There are now Christian energy drinks called Yahweh and Agape, and for $1.99 a minute you can pray with an AI avatar of Jesus. Brian From unpacks both as symptoms of the same disease: the commodification of faith that makes Christianity fast, convenient, and stripped of the transcendence people are actually searching for. The single most powerful thing parents can do to help their kids hold on to faith into adulthood? Show up to church — consistently, both parents, every week. The data is striking. Then a meditation on why celebration is not just fun but a genuine spiritual discipline, grounded in the Old Testament model of remembering God's faithfulness whether circumstances are good or bad. A viral social media post from a popular YouTuber who terminated a pregnancy after a Down syndrome diagnosis sparks a pointed conversation about what the abortion debate actually looks like in real life, not in policy terms. College professors at UC Berkeley are now reteaching middle school math because incoming students can't do it — AI is accelerating the crisis. Warren Buffett still lives in the same house he bought 76 years ago. And the remarkable true story of George Danzig, who accidentally solved two of the most famous unsolvable problems in mathematics because nobody told him they were unsolvable.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

What would you do if you received a video message from your pastor, the trusted shepherd you have great confidence in, what if he asked you to give money to meet an urgent ministry need he was dealing with? Would you help him? Would you send him money? What you should do is be skeptical that the video is even from him. A blockade of the Strait of Hormuz sounds like a clean, decisive move until you run it through the real world: geography, international law, ship insurance, and the uncomfortable question of what happens when the other side shoots back. We sit down with Lt Col Karen Kwiatkowski to parse Trump's threat to interdict ships tied to Iranian oil and why “the greatest navy in the world” is not the same thing as a navy that can safely enforce a blockade in a narrow, heavily contested chokepoint. We dig into the operational side of maritime power, from US shipbuilding constraints to costly programs that never matched a realistic strategy. Karen explains why uncertainty is the real market killer: mines do not even have to be confirmed to spike insurance rates, freeze tanker traffic, and disrupt the global supply chain. We also ask what it means to stop third country vessels in international waters, and why targeting tankers linked to China, India, Pakistan, Japan, or South Korea could blow up relationships the US has spent decades trying to build across Asia. Then we widen the lens to diplomacy and messaging. We question why nuclear negotiations would be handled without deep technical expertise, how Israel's priorities shape US posture toward Iran, and why an EMP scare claim on cable news collapses under basic scrutiny of incentives, treaty history, and inspection records. We close with a blunt conversation about propaganda, legitimacy, and the strange politics of personality cult symbols, including Trump's AI “Jesus” image and what it signals about power at home and credibility abroad. If this conversation helps you think clearer, subscribe, share the episode, and leave a review so more people can find it.

WAKE UP AMERICA, RISE AND FREEDOM. The left did not just change adoption policy. It burned down the most effective child welfare infrastructure in American history and called it progress. Faith-based agencies with decades of track records, waiting lists of qualified Christian families, and placement rates the government could never replicate were given a simple choice: violate your beliefs or disappear. Most of them disappeared. Three thousand children in Illinois alone were displaced. Not because the agencies failed the kids. Because the ideology failed to tolerate anyone who disagreed with it. Today we ask the question the mainstream press refuses to print: if this was really about the children, why did the children pay the price? And the Swalwell collapse is not slowing down. It is accelerating. Five accusers. A formal criminal investigation in Los Angeles County. A forensic analysis placing him in a Las Vegas hotel room at five in the morning. An Ethics Committee probe he resigned just ahead of. And standing next to all of it, freshly scrubbed and deeply saddened, is Ruben Gallego -- the man who called Swalwell his best friend in the world in November, defended him publicly in April, and only discovered his conscience the afternoon CNN published four women's accounts. We are done treating that timeline as complicated. It is not complicated. It is a portrait of how Democratic power protects itself until the moment it cannot.

Church soup is the satirical news show hosted by Keith Foskey. This week on Church Soup, the internet serves up another bowl of theological confusion, questionable decisions, and one genuinely heroic story. We cover the largest Easter drone show ever, a video game that lets players perform miracles as Jesus, and an AI “Jesus” charging $1.99 per minute for simulated prayer. Yes, really. We also examine a troubling case involving a self-proclaimed apostle whose reckless actions resulted in tragedy, a church singing Disney songs in corporate worship (because apparently we don't talk about Bruno… but we will talk about this), and yet another public figure misunderstanding who Jesus actually claimed to be.But not everything this week is discouraging. One courageous high school principal stepped in to stop a potential tragedy, reminding us what real heroism actually looks like. As always, we aim to call balls and strikes, highlight theological concerns, and occasionally laugh at the absurdity of the modern religious landscape.
A viral AI image of Donald Trump depicted as Jesus Christ sparks backlash across political and religious lines, and raises a deeper question: are we turning leaders into saviors? In this episode, we unpack the controversy, the cultural reaction, and what it reveals about the human heart. Through scripture, we're reminded how Christians should respond with clarity, humility, and prayer in a culture craving false idols. People are paying to talk to an AI avatar of Jesus, texts from teens make perfect emo songs, and Justin Bieber reminds everyone of why he became a pop star in the first place. But first: Resource of the Week - Parent Guide to Gen Alpha Check out our YouTube Episode → What Christians Are Missing About Gen Alpha In Other News: In a strange TikTok trend (as opposed to a normal one), young men are seeing how far they can run into Scientology centers for social media clout as they film themselves dodging security and sprinting deep into the buildings of the secretive pseudoreligion. The Drama, starring Zendaya and Robert Pattinson, is on track to become the fifth A24 title to cross the $100 million mark, according to IMDB. Sunrise on the Reaping, the latest Hunger Games movie installment, just dropped its official trailer. The film will be released on November 20, 2026. Star Wars: Maul - Shadow Lord, a new Star Wars animated series on Disney+, appears to be resonating with viewers. The show's four episodes have already earned a 95% score on Rotten Tomatoes—better, even, than the finale of the original trilogy, Return of the Jedi. For several of the Artemis II astronauts, outer space was a religious experience. Pilot Victor Glover emphasized how special life on Earth really is in an Easter message sent from the craft, saying, "In all of this emptiness — this is a whole bunch of nothing, this thing we call the universe — you have this oasis, this beautiful place that we get to exist (in) together."
On today's episode of The Rizzuto Show, things get weird fast—and somehow keep getting weirder. We kick things off with some real-world chaos as St. Louis native and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman deals with some legitimately scary headlines, including a Molotov cocktail incident and a drive-by shooting situation. You know, just your average week in tech. Then we pivot into the future (or dystopia?) as Mark Zuckerberg reportedly works on a photorealistic AI version of himself. Because nothing says “approachable CEO” like replacing yourself with a robot clone that never blinks. Totally normal stuff. But the real conversation starter? AI Jesus. Yes, you can now video chat with a digital version of Jesus Christ—for $1.99 a minute. The gang dives into whether this is helpful, weird, blasphemous, or just the inevitable next step in humanity monetizing literally everything. There's debate, confusion, and at least one person questioning their lifelong attraction to long-haired men. It's a journey. From there, we get into listener emails, including one that absolutely unloads on the show for being “judgmental,” which—let's be honest—is rich coming from someone writing a full essay about it. We also tackle everyday moral dilemmas like ordering heavy cat litter from Amazon (are you a monster or just efficient?), and whether people have completely given up on dressing like functioning adults in public. And yes, we dedicate an unreasonable amount of time to roasting polo shirts. Because someone had to say it.Throw in promposal pressure, dad life struggles, hockey talk, and the usual soundboard chaos, and you've got another perfectly unhinged episode of your favorite comedy podcast. It's messy, it's sarcastic, it's occasionally insightful—but mostly it's just a bunch of people trying to make sense of a world where AI Jesus exists. If you like your comedy podcast with a side of absurdity, mild outrage, and zero chill, congratulations—you're in the right place. Today's episode of The Rizzuto Show is what happens when a comedy podcast accidentally stumbles into a full-blown sci-fi movie… except it's all real and somehow worse. We kick things off with a wild story involving St. Louis native and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman—who apparently had a Molotov cocktail thrown at his house AND was the target of a drive-by shooting just days later. Because nothing says “welcome to the future” like being hunted for inventing it. Naturally, we try to unpack what that means, while also realizing we'd last about 3 minutes in billionaire security life. Then we shift gears into something equally terrifying: Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly building a hyper-realistic AI version of himself to interact with employees. Yes, a digital Zuckerberg… trained to think, talk, and move like the real one. So if you thought meetings couldn't get worse, imagine not even knowing if your boss is human. But the real star of today's comedy podcast episode? AI Jesus.
This episode explores the exhausting intersection of global faith and digital surrealism, navigating the tension between Pope Leo XIV's historic visit to the Great Mosque of Algiers and his escalating public friction with President Trump. We examine the bizarre cultural emergence of "AI Jesus" and the viral messianic imagery dominating social feeds, all while grounding the conversation in the endurance required by Galatians 6:9. In a landscape of rapid-fire headlines and technological shifts, we discuss how to remain steadfast in "well-doing" without succumbing to the weariness of a fractured world.
Trump posts an AI Jesus image and catches backlash from his own side, Gucci Mane sparks a snitching debate with “Crash Dummy,” and Jack Harlow faces criticism over both image and credit. This episode of BroTalk LIVE dives into the politics, hip-hop, and culture stories everybody is talking about, including Trump vs. the Pope, Melania reviving Epstein headlines, TMZ entering D.C., and Offset returning to the stage after being shot.

Trump says no deal with Iran, JD Vance says Tehran rejected U.S. terms, and now the U.S. is moving toward a blockade tied to the Strait of Hormuz. Nate breaks down what was said, what it could mean for oil markets, and why the "we're in control now" spin does not erase the costs. In this episode of Good Morning Liberty, Nate walks through the 21-hour Iran negotiations, Trump's latest comments, the ceasefire timeline, and the logic behind the new blockade posture. He also explains why higher energy prices still hurt normal people even if U.S. producers benefit. Then the show pivots to the politics and optics: Trump's attacks on Pope Leo, the AI-generated Jesus image, and how culture-war outrage can pull attention away from war, inflation, and executive power. Fox News and Fox and Friends, home to Ainsley Earhardt and her Fox Faith programming vertical, chose to ignore the Jesus image entirely while briefly noting Pope Leo's Africa trip.CNN's Harry Enton brought the polling data, and the numbers between Trump and Pope Leo were not close - not even remotely. Pope Leo's criticism of Trump stems from Trump's military actions, including the raid into Venezuela and the ongoing war in Iran, with massive civilian casualties drawing the Pope's public condemnation. All of this is unfolding against a backdrop of rising gas prices, tripled energy bills, and what Hawk describes as a global recession being engineered in real time - while the president of the United States is posting AI Jesus art on a Monday morning.
