Omar Farang Zin, 48, was touring the famous Transfăgărășan Road in Romania — often dubbed “the most beautiful road in the world” — when he made a spectacularly dumb decision: he got too close to a mother bear and her three cubs for a selfie. This wasn't just a bad idea — it was his last. He'd been filming himself with bears along the trip, but this photo op turned deadly. The bear attacked and killed him on the spot.
