Kabir Says: "Just as a coded document shows the way to a hidden treasure, just so this Bijak shows the way to realize the soul. (Sakhi of Kabir)   Commentary by Dr. Jagessar Das: "Bijak means a coded document that leads to a hidden treasure. In this Bijak, Guru Kabir explains the path to that hidden treasure that is within, and not visible by the objective senses. He teaches everyone to give up cleverness and argumentation, and become humble and accept the Divine Lord dwelling within."   The term "Bijak" means treasure or treasure-map, in this case the treasure map of Guru Kabir. "Bij" means: the seed or essence. "Bijak" means treasure. The Bijak of Kabir is intended to be a treasure-map to the essence of reality: our soul and God.   In India the Bijak is the most popular sacred text containing the teachings of Guru Kabir, and as such is the main scripture for those who follow the Path of Kabir. Actually, two of the biggest human institutions placed mankind in a perpetual state of fear; the Church and the State. These amalgamations of power and system of hierarchy have pin down human evolution to its fullest potential. Both want you to always look towards the future, be afraid of your past and don't live in the present.   The relationship between the people and nature is always disrupted by the influence of power. This is the grand strategy of the Church making you live according to constricting. Jesus tells us we can have that ability and power to live outside human laws made to preserve material power and  false hierarchy.   It is a classical story of corrupted power against pure love. Consistent with the logic of unity and oneness, Jesus guides us to live a “fearless” life with courage and compassion. People should live in a state of truth in order to remove the monstrosities of Ego.
