I doubt there are many successful business owners out there who DON'T credit their success to taking action and SELLING. But is “show up no matter what” really the only way? Because while selling is important, I have ZERO desire to build a business that only creates results when I ‘show up' online and sell every day. I don't know about you, but I need space to tap out when I'm tired or just over it. And let's be real, those days WILL happen. Let me put it this way: if your business only converts when you SELL, it's like living in an unfinished “house”. I'm so thrilled for you to receive this interview with my long-term client and now dear friend, Chloe Cocks. Not only are the results she's created over the past two years incredible - scaling to $1M in annual revenue, increasing her profit by almost $300k, hiring 3 new team members and reducing her work days from 3 to 1 - but her approach to leadership and her compassion, empathy and heart-centred approach is honestly just so inspiring. It is so fulfilling to work with such wonderful humans and I know that this episode is the medicine that heart-centred leaders are desiring to hear.In this episode we cover:The shift in leadership that was necessary for her to move further toward her zone of genius and how her leadership style now reflects being a Manifestor (and a Taurus Sun, Cancer Rising and Gemini Moon). Why a profit first approach in her business led to increasing her profit by almost $300k but the ripple impact that having regard to profit has in other areas, too.The evolution of female leadership and creating more space for compassion, empathy and connection within our teams.LINKS:Find Chloe here: @roarspeech @the.selfishpodcast @chloecocks.coApply to work with Jazze in a 1:1 capacity herePurchase 'Profit First' hereListen to Episode 151.
