Harley Lippman thinks entry-level jobs are tough to find, but the labor market will embrace employees who embrace AI. “AI is not coming after your job,” he argues, it's coming after the part of your work that's repetitive. He emphasizes retraining and reskilling employees rather than laying them off, warning against losing “institutional knowledge.”======== Schwab Network ========Empowering every investor and trader, every market day.Options involve risks and are not suitable for all investors.
