Happy All In weekend, everybody!
Today's Song of the Day is “Is It Making You Feel Something” from Superchunk's album Songs in the Key of Yikes, out August 22.
Send us a textIf your creativity feels more like a checklist than a calling lately, this one's for you.In this soulful sit-down, Levi Kreis welcomes producer, educator, and creative force Kris Bradley—founder of Produce Like A Boss and Harmonic Course Creator—to explore how heart-centered creativity can transform everything from how you show up online to how you feel in your art. They unpack what happens when we stop chasing algorithms and start creating from alignment, how burnout can sneak in when we forget we're artists first, and why your presence—your vibration—is a gift, even before it becomes a product. If you've ever felt stuck between what you “should” do and what your soul actually wants to make… hit play.

This week's “How She Finds Purpose” insight comes from my own journey - “Sometimes it's a whisper to change how you work or how you live. It's not like ambition or ego or what the world tells us we should want. The purpose impulse is something deeper. It's innate. It's the voice of your spirit calling you back into alignment with who you really are. And while it may be quiet at first, it's persistent. If you ignore it, it doesn't disappear. It waits. It returns. It taps you on your shoulder, so to speak, whispering, this isn't it. There's something more.” You know that moment when everything on paper looks great - your career, your accomplishments, your life - and yet something inside still feels off? In this solo episode, I'm naming that feeling. I call it the purpose impulse, and I share my own story of how it showed up for me years ago while working in child protective services. It was quiet at first, but eventually, it became impossible to ignore. I'll walk you through what it feels like, why it matters, and how it could be guiding you toward something deeply real and meaningful in your own life. I also share a powerful moment that changed everything for me - a moment that helped me recognize that the path I was on no longer fit, even though it looked right from the outside. If you've ever felt like you're going through the motions, even while succeeding, this conversation is for you. Here are 3 reasons why you should listen to this episode: You'll learn how to recognize the subtle signs that you're out of alignment, even when everything looks “fine.” You'll hear a deeply personal story that helps explain what the purpose impulse really feels like, and why it matters. You'll get a simple, reflective question to help you reconnect with what your inner voice has been trying to tell you. It can be absolutely excruciating & maddening to be stuck in a mental and emotional loop of going over and over your feelings of anger, frustration, resentment, and contempt towards another person or situation. Yet if it feels so awful, why do we do it? What compels us to put ourselves through such misery and anguish and to what end? No problem has been ever been resolved in a state of anger, accusations, and hatred towards another. Yet it remains a common state of human beings. Are we meant to have these feelings? Or is it time to transcend them?On this Divine Feminine solo episode I share about a recent experience of waking up in the middle of the night in what I can only describe as a higher state, feeling as though I was out of my emotional body, and in a state of grace. I felt no connection with the stress, anger, & frustration I had felt for days prior regarding a specific situation. I realized I could be the presence of an archangel or just a brief respite from the dense energies of the human experience. Either way, it was lovely! And I wanted to share it with you all an offer the assurance that reaching states of grace and peace and possible and, I believe, intended for Humanity. In this episode of After the Show, I'm reflecting on my latest interview with Hollei Anne Hayes. She's a talented product designer whose work you might have seen at Target and Toys “R” Us. We had an incredible conversation about what it takes to make your products stand out and the impact of design on customer engagement. One key theme we explored was the importance of emotional connection in product design and branding. I'll share some of my personal takeaways, but trust me, you don't want to miss the full episode to get the complete picture.
