This month marks 7 years since we began recording this podcast. Looking back over the years, we see how much has changed, how much we've grown, what we've accomplished and what we still suck at. We narrow it down to the 7 most important things you should know from our experiences in the past 7 years.Richard has an announcement that everyone will be going through a second puberty. This one, just as awkward and with all new hair issues. Yay! #growershowerhoperCan you convince an outsider to change their perception of the lifestyle? Are we supposed to? We are not or activists Simply lifestyle people who need a group chat and a foam party -not equal rights! We suck at OnlyFans mostly because its something that requires a schedule and full commitment. Who knew head gear and fancy lighting were required to capture a hot foursome? Every career has a Monday morning!Lauren has expanded her sex intellect learning new terms, new positions, and becoming better at dirty talk through the years. Richard feels lazier at sex now than 7 years ago. We learn that TriMix is a game changer! In almost 100 episodes, we got one thing right: an episode where we gave advice to "be the host of your own party" and that advice is something we still use on vacations.Hello my name is Lauren and I'm a swinger. We celebrate 7 years clean. How do you stay completely safe? We give you the fool proof answer. Our biggest accomplishment might be our successful DP. It only took us almost 7 years! We have Shivers and TabuToys to thank for it. It only takes a podcast and sponsors for us to learn stuff. #realtalkCheck our sponsors:Tabutoys.com (promo code: ROOM77) CHECK OUT THE NEW PUMP - IT'S A SPA FOR YOUR PENISShivers.store (promo code: R77) and save 10% NEW Product Launch!BikiniAddiction.com (promo code: ROOM77) Patreon Help us #keepitupBook your Desire / Temptation /Hedo trip* with Lauren and get a free Bikini Addiction bikini!

In this episode of Joculation, LP shares his unique brand of comedy and satire on the news and headlines which matter most. With every other news article talking about the famed Lazarus Group cybercrime syndicate run by the North Korean government, one would think the reputation which precedes this group would have any target crapping their pants. In this episode, we discover the hero that we need – a hacker with the handle Px4 who took matters into his own hands after being hacked by the Lazarus Group. Let's listen to LP regale the tale of how Px4 launched his own DDoS attack against the North Korean internet, successfully took it down, and then automated his future DDoS attacks against North Korea just for the LOLz. Everyone has fond memories of their first true love – how their heart raced and depth and intensity of the emotions they felt. Join LP as he shares the love story of famous psychedelic researcher Amanda Feilding and her 15-year relationship with a pigeon filled with intense passion and deep-seated jealousy. If you listen closely to the screams of your brain cells as they commit seppuku after hearing this story, you can almost hear the famous Zen koan reverberating through the emptiness - How does a pigeon give tiny little kisses to your pupils if they don't have lips? Life is filled with the tombstones of epic, celebrated product launches which soar like the Hindenburg and subsequently explode into a pile of shit like the sauerkraut and cheddar bratwurst the day after the Superbowl. Epic product fails like Peeps flavored Pepsi, Etat Libre d'Orange's Secretions Magnifiques a semen scented perfume to help remember the AIDS epidemic of the 1980s, and designer Nikolas Gregory's the Ripley - a kit which has everything you need to make intimately personalized jewelry from your ass are some of the greatest hits which litter this graveyard. In this episode, LP adds another opus of disaster to this list courtesy of Build-A-Bear and their ‘After Dark' horny teddy bear line. Yes, it's as painful as it sounds. If you enjoyed listening to the show, please give it a five-star rating, a review, and please share with your friends. From watermelon to stone fruit to table grapes, Sun World CEO David Marguleas has decades of experience in bringing vibrant new products to the consumer market. He visits the podcast this week to talk about how his company has made critical new hires and brought breeding in-house to stay at the forefront of molecular technologies. "In the middle of the pandemic we opened our new center for innovation in Wasco, Calif.," David says. "The new facility is a massive upgrade both technologically and functionally...and we've allowed for the expansion of that facility into a number of other crops we believe are begging for innovation that are underserved globally." (Hint: Think mangoes and cherries.) On the other end of the scale, does innovation ever reach a point of oversaturation? There are now more than 110 table grape varieties grown in California, David says, which means the marketplace is very competitive. The secret? Meet the customer where they are and focus on what they care about the most: "flavor, texture, shelf life, visual appeal" and two new traits, David says, "climate resistance and sustainability."

I talk about my experience of building r3ciprocity.com, and providing new features and have a new product launches of those features. Key Takeaways:Advertising is an essential piece to every new product launch strategy. Amazon PPC can help new products with discoverability or compliment any other promotional strategies set up outside of Amazon. We recommend sellers be focused on sales versus minimum ad spend. New product launches weigh heavily on conversion rates. When setting up manual campaigns, utilize high converting placement settings and fixed bids while targeting your 5-20 most relevant keywords. If you have video assets, use Sponsored Brands video ads to gain impressions and maximize conversions. Auto campaigns also play an important role. It helps to help discover new search terms, which filters into the longer-term advertising strategy. OverviewAs Amazon becomes more competitive, advertising becomes more critical for new product launches. One of the common questions we get is, "What are the specifics actions one should take when advertising for a new product?" In this episode, we share our reasoning behind running ads for your new products, how advertising can help you become retail-ready, and the things you need for your launch campaigns. What You Need to Know Before Launching Your Campaigns Be Sales Focused - At this stage, we advise sellers not to be too focused on generating the lowest ACoS possible, but instead be sales-driven and focus on getting the Amazon fly wheel spinning. This means that you will be required to spend a little more to obtain sales and build social proof for your product since you're just starting out. Have High-Quality Listings – Having high-quality listings can really help your conversion rate. This is one of the key factors to reducing wasted spend. Keep Product Competitively Priced – When starting out, it's always a good practice to keep your products priced competitively for your category. We recommend utilizing coupons so that your products are priced lower than your competition for those initial purchases. A note of caution – be sure not to lower your price too significantly if you are in a category with a high potential for repeat purchases. It may be off putting to your customers if they go back to buy your products and find the price point to be noticeably higher. Amazon Advertising Strategy for New Product LaunchesSponsored Products Auto Campaigns Set up auto campaigns to help with developing your long-term strategy and discovering new search terms. While your auto campaigns won't be your main focus for launch campaigns, they help find new search terms to help build out your overall campaign funnel structure. Sponsored Products Manual Campaigns These campaigns will be your focus to help improve your overall ranking and drive initial sales. Here are the key things we recommend when setting up manual campaigns: Keyword Targets: Allocate most of your ad spend on the first 5-20 most relevant keywords to your product. Avoid spreading your ad spend across a large number of keywords obtained from a tool, and instead focus on the ones that are most relevant to your product and will likely convert. This eliminates a lot of wasted spend and can help nail down a strategy for bidding and placement adjustments. Placements: For launch campaigns, we recommend placing the ads in the highest converting placements. In our previous episodes, we mentioned that top of search placement tends to convert twice as well as other placements. For new products, utilizing top of search placement will allow you to reach your highest intent audience. Bidding: We recommend using fixed bids for launch campaigns. Our main reason for using fixed bids is because we want to prevent Amazon from dynamically reducing your bids when they don't feel like your ads will convert. Since you're just starting out, fixed bids will allow you better control when you want your ads to show up. Don't be afraid to be semi-aggressive with your bids since this shows Amazon that you're willing to pay substantially more for high-converting...
