This episode is dedicated to the life and legacy of Kevin Conroy. Conroy died on November 10, 2022. A frequent guest on this podcast, Conroy is forever linked to being the definitive voice of the character Batman. Starting in 1992 with Batman: The Animated Series, Conroy voiced the Caped Crusader for three decades. Joining the show to pay tribute to their fallen co-star are stars from B:TAS as well as its spinoff, Justice League. Tara Strong (Batgirl), Loren Lester (Robin), Susan Eisenberg (Wonder Woman), and Phil LaMarr (Green Lantern) all make appearances. RIP Kevin Conroy. The voice of Batman passed away today, so we thought it would be cool to remember him by reposting this interview Art did with him back in 2013. (Yeah we've been doing this a long time) Art talks with actor Kevin Conroy who was an American stage, screen, and voice actor, known for his acclaimed voice role as the DC Comics character Batman in the 1990s Warner Bros. television show Batman: The Animated Series. Art and Kevin talk about how Kevin found the voice of Batman, Comic-Cons, video games and working with Mark Hamill.
