This week, Jared and Pauly From The DC New 52 Reviews discuss the New 52 Tony S Daniel run of Deathstroke. Deathstroke is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, the character first appeared in The New Teen Titans #2 as Deathstroke the Terminator. In his comic book appearances, Slade Wilson is a former U.S. Army operative who gains enhanced physical and mental abilities from an experimental super-soldier serum and becomes the mercenary Deathstroke. Widely considered the greatest and deadliest assassin in the DC Universe, he serves as the archenemy of Dick Grayson and the Teen Titans, and is also an adversary of other superheroes such as Batman, Green Arrow, and the Justice League. Deathstroke's vendetta against the Titans began when he swore revenge for the death of his eldest son Grant; his other two children, Jericho and Rose, would go on to join the Titans to oppose him. Un récit collégial qui peine à faire l'unanimitéBatman Shadow War n'est certainement pas une bonne porte d'entrée pour l'univers Batman. Cet évènement rassemble de nombreux personnages sans réellement prendre la peine de les développer et certains membres de l'équipe ont même pointé des incohérences par rapport aux récits précédents. Si la relation père-fils reste au centre de l'histoire, elle est entrecoupée régulièrement par des scènes de combat qui perdent en intérêt.Le comics a peiné à convaincre la totalité de l'équipe même s'il se lit très facilement.Il sera plutôt destiné aux complétistes. "We'll be meeting a new version of Damien Darhk, a little less silly, a little more formidable." Arthur Darvill will also be back as Rip Hunter, but in a recurring role, and it sounds like he'll be coming into conflict with his former teammates. “Last season, the Legends were the only game in town,” Klemmer said. “Now they're competing with the best and brightest. Starling Tribune - Season 2 Edition – Crucible   The Official Arrow Podcast of the Gonna Geek Network   In this edition of the Starling Tribune the reporters Wing, Jay and Stargate Pioneer discuss the packed fourth episode of season two titled “Crucible.” The reporters comment on the name since it is a re-tread from the sixth episode of season one, “Legacies,” in which the concept of Crucible was explored. SP is finally vindicate as he finally gets to the point in his series watch where Sara returns from the dead! The reporters also comment on Sara's character re-casting, Sara's capture, and whether or not the episode got the Sara reveal right in the episode since she was in both the flashbacks and the show's real-time scenes.   One of the most powerful scenes in the episode was when Sara watches her Dad, Quentin Lance, ask Oliver Queen for help over Laurel through the window. And the reporter discuss Laurel's struggle with alcohol and wonder if Laurel's DUI stop was actually a villain setup or not. And pay attention to Sara's question about Slade Wilson.   In another major storyline, the reporters all express their happiness at the return of Isabell Rochev (A.K.A. Summer Glau). And Reporter Wing runs down Isabell's comic book background.   The reporters also discuss the live action fighting and shooting scenes. Just how realistic is it in this episode? And the reporters give their take on why the citizens of Starling City and specifically The Glades are fighting so much for what they have left instead of searching for a better opportunity or taken somewhere else.   The flashbacks in the episode were full of plot even though there was not a lot of time spent on them during the episode. The reporters tell what they enjoyed about them including “Prochnost.” Reporter Jay gives background into Brother Blood's mask while SP thinks it is something out of Stargate. The Reporters answer the question many of us have asked: How does Oliver get out of his Arrow costume so quickly?   With all the new characters in the show the reporters discuss if there is enough show for all of the characters. Are characters like Diggle, Felicity, Lyla, Sin, Thea and Roy given enough screen time to carry them forward? SP asks where is Moira after dropping the fact that she has a secret. The trio of reporters break down their weekly Bat Checklist.
