Something I am so grateful for is the leadership experience I received growing up in the church. From a young age, I got involved in worship teams. I led small groups. I developed skills. I was put on stages I had no business being on. Church wasn't just a weekly service we attended. It was a leadership incubator. L. Ironically, Satan is only mentioned a handful of times in the bible, despite what you've been led to believe by Hollywood. The image of Satan we typically envision is actually not from the bible at all, but from a poem. Most Satanists, despite the clever name, don't openly worship the devil. And while I do believe in Satan and the danger he poses – I believe we are giving him way too much credit for some things – especially some of the conspiracy theories people believe, or blaming him for when we do bad things, (i.e., “the devil made me do it!”). That being said, there are some areas that you have to wonder if perhaps he truly did place his crooked finger upon in order to insert his evil influence. What does Satan look like? What's the meaning of 666? Do people really kill in the name of Satan? Are some places or objects somehow under a Satanic influence?
