bible, not really expecting anything as I was not asking the Lord anything specific, and my finger landed on 1Co 9:1, and as I read I came to that portion of “not muzzling the ox”. 1Co 9: 9 For it is written in the law of Moses, Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out the corn. Is it for the oxen that God careth. (The factious leader actually fancies himself to be righteous and his "vile deeds" no problem with his god, who is Satan. His hope is to destroy UBM and David as he has said. His lust was always to be a leader and now he is one, like Haman.)    Final Curse Attempts of the Faction Fails    Claire Pienaar 5/23/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed I was in the foyer of a large auditorium. David Eells had a banquet table out in the front, on the right side as you entered the auditorium from the outside. (Representing the UBM website that is large and has lots of “food” of the word, in it. And the teaching books and videos.) Linda had a table on the left. (Linda means beautiful serpent.) She kept on trying to gain a seat at the table where David and I were seated. (The factious leader has come back temporarily 3 times but could never repent of his lusts so he left again.)(This represents the factious leader trying to infiltrate the website and people.)  She came round the back of my chair and told me she's now out of a job and she's moving on. (The factious Herod, Judas, Absolom, is dying at the hands of God and their demons are moving on.)  But before she goes she has one last thing to share: A table appeared behind David's table, perpendicular to his table. There, a poor looking Italian man was performing art and décor with chocolate. He was really good at it. (Chocolate seems sweet but it is a dark art like Voodoo, which the factious leader practices on peoples minds to capture them. One of the faction supplied pictures so the factious leader could focus Voodoo on us. But what we bind on earth is bound in heaven.)   He had to pay Linda to perform his art, and then people paid him for his art. At first I was super impressed, but then I noticed how scrawny he was and his suit was very shabby. (The factious are not dressed up with the works of Christ but the works of the old man.) He was clearly past his prime and was holding on to the glory days of being a chocolatier. He left. (This was his one last temptation.) (Yes, in parallel to the "beautiful serpent" he is moving on.) Two dark couples, very tall and very overweight, walked in then. (This symbolizes that they are submitted to darkness and full of flesh.) They looked like homeless, drunken gangsters. They took a brother and held him up. One cursed him and said, “this old guy is too fat”. The brother expanded in front of my eyes. Another one picked him up and also cursed him: “Look, he must be sick because he is so thin”. He then shrunk in front of my eyes. (This is the manner of Voodoo to focus on the person and curse them.)  I knew these were curses and I could not agree with them. They kept looking at me, tauntingly. Then they wanted more alcohol, and they went elsewhere to find it. (Ultimately their addictions will get the better of them or distract them from their focus, which is to taunt and tempt the Bride.)  I then saw a girl who was friends with Linda. She hopped out of a black car and she had long dark hair. Her name was Raquel. (Racquel is from Rachel and means “ewe”. She was Jacob's favorite wife.) This girl has historically always looked sad to me. However, it seemed she'd left Linda's friendship and was now running alongside a blonde girl. (The bride) They were not coming inside but she had a beautiful big smile on her face and looked truly happy for the first time since I have known her. (A righteous seed will escape the evil faction.) Linda said again, “I'm out of a job. I'm going to have to try something else”. (The attempt of the serpent to beguile and infiltrate has failed.) I woke up.     Defeating Factions Power   Separating the Factious from the Righteous Belinda - 10/04/2011 (David's notes in red) I had a vision: It was dark, but in the darkness I saw a house. The house was shining very brightly on the right side; it appeared to be glowing. I saw people gathered in a circle; they were very tall and they seemed at peace. They were praying and singing praises to the Lord. (This represents the UBM house and on a larger type the house of God. They were on the right side because they were sheep which Jesus put on the right. That side was shining brightly because the glory of God is there. They were tall because they were big and mature in the ways of the Lord.) On the left side of the house it was very dark and smoke was coming out of the walls. The people looked like dwarves. They were angry and agitated, and they kept pacing back and forth. (The left is, of course, those who act as goats, which Jesus put on His left. It was very dark because they are walking in darkness. Smoke is coming out of the walls because the judgment of God is upon it. They were dwarves because they have been stunted in their growth and are small and immature in the ways of the Lord. They are angry and agitated because they are full of witchcraft, Voodoo, faction, anger, slander, wrath, etc. They are pacing back and forth because they are nervous and stirred up by these spirits.) There was a door that separated the two sides of the house. There were no handles on either side of this door. (God has made a separation between the righteous and the factious. They may not get at the truly righteous who obey His Word to separate from them and we may not minister to them, for God has given them over to this to prove them. A handle could be provided for them to come through the door if there was unforgiveness or other willful sin among the righteous.)  The people on the left were angry because they could not figure out how to get this door open to get to the other side. (The goats have been bitter and angrily trying to get at the righteous with their slander.) They wanted to stop those people from singing and praising the Lord. (The demons hate peace and praise among the righteous.) There was a crack about 3/4 of the way down through the center of the house. It looked like at any time the house would split apart. (This is the spiritual earthquake we have seen that is separating those who walk in sin from the refuge and Bride. The separation will soon be physical and those who do not repent will leave our house to make us a purified house. The Lord said to me, as I meditated on this, that His foot is pushing down on the left side of the house. As the weight of their sin becomes greater they will break off. Father has been showing us for several years through dreams, visions and prophecy that an army of demons would make war with UBM and myself in an attempt to destroy our influence on Earth but at the same time we were shown we would become greater in holiness, power and ministry.) I noticed that the right side of the house was firmly on the foundation, whereas the left side of the house had no ground under it. I thought to myself, if that house splits all the way, the left side is going to fall (into Hell) and there's nothing to catch it! (They are not founded on the rock of God's Word but "on the sand" of the abyss and Jesus said, concerning the fall of that house, great was the fall thereof (Mat.7:24-27). Unforgiveness has taken away grace from them. The factious leader has his eye on carving up UBM for himself from the cover of darkness. God also had His own plan to separate those who could give in to these lusts and so He has. We pray constantly for our brethren that they would come to repentance and we know that some will.)     The Unforgiving are Unforgiven David Eells   Those who do not have forgiveness or grace for others will not have it themselves and will live under the curse and demonic oppression/possession, for they are the wicked. {Mat.6:14} For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. {15} But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. ...{18:32} Then his lord called him unto him, and saith to him, Thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou besoughtest me: {33} shouldest not thou also have had mercy on thy fellow-servant, even as I had mercy on thee? {34} And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors [demons], till he should pay all that was due. {35} So shall also my heavenly Father do unto you, if ye forgive not every one his brother from your hearts.   The Judas Spirit David Eells   Judas was among the disciples of Jesus whom later was called the son of perdition [or destruction] by Jesus. The other disciples did not know who he was until he fell away to crucify Jesus. Jesus knew who he was and that he had a job to do in crucifying His flesh. At the last supper, He even told him to hurry up and get it over with. Judas was full of rejection and retaliation in his heart. When Jesus corrected him, he became angry just like our factious leader, which is normal for those with spirits of rejection and faction. When he ate the SOP [standing for Son of Perdition], Satan entered him. In darkness, Judas was led to enlist the Jezebel religious establishment to do his dirty work for him. They in turn tried to turn the public away from Jesus so they could kill Him and so that His truths would not be known. It is a clear fact that history repeats with larger and larger groups of people. There is among the disciples today Judases who, when convicted of their errors, will retaliate to crucify Christ among us. Judas hung himself with his own hands -- cut off from the breath or Spirit of God. This is perfectly prophesied in Scripture to happen on a world scale in our day. Slanderers and Railers Are Lost David Eells God says in His Word that slanderers and revilers (or railers) will not be saved without repentance, but in these days many will not return from this path, just as when Jesus came the first time. The word "slanderer" in Greek is diablos, meaning, "accuser" or "devil" and is, in fact, the Spanish translation of "devil". According to Vines Expository Dictionary, these are "those who are given to finding fault with the demeanor and conduct of others, and spreading their innuendos and criticisms in the Church". In a similar way, the word "reviler" or "railer" in Greek is often blasphemeo, meaning "to blaspheme or speak against God or the brethren or both". Those who blaspheme are obviously of the same nature and controlled by the devil and not God. Whenever you see a person or group of people abusing some person like this, remember that these are demons speaking. Demons slander and rail against the righteous. So suspect that their victim is righteous. The only exception to this rule is when God turns their venom on one another in judgment so they reap what they sow. You cannot associate with such people without a little leaven leavening the whole lump, so we are commanded in 1 Corinthians 5 to separate from them. Paul, by God, turned blasphemers, who have fallen away from the faith and defiled their conscience, over to Satan. {1Ti.1:19} holding faith and a good conscience; which some having thrust from them made shipwreck concerning the faith: {20} of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I delivered unto Satan, that they might be taught not to blaspheme. God still does this, Revilers or railers are placed with the worst of men and rejected by all good men. {1Co.6:9} Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men, {10} nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers [railers], nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. "Faction" here is the purpose of slander and railing. It means to separate followers for selfish ambition. We are commanded to separate from such after just two instances because it will leaven you so quickly. {Tit.3:10} A factious man after a first and second admonition refuse.  Gal 5:19  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these: fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20  idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousies, wraths, factions, divisions, parties,  21  envyings, drunkenness, revellings, and such like; of which I forewarn you, even as I did forewarn you, that they who practice such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. "Parties" here is very similar. It means a self-willed opinion  leading into dividing into sects or denominations. Slander and faction are always associated with lying spirits and other forms of deceit. {Psa.50:19} Thou givest thy mouth to evil, And thy tongue frameth deceit. {20} Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; Thou slanderest thine own mother's son. {21} These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; Thou thoughtest that I was altogether such a one as thyself: [But] I will reprove thee, and set [them] in order before thine eyes. None of these enter the kingdom of God without repentance. {Rev.21:8} But for the fearful, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part [shall be] in the lake that burneth with fire and brimstone; which is the second death. February 22: Chair of Saint Peter, Apostle Feast; Liturgical Color: White The gift of authority serves order and truth in the Church It's unusual to have a feast day for a chair. When we think of a chair, perhaps we think of a soft recliner into which our body sinks as if into a warm bath. Or our mind turns to a classroom chair, a chair in a waiting room, or one at a restaurant. But the chair the Church commemorates today is more like the heroic-sized marble chair which holds the giant body of President Lincoln in the Lincoln Memorial. We commemorate today a chair like the judge's in a courtroom or that unique high-backed chair called a throne. These are not ordinary chairs. They are seats of authority and judgment. They hold power more than people. We stand before them while their occupants sit. Judges and kings retire or die, but chairs and thrones remain to hold their successors. The Nicene Creed even describes Jesus as “seated” at God's right hand. The fuller, symbolic meaning of the word “chair” is what today's feast commemorates. Against the farthest wall of Saint Peter's Basilica in Rome is not a statue of Saint Peter, as one might imagine, but a heroic-sized sculpture framing a chair. To celebrate the Chair of St. Peter is to celebrate the unity of the Church. The chair is a symbol of Saint Peter's authority, and that authority is not meant for conquest like military power. Ecclesiastical authority is directed toward unity. Jesus Christ could have gathered an unorganized group of disciples united only by their common love of Him. He didn't. He could have written the Bible Himself, handed it to His followers, and said, “Obey this text.” He didn't. Jesus called to Himself, by name, twelve men. He endowed them with the same powers He possessed and left this organized band of brothers as an identifiable, priestly fraternity specifically commissioned to baptize and to preach. In North Africa at the time of Saint Augustine, twelve co-consecrating bishops were canonically required at the ordination of a bishop, mirroring “The Twelve” called by Christ. What a profound liturgical custom! Today the Church requires only three co-consecrators. What is even more striking about Christ's establishment of an orderly Church structure is its double organizing principle. The Twelve's headship over the many is itself subjected to the headship of Saint Peter. He is the keeper of the keys, the rock upon which the Lord built His Church. This all makes sense. What good would a constitution be without a Supreme Court to adjudicate disputes over its interpretation? Any authoritative text needs a living body to stand over it to arbitrate, interpret, and define, with authority equal to the text itself, any and all misinterpretations, confusions, or honest disputes. Just as a constitution needs a court, the Bible needs a Magisterium. And that Magisterium, in turn, needs a head as well. The authority of the papal office, doctrinally, is a negative charism preserving the Church from teaching error. It is not a guarantee that the pope will teach, explain, or live the faith perfectly. Christ guaranteed that the gates of hell would not prevail against the Church. That's a negative promise. But this promise also prophesies that the Office of Peter will be a lightning rod absorbing strikes from the forces of evil, that this Church, and no other, will be the target of the darkest of powers. A real Church has real enemies. The Church has never had an Office of Saint Paul. When the person of Paul disappeared, so did his specific role. But the Office of Peter continues, as does the Office of all the Apostles. In other words, the Church has both a foundation and a structure built on that foundation. And authority in that structure is not transmitted personally, from father to son or from one family to the next. Authority attaches to the Office of St. Peter and endows its occupant with the charisms promised by Christ to Saint Peter. And this charism will endure until the sun sets for the last time. As long as there is a Church, it will teach objective truth guaranteed by objective leadership. And that leadership, symbolized in the Chair of St. Peter, is directed toward unity. One Lord. One faith. One Shepherd. One flock. The united fabric of the Church, so fought for, so torn, so necessary, is what we honor today. God in Heaven, we thank You for the ordered community of faith we enjoy in the Church. Saint Peter guided the early Church and guides Her still, ensuring that we remain one, holy, catholic, and apostolic until the end of time. Continue to grace Your Church with the unity so necessary to accomplish Her mission on earth.

Tim is back with another episode in this series “The Church: It's makeup, it's marks, and it's mission.” What are the purposes of the Church? First, to love and worship God. Second, to love one another and build up the body of Christ. In this episode we will take a look at the third purpose of the Church: To love the world and make disciples of all nations. In a previous series, Tim discussed the Great Commission in the light of spiritual gifts and the role of evangelists.  This episode revisits this important topic, with a focus on loving those in the world and showing mercy. Jesus told us to love our enemies and do good to them, to lend expecting nothing in return and our reward in heaven will be great… For God is kind to the ungrateful and the evil. Therefore we are called to be merciful as our Father is merciful.  At the end of the age, Jesus also recognizes his true followers as those who fed the hungry, gave drink to the thirsty,  clothed the naked, and visited the sick and the imprisoned. Take a listen as we look at the Church's mandate to love people in the world, and make disciples of all nations.

Preaching for the Thirtieth Sunday in Ordinary Time, Ellie Hidalgo offers a reflection on humility, especially as we seek to become a synodal Church: "It requires humility to become a People of God capable of encountering one another, listening, dialoguing, and able to do the hard work of communal discernment. All this synodal listening can be fruitful if we are curious and believe that every person we meet has God-given dignity and has something of value to share and that we too have something of value to share." Ellie Hidalgo is co-director of Discerning Deacons, a project that engages Catholics in the active discernment of our Church about women and the diaconate. She graduated with a Masters in Pastoral Theology from Loyola Marymount University and received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Ellie was commissioned as a pastoral associate for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 2013; she preached for Catholic Women Preach in 2020 and in 2018 and helped to facilitate national prayer services in 2020 and 2021 to commemorate St. Phoebe, one of the early Church's female deacons. Previously, Ellie served as a staff writer for The Tidings Catholic Newspaper writing news and feature stories about Hispanic ministry, restorative justice, youth ministry, and immigration reform. Ellie is the first of five children born to Cuban parents and a proud aunt to eight nieces and nephews and numerous godchildren. She returned to Miami, Florida, USA in 2020 to live closer to family. Have you ever been shaken by a scandal in the Church? It’s hard not to have been, especially amidst scandals on a major scale or ones involving people we’ve looked up to and loved. When these things come to light, it’s common for people to start to blame the Church, and—sometimes—to leave their faith. If we feel the need to reexamine our belief in God and the Church because of something someone else did, maybe our faith should have been in God and not a person who’s broken just like us. We’re incredibly blessed to have such a vast community of Christian believers in our world who strive towards the way of Christ and in many ways dedicate their lives to the service of others. But just because they’re followers of Christ doesn’t mean they’re perfect. As humans we have a natural inclination towards sin that we’ve inherited from the first sin of Adam. And it’s important that we see this for what it is, because if we put our faith in anyone other than our Creator, we put our faith in someone that can’t satisfy our hearts. Let’s ask God to help us build a stronger relationship with him so that always look to the foundation of the Church and the faithfulness of God instead of putting our hope in the ways of man.

How God Uses Blood Moons to Speak to the Church

Four blood moons took place in 2014-2015. Each of them happened on a major Jewish holiday. Two of them happened on Passover and two of them on the Feast of Tabernacles. There was a conjunction of Jupiter and Venus, the shining of the Bethlehem Star, on June 30th and July 1, 2015. While there have been many conjunctions of Jupiter and Venus, this was possibly the first time they have been that close, shining as one star, since the birth of Christ. That is why it has been called the reappearing of the Bethlehem Star. A total solar eclipse was visible from coast to coast in the USA for the first time in 100 years took place August 21st this year. The last time was 1918. This hurricane season has been record setting. Through September 12th there have been 11 names storms, 6 hurricanes, three have been major hurricanes of level three or above. Normal season has a total of twelve names storms, 6 hurricanes and three major hurricanes. An 8.4 earthquake hit Mexico on September 7th. They are anticipating an alignment of the sun, Jupiter, Venus and mars, that many are calling the fulfillment of Revelation 12 this week. What is happening? Are we near the end of time? Should we be preparing for the judgment of God as some are saying? Certainly God is trying to get our attention. Genesis 1:14 clearly tells us God will speak to us through the sun and the moon. “Then God said, ‘Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years’” (NKJV). Did you catch that? “Let them be for signs [otot] and seasons [moadim]." God placed the sun, the moon, and the stars in the sky to lights for planet earth. He also uses them for “signs” literally for a banner that signals direction or orients a person and for “seasons” for appointed times, for festivals. How God Uses Blood Moons to Speak to the Church It is not a coincidence that multiple times in Scripture God references the last days will be marked by blood moons and solar eclipses declaring his appointed time and signaling the direction His church should be taking. Some of the references are Isaiah 13:9-10; Amos 8:8, 9; and Matthew 24:29. Joel 2:30-31 “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord” (NKJV). And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age”? (Matthew 24:3 NKJV) Jesus gave three arenas of “signs” and “seasons” that would lead to the end of time and His return. 1. He said in verses 4-8, there will be false Christs, wars and rumors of wars, and natural disasters but all of these are the beginning of sorrows, the end is not yet. These are the birth pangs that will get closer together and more severe proclaiming that God is talking to us. He is indeed shouting at us. Don’t place greater emphasis on these things than is intended. 2. The second arena is found in Matthew 24:9-14. There will be severe persecution because the general population will hate Christians, false prophets will become popular and deceive many people, and lawlessness will abound. The Gospel will be preached to all nations, “and then the end will come.” 3. Matthew 24:15-22 records Jesus describing the third arena. The “abomination of desolation" spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” will set the stage for the world to experience “then there will be great tribulation.” Jesus is making direct reference to Daniel’s description of the third temple of God being built on the Temple Mount. The Beast or the Little Horn will defile the temple and stop all worship of the Living God and direct all worship to himself, as if he were God. The Apostle Paul also refers to this in 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4. It is at this point in His discourse that Jesus makes reference to the solar eclipse and the blood moons happening before He raptures the Church and comes to earth again (Matthew 24:23-31). What should the church be doing in light of all that is happening? What is God trying to say to us? I believe Jesus made that abundantly clear. First let me tell what He is NOT saying. That is just as important as what He IS saying. Jesus is not saying to His church, “Just hang on, the rapture is coming and I will take you out of this mess.” Jesus is not saying, “The end of the world is coming. Gather all the food and water you can and head for the hills.” I know to many of you this may sound silly, but, I have been around long enough to remember the book and how many Christians were miss led by 88 Reasons Why the Rapture Will Be in 1988, The Feast of Trumpets (Ros-Hash-Ana) September 11-12-13 by Edgar Whisenant. I also remember the tragedy of the Hale-Bopp comet suicide in March 1997. I believe the Holy Scripture teaches that Jesus Christ will rapture His church in the book of 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. I believe we are to look for that blessed hope with great anticipation every single day. It should not make us inactive and complacent, exactly the opposite. Jesus described it well in Matthew 24:45-51. We must be faithful and good stewards of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is coming soon! Luke 19:13 our Lord said “Occupy till I come.” Literally, do business, do trade. He has given us assignments that must be completed. The Gospel must be preached in all nations (Matthew 24:14). Your children and grandchildren must be led to Jesus and discipled. Your work place needs to hear the Gospel. Your neighbors and relatives must be won to Jesus Christ. Lift up your eyes. Look to the fields. They are ready for harvest. Yes, we are seeing the signs of His coming. He is coming soon. This weekend may very well be exactly what is described in Revelation 12; I am not an astronomer. I do know four blood moons exactly on four biblical feast days, is God shouting at His church, “Get the job done. I am coming soon!” Awaken Church! This is not a time to be partying with the world or playing with sin. This is not a time to “have a form of godliness but no power.” This is the time for the Church to be waiting on the Lord for a new season of Pentecost and the power of the Holy Spirit, so we can be witnesses unto Him in these closing days time! This is the time for Joel 2:28-29 to be fulfilled in our local churches “that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” If you enjoyed this podcast, please consider leaving us a review.
