After discovering Lyla's secret, Oliver experiences a "Reset" of his day until he gets it right. He wakes up each time right before he reunites with Quentin Lance. But each time he tries to save the day once more, Quentin dies. It isn't long before he connects with Laurel, who seems to be having the same experience. Over and over they try to prevent Lance from dying, but each time they fail. Lyla is also there, and though they don't trust her, she seems to be giving them some hints on exactly what it is they are supposed to be doing in this painful, looping nightmare. Eventually, they both have to learn to say goodbye and accept the inevitable. And he has one more mission before the Crisis arrives. The "Crisis on Earth X" continues as the team finds themselves powerless and locked up in a prison camp on Earth X. What's worse is that it's run by Quentin Lance's evil doppelganger. Luckily, the Team get some help escaping with the help of Leo Snart and The Ray. They take them to the leader of the resistance, General Winn Schott. He may be Kara's best friend on her Earth, but he won't let our heroes try to infiltrate the breach gate to return home because he could lose his chance to destroy it. Queen has frequently used his Bratva connections to acquire information otherwise unavailable. There's a good chance this episode, titled “Bratva,” will delve into those very mafia connections.“Bratva” will also address Quentin Lance's (Paul Blackthorne) drug addiction and subsequent stint in rehab. Having just returned from rehab, Lance must come to terms with his past when reporter Susan Williams (Carly Pope) requests an interview regarding his drug habit. Rene Ramirez (Rick Gonzalez) must step in to make sure things stay on track. Having Ra's al Ghul as your dad, it's likely to forge a very specific kind of person. They're close enough and different enough that I would love, at some point, to do a story with Nyssa and Talia. We'll also be dealing very directly with the fairly obvious question, which is: Wait a second, when Oliver met Ra's al Ghul, why didn't he say, ‘Hey, wait a minute, I think I met your daughter back in Russia!'” he added.Talia will arrive in “Second Chances,” the “Arrow” episode airing February 1, though it seems as though she'll only appear in the flashbacks in this particular episode. And in the promo for next week's episode, titled 'Second Chances', it seems that the team tries to recruit Tina to become the new Black Canary. Whether or not Tina is convinced to become a vigilante - particularly Black Canary - is yet to be seen. While executive producer Marc Guggenheim teased that the events at the end of 'Who Are You?' "[lay] a very specific seed, with a very specific game plan on our part that we hope to see come to fruition." As far as I'm concerned, turning Curtis Holt into a superhero is probably the biggest turn we've ever done on the show. Even more so than turning Laurel into the Black Canary. To my way of thinking, the only way you really earn that is if you show how difficult it is, and that means that Curtis ends up getting his ass kicked quite a bit. I think in episode 10, the mid-season premiere, he kind of hits bottom as far as his self-esteem is concerned, especially in light of the ultimatum that Paul gave him. Starting with episode 10 is his turn, I think, really more towards the Mr. Terrific we know from the comics." The synopsis does include an important piece of information: the Waverider has been grounded. According to the synopsis, the Waverider is “incapacitated,” which likely means the Legends are stuck in whichever time they've landed in. Fans of the “The Flash” comic book series will know stakes are high when Clive Yorkin is around. In the comics, Yorkin is a career criminal responsible for everything from robbery to murder. According to a new synopsis for “The Martian Chronicles,” the “Supergirl” episode that airs on February 6, the White Martians will track her down in order to try her as a traitor to Mars. However, they'll have to get through Supergirl and Martian Manhunter first. Unlike her peers, M'gann showed remorse over the actions her people had taken against the Green Martians. As such, she escaped to Earth and hid out in Central City, acting as a bartender at Maggie Sawyer's favorite dive bar. This way, she remained undiscovered — that is, until now. Martin and Carlos Valdes; “Supergirl” stars Melissa Benoist and Jeremy Jordan; and “Legends of Tomorrow” co-star Victor Garber and “Arrow” regular John Barrowman, showing that the episode will also include Arrowverse vets known for their singing chops, even if they aren't part of the “Supergirl” and “Flash” casts. Link:http://www.cbr.com/the-flash-supergirl-musical-episode-crossover-details/ Neil FLASH / SUPERGIRL MUSICAL CASTS GLEE'S DARREN CRISS AS MUSIC MEISTER (Date: 23 Jan 2017) This March's musical crossover between “Supergirl” and “The Flash” is going to be one big “Glee” reunion. TVLine reports that Darren Criss, who rose to fame as Blaine Anderson on “Glee,” will appear as Music Meister in the two-episode crossover event. Link:http://www.cbr.com/the-flash-supergirl-musical-darren-criss-music-meister-glee-casting/ SUPERGIRL STAR SENDS A MESSAGE TO TRUMP AT MARCH ON WASHINGTON (Date: 21 Jan 2017) Thousands of demonstrators descended today on Washington, D.C., for the Women's March on Washington, just one day after the inauguration of President Donald Trump.Among the crowd in the nation's capital, which organizers estimate could grow to as high as 500,000, is none other than “Supergirl” star Melissa Benoist, whose handmade sign sends a pointed message to the new president while giving a nod to her role as the Girl of Steel. The message of course refers refers to the widely publicized and condemned audio recording from Trump's 2005 appearance on “Access Hollywood,” in which the former reality-TV star boasted about kissing women and grabbing their genitals. Executive producer Aaron Helbing said, “Gypsy is a very formidable adversary. He never realized the extent of his powers, and because of seeing Gypsy, he's going to become more and more in tune with his powers and what he can do, whether it's crossing dimensions or opening breaches much faster and quicker. He's going to be building confidence, and that'll definitely play into the rest of the season of helping Barry and the team stop Savitar from killing Iris.” Link:http://www.cbr.com/the-flash-cisco-ramon-vibe-gypsy-metahuman-superpowers/ Neil Supergirl plans Maggie/Alex-centric Valentine's Day episode (Date: 24 Jan 2017) Here's what we know: Alex (Chyler Leigh) is super excited for her first Valentine's Day with a girlfriend, but Maggie (Floriana Lima) is not keen on the Hallmark holiday, which leads to their first real fight. But Maggie will make it up to Alex by recreating a special night — note the corsage on her arm! Further details on the hour, like who else might be spending the holiday together, are being kept under wraps, but the Valentine's Day episode will air on Feb. 13. Link:http://tvline.com/2017/01/22/the-flash-season-3-episode-10-preview/ Supergirl Just Made A Big Legion of Super-Heroes Nod and Basically Told Us What's Up With Mon-El (Date: 23 Jan 2017) Will Supergirl bring the Legion of Super-Heroes into the series? It certainly seems like it. Hell, even director Kevin Smith, who helmed tonight's episode of The CW's hit sophomore series, thinks so. Got Smith has got good reason to believe it: During the course of the episode, at one point a frustrated Mon-El calls out "grife!" That's basically "Damn it!" In Legion-speak. The 31st Century team naturally have some slang that's particular to them...although it could turn out that's just a common exclamation in Interlac within the TV universe of Supergirl. That impression was rooted, in part, in the fact that fans have already seen evidence that the Legion not only exists in the world of Supergirl, but has a relationship with Superman. In the season 1 episode "Fortress," Supergirl headed to Superman's Fortress of Solitude for the first time and one of the first things the audience saw was a Legion of Super-Heroes flight ring mounted on a crystal dais inside. Lest you think that the "grife" was a clear indicator that Mon-El's long-teased secret is just that he knows of the Legion, that's probably not the case. When a Maaldorian was shooting at him, a Dominator stopped the shot, saying that Mon-El was to be spared. He then gave Mon-El a deep bow. Starling Tribune - Season 4 Edition – Episode 3: Restoration The Official Arrow Podcast of the Gonna Geek Network During another fun Blab.im live recording, Neil, Stargate Pioneer and Chris gather again to discuss the 3rd episode of the 4th Arrow season. It was great to see Nyssa back on the show and just how evil Malcom Merlyn can be. Why did that one Ghost let Diggle live at the battle of the Woodmill? SP has a pretty good theory about why that Neil added unto. Damian Darhk sure demonstrate how deadly simple parlor card tricks can be. SP teaches that worksite cranes sometimes do come equipped with remote control technologies thus validating Felicity's ability to remote control one from the Arrow Lair 3.0. There is a LOT of Lair 3.0 talk too. Felicity's mention of Mirikuru soldiers was a Great Pull. SP has issue with Felicity's machine gun spray and pray move. Felicty's character growth comes to a new level in the episode and everyone is impressed. Chris finds a reason for Oliver to have sleeves on his costume again. ( #bringbacksleeves ) We're all excited to see the T-Sphere's and of course Ray Palmer is trying to get Felicity's attention through her mobile phone. The show finally found a way to get rid of the Lazarus Pit after its heroic and historic reanimation of Sara. And the hosts have a message for Laurel: When MALCOLM tells you that doing something is a bad idea you've probably gone way too far. Someone needs to get Sara and Thea bad to 100%. Will it be Damian? Will it be Constantine? The relationship between Quentin Lance and Damian continues to confuse everyone. Everyone loves OTA – Original Team Arrow. Everyone rates the villain of the week, Double Down. SP was happy to see Ryan Robbins but knows Oliver is going to kills him eventually. The guys take bets on where Oliver is heading with the woman. We revisit the “Star City Beard Report” including his mutant power. Would you take a card for us? The fights continue to be amazing including the double fight this week and the sparing in Nanda Parbat and Thea's nightmare wake-up call fight. And finally, what happened with Oliver's decision to run for mayor? SP's theory about the Lair comes in handy here. Starling Tribune - Season 2 Edition – Crucible The Official Arrow Podcast of the Gonna Geek Network In this edition of the Starling Tribune the reporters Wing, Jay and Stargate Pioneer discuss the packed fourth episode of season two titled “Crucible.” The reporters comment on the name since it is a re-tread from the sixth episode of season one, “Legacies,” in which the concept of Crucible was explored. SP is finally vindicate as he finally gets to the point in his series watch where Sara returns from the dead! The reporters also comment on Sara's character re-casting, Sara's capture, and whether or not the episode got the Sara reveal right in the episode since she was in both the flashbacks and the show's real-time scenes. One of the most powerful scenes in the episode was when Sara watches her Dad, Quentin Lance, ask Oliver Queen for help over Laurel through the window. And the reporter discuss Laurel's struggle with alcohol and wonder if Laurel's DUI stop was actually a villain setup or not. And pay attention to Sara's question about Slade Wilson. In another major storyline, the reporters all express their happiness at the return of Isabell Rochev (A.K.A. Summer Glau). And Reporter Wing runs down Isabell's comic book background. The reporters also discuss the live action fighting and shooting scenes. Just how realistic is it in this episode? And the reporters give their take on why the citizens of Starling City and specifically The Glades are fighting so much for what they have left instead of searching for a better opportunity or taken somewhere else. The flashbacks in the episode were full of plot even though there was not a lot of time spent on them during the episode. The reporters tell what they enjoyed about them including “Prochnost.” Reporter Jay gives background into Brother Blood's mask while SP thinks it is something out of Stargate. The Reporters answer the question many of us have asked: How does Oliver get out of his Arrow costume so quickly? With all the new characters in the show the reporters discuss if there is enough show for all of the characters. Are characters like Diggle, Felicity, Lyla, Sin, Thea and Roy given enough screen time to carry them forward? SP asks where is Moira after dropping the fact that she has a secret. The trio of reporters break down their weekly Bat Checklist. Stay tuned until after the credits for some fun clips with Reporters Jay, Wing and JS. Starling Tribune - Season 2 Edition – City Of Heroes The Official Arrow Podcast of the Gonna Geek Network In this edition of the Starling Tribune Jay and Stargate Pioneer join Nightwing in watching Arrow's second season premiere episode “City Of Heroes.” Jay proves his outstanding and uncanny ability to prognosticate Arrow correctly. Jay and Stargate Pioneer talk about how they found the Arrow Paleyfest Season 1 panel and what nuggets were in it. SP surprises Jay and Wing by counting at least 4 superheroes in Starling City in this episode. The trio are intrigued by Summer Glau's appearance. You always run through the forest barefoot and shirtless. Wing explains the Brother Blood reference to SP as a Teen Titan Villain. SP seems to enjoy Thea's nice orange dress. The devastation to The Glades is immense. We find PROOF that Quentin Lance is indeed the ONLY one in Starling City that doesn't know that Ollie is The Arrow. Wing didn't know about the Geico “Boots And Pants” Commercial (https://youtu.be/Lxc2nCmZzrs). How long is a window blind chain in an office building in Starling City? And how over engineered does it really have to be? Don't worry – we tell you. Who reads the credits anymore? Ollie's new bow is incredible. And how long does it take to take a costume off a mannequin and put it on? Are you willing to make a little "Sacrifice"? Just about everyone in the season finale of Arrow is. As the Undertaking gets underway, Oliver has to escape from Malcolm Merlyn, and then get Diggle, Felicity, and Quentin Lance to help him stop the Dark Archer and his dastardly earthquake revenge scheme. To help them out a little, Moira confesses the whole plan to the press, Thea and Roy try to help some victims, and Tommy gets drunk. Who will survive? Can you wait an entire summer to find out? Green Justice can cure your offseason cravings. Listen in to Jay and Josh and justice will be served...to your MP3 player!
Oliver has to deal with the fact that there's a copycat on the street dispensing justice. The first victim is Adam Hunt who Oliver put out of business some months ago. Det. Quentin Lance quickly concludes that the killer, who uses black arrows, is not the Hood, as he calls Oliver. Things become deadly serious when the Black Arrow takes a group of innocent people hostage threatening to kill one every hour until the Arrow is apprehended. Meanwhile, Oliver is surprised that the family no longer has their annual Christmas party and offers to re-institute what was once a Queen family tradition. In flashbacks, we learn that the island on which Oliver lived for 5 years was once a Chinese prison.

Who exactly is the female supervillain and what organization is she with? We see Oliver's awesome knife-throwing skills. Nightwing encourages to use Stephen Amell as a motivation in the gym. The two discuss how the flashbacks continue to be used well in Arrow. SP asks the question of just who is the other archer on the island? Quentin Lance is Nightwing's favorite character on Arrow.
