Coming hot off the heels of the Resident Evil movie reboot, attention now turns to the recently released Netflix adaptation of this popular franchise. Concerns were raised when this show was initially announced and then again when it was marketed as being a continuation of the games storyline up to RE Village anyway. Vampires, witches, and werewolves OH MY! Resident Evil Village at last has a set date. May 7, 2021. I hope to have a PS5 by then, but no sweat. Tomb Raider had an official announcement this past week. Though no games are mentioned, a Netflix anime series was. They are looking to connect the reboot trilogy with the PS1 classics. I'm thinking they will do re-imaginings of the older games to make them fit in with the newer Lara Croft, then when we're caught up, a new game will take off. This is exciting!
