Im Umgang mit dem Shift ins Kreuz des schlafenden Phoenix sind wir Menschen jetzt vor große Herausforderungen gestellt. Wie wird die Zukunft der Human Design Typen nach dem Eintritt in die neue Epoche aussehen? Welche Fähigkeiten sind dann besonders gefragt? Es ist nicht ungewöhnlich, dass in Phasen großer Umbrüche die Fragen auf einmal sehr groß sind und wir angesichts der Überforderung manchmal gerne einfach den Kopf in den Sand stecken würden, um zu warten, bis es vorbei ist. So wie bei der Corona-Krise - den lästigen Lock-down abwarten und dann geht das Leben schon weiter. Nur, dass es so nicht funktioniert. Das war damals eine Illusion - denn das Leben ging nicht einfach so weiter wie zuvor. Und in Bezug auf den global Shift ist es das erst recht. Der Eindruck, eh nichts ändern zu können, keinen Einfluss zu haben, ausgeliefert zu sein ist eine Nebenwirkung, die wir als Konditionierung aus dem Kreuz der Planung mitbekommen haben. Unbewusst hat sich die Überzeugung in unseren Köpfen festgesetzt, dass wir nur innerhalb der bekannten Systeme funktionieren können. Sogar dann, wenn wir sie nicht besonders mochten. Sie haben Sicherheit vermittelt. Durch die gelernte Hilflosigkeit erleben viele Menschen in dieser Zeit das Gefühl der Depression und Ohnmacht. Es geht also darum, unseren gelernten psychischen Strukturen auf die Schliche zu kommen um, denn was einmal gelernt wurde, kann auch wieder 'verlernt' werden. Dafür brauchen wir Erkenntnis und Bewusstheit. Das neue Zeitalter braucht alle Typen auf dem richtigen Platz und dem Höhepunkt ihrer Energie. Und es bietet uns dafür viel mehr Freiheiten an, als wir sie je hatten. In dieser Podcastfolge gehe ich auf die psychologischen Hintergründe ein, die das Denken und Fühlen vieler Menschen zur Zeit prägen und zeige Wege auf, die eigenen konditionierten Limitationen der Vergangenheit zu überwinden.
