We talked about when and how we can judge if it is wise to push through pain, why it is important to move our bodies, learning to trust our bodies, even if we have been neglecting them for a while and why being overweight, in and of itself, is never a good enough reason for a diagnosis. Anthony Williams, 37, who was the Special Project Manager and Curriculum Developer at CARQUEST Technical Institute (CTI), tragically and unexpectedly died earlier this month. He is survived by his wife, Deb, and their three children.
