Kevin Hines is a leader in suicide prevention. He is a leader because not only is he a survivor, but his perspective is unique and captivating, and you will definitely want to hear his story. The year is 2000...you had a mission to end your life by jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge, and you’re here today to tell about it. The goal of today’s podcast is to help others to understand the grief and pain one is suffering as they attempt suicide and what we can do if we are suspecting that someone is in that place and to take it even further...what we can do as a society to prevent it from happening. The two most significant aspects of Kevin’s story are: The bus The tourist Some questions we address: 1. Who is at risk for suicide? 2. Do people threaten suicide to get attention? 3. If I ask someone about suicide, does that put the idea in their head? 4. What if someone is posting suicidal messaging in social media? 5. What should I do if I am in crisis or someone I know is?
Coz Green is a host of Coz TV and the Coz Green Audio Experience podcast. Coz is an experienced narrator of Audible and iTunes audio books.. His motto is to “live an extraordinary life and be the best version of you”. As we move out of 2020 and into 2021, boy do we need a reminder to do this. Coz says we need to tap into your superconscious, diving, your God, etc. to look outside of yourself to accomplish great things for yourself and for humanity by coming together and thinking of “WE”. Moving into a new year means people are wanting to go through some kind of transformation. Since weight loss is big on people’s lists, Coz talks about how his weight loss was coupled with mental health. Coz discusses his three suicide attempts and “divine intervention” that prompted him to realize his purpose and appreciate of life, even though it was a long road of recovery. He says that when we get out of our own way and figure out the “why”, and with consideration of others, he knew he could reach his potential. He says we are our worst enemies and critics so getting beyond our own fears, we can have a much better life. Coz talks directly to those listeners who are at the bottom like he was, giving them hope for living their best life. Depression, suicide, and medication did not hold him back. Healing, a change in mindset, pursuing mental wellness and surrounding him with positive people helped him transform into the person he is today. The system included 7 acute care hospitals, multiplicity ambulatory care services, land long term care facilities. Senior Clinical Advisor of Infection Prevention He is a passionate executive within the healthcare epidemiology, infection prevention, clinical excellence, and information technology sector with 30+ years of industry experience and success. Though Salah has an extensive scientific background, his focus on overcoming this pandemic is on our social behavior. Some questions answered in this interview: What happens to your body when you get COVID? Short term & Long term effects? Quarantine rules...why shouldn’t the vulnerable populations have to isolate rather than those who may have had it or who are not too concerned? What about the new mutation that is more contagious ? How promising is this vaccine? I am hearing that the complexity of this virus must be manmade and therefore must have been released from a lab in China…? Will life be back to normal? What can be normal, what can’t be? How long will we be wearing masks? Kids? Why aren’t kids spreading this or being less symptomatic? COVID toes? A thing? Herd immunity? Which countries are successful, criteria for that and which are not? Vaccines? Chances of these being harmful long-term? Testing - what are we doing well, what is not going right? Are countries counting correctly? There’s some controversy around this. What should people do in order to help us get back to "normal" Should we believe all that Dr. Fauci is telling us? Shouldn't it be a team approach? Are teachers in danger or safe? When will we get back to “normal”?
We talk to 7th graders Savannah and Andrew today who are from Kentucky and offer some great insight on managing themselves, their space and their homework through a pandemic.

Prateek Sureka is an Innovation Specialist who works in the intersection of policy, technology and innovation, consulting governments to develop Smart Cities of the future and leading teams in the Uk, India, Canada and United States. His vision for the future is to support climate change where we cut out carbon emissions and get rid of economic disparity. We discussed some innovations that incorporate interesting robotics and tech. Singapore, for example, has robotic police, in the form of robotic dogs, created by Boston Dynamics that help to regulate how far apart people are social distancing. A dystopian future is not out of the question with these types of advancements so using caution is more than necessary. Shows like Black Mirror demonstrates how this kind of tech may go awry, though we humans can explore ways to safely incorporate tech into Smart Cities. There is a trade off to living in these kinds of cities since it can be costly. We also discussed data privacy and what people are doing to advocate for policies around security. Some questions we address: What is a Sidewalk Lab? What systems in a smart city will be affected? What training should our youth get now to adapt to the future job market? What has to happen in order to see smart cities as a reality? How long will this take? When will 5g get here and how will it shape the future of tech? What jobs should our youth prepare for?

Scott Manduck is self-directed natural healthcare professional who has worked with Disney, Microsoft, YouTube, Google and Bombardier. He is also the founder of https://www.DoOilsTribe.com. Scott said that when his wife was ill, they took treatment into their own hands as there was a lack of communication among medical professionals, so “integrated medicine” was not actually occurring. After consulting the healthcare professionals who were involved in his wife’s care, he found out how important it was to listen to their guidance, but to also dive into the research themselves. Scott says that gut health is a major part of overall health and reducing inflammation is a big piece of the healing puzzle as well. Scott says that essential oils are safe when you get the right kind of essential oil. Reading the ingredients label, rather than just the front of the bottle where marketing is most dominant, is imperative. Anything that says “fragrance” on the label is a chemical and should be “thrown in the garbage” according to Scott. He also suggests that replacing toxic cleaning products with vinegar and water and essential oils is best for the health Ultimately, the message is to do your research, look at the science, consider your life experiences, think about case studies that have been conducted and published, etc. and make judgements based on your own needs. Again, listening to medical doctors IS important as well - Scott is saying to do your research, consider all of the angels and then make decisions about your health from there. He recommends this book for resetting gut health: “The Autoimmune Solution” by Amy Myers, M.D. https://store.amymyersmd.com/products/the-autoimmune-solution-prevent-and-reverse-the-full-spectrum-of-inflammatory-symptoms-and-diseases He also recommends watching the documentary on YouTube called: “Root Cause” though it is important to also mention that there is another documentary that was posted to debunk the claims in this documentary at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIlYf047Pt8&t=29s (Australian Society of Endodontology NSW, 2019). Colin Thompson is an entrepreneur, business owner, father and husband. Today we talk with him about unconscious bias, or implicit bias, and how it shapes humanity. WIth so much civil unrest in the US and globally with the BLM movement, this is an important conversation. Defunding the police is not about removing money from police officers arbitrarily, it is about funding programs to help children develop a more positive relationship with police (and visa versa) so we can create generational shifts in our feeling of comfort and safety with police officers. Colin has lived in various parts of the world such as Canada, the United States (Kentucky - my home state whoop whoop) and China. He says that helping others is contagious, and we can help advance humanity. Listening is one simple thing we can do to help people he says, and his message is powerful and positive. As a coach in “the sport of life”. Colin helps train corporate employees in diversity and sometimes works with people one-on-one. Having a more culturally aware and conscious workforce gives us more competitive advantage. Colin says that what is taking place with the #BLM protests and rallies are “beautiful” because this issue is being talked about and we can maintain consciousness without any violence, which is the intention in igniting change. Anyone who wants to truly make a positive difference can start by being an ally. Nic McKinley is a former CIA and Pararescuer who has a Harvard education. He is the founder of DeliverFund.org and Verafī.net. Human trafficking is compared to slavery since someone is profitting from it; it is an economic exchange. Every 2.5 hours a child is taken according to the NCMEC. Human traffickers use technology to lure their victims and Nic McKinley collects data to help law enforcement find children who are trafficked. Labor trafficking is a massive problem in the United States as well, so DeliverFund.org helps to eliminate this issue. Traffickers are sifting through Facebook, Tik Tok, instagram, and all of the social media outlets to find youth, especially girls, so COVID has made trafficking worse since more youth are online. Nic says that traffickers are looking for some type of vulnerability and the person who is trafficking is a master at identifying girls. Ultimately, he says, it is a numbers game as they chat with as many vulnerable boys and girls as they can such as through these social media platforms but also through video gaming. According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, only 1% are recovered and 25% who go missing enter the trafficking market or cycle. About 100,000 enter that market in the United States and only 1% of them are found, so that is why Nic says it is more important to go after the root cause of human trafficking so that it to target the traffickers. Nic also discussed how defunding the police will make it more difficult to find missing children so this is something we should appreciate about our law enforcement. The best things the parents can do is NOT to let their children on Tik Tok according to the Department of Justice (DOJ). Traffickers are bullies and children and teens should tell adults if they are victims or have been approached. If you have a friend who is involved in something suspicious, you need to tell an adult because if they were overdosing, you wouldn’t ignore them. You would help save your friend’s life since their life span average when trafficked is just 7 years. Deliverfund.org has a THRIVERS programs for victims who are rescued by connecting them to community resources. They do not run safe houses, but they are the ones who gathers intelligence and then supports victims by connecting them with professionals. Nic is hopeful that we can eradicate human trafficking which is why he is focusing on going after the trafficker. Lynda says that moms need to give love to themselves and recharge their batteries so they can “fill their cup” and be available for their children. Karen suggests that mom and dad look inward to see how they are feeling so they can “take their own temperature” before addressing their children’s needs. If not, it is a set up for conflict and agony in the home. She has some strategies to use with parents so they can regulate and properly respond to their children to help answer their questions since there will be a lot of uncertainty. Getting children to self-regulate is great too. Practicing strategies with them are important to do so when everything is going well so they can use the strategies when chaos ensues. Lynda discusses the importance of modeling these strategies for your children to help them through the anxiety they are feeling. Behavior is a “cry out” for something that is happening with children, so Karen is working on a booked called “COVID DAYS 911” to help parents deal with the anxiety their children are experiencing. Dr. Ashley Wellman is a criminologist, children's author and mom who has a life story that took an unexpected turn. As she puts it,“I am a scholar who focuses on grief/trauma/loss particularly with sexual assault and homicide survivors, BUT it was this very work that helped me fight through my own traumatic/PTSD experience: the sudden death of my young husband”. Ashley serves victims of homicide and sexual assault, but this podcast is not about her work with others. In this episode, we cover some of the following questions: What is the difference between pre and post trauma for you? Who are you now because of your experiences? What is it like the moment you knew you lost him? What were the next 24 hours, the next week for you? Talk about being vulnerable with Reghan. After hearing Ashley’s story of transitioning to a “new normal” with her daughter, she talks about how others helped her through it since being on her own would be too difficult. EMDR therapy helped Ashley with traumatic visions she had which were haunting her, and eventually she was able to “reshape” her images. Ashley also took a creative leap away from academia and wrote a children’s book about seeking the special qualities in those who are deemed to be different. Thom King is the Founder and CEO of Steviva and natural sugar alternatives, Thom King, a self-proclaimed foodie and health nut, he founded Steviva as a way to effectively help combat metabolic disease and the “diabesity” (his self-coined term to refer to obesity + diabetes) epidemic in this country by offering clean-label sweetening systems to replace sucrose and high-fructose corn syrup. Steviva Brands Inc. is one of the largest importers, manufacturers and distributors of clean-label sweetening systems and natural sweeteners. As a serial entrepreneur, he says, “you aren’t doing well unless you’re also doing some good”. Thom is a food scientist and formulator who figured out that sucralose smells like chlorine and was amazed that humans are putting this into their body and it may disrupt your body’s biodome. Taking care of your gut health can help your whole body so this was important to Thom and his team to develop a natural sweetener that would work well with your body and not cause disruption or neurological effects to your body. Thom talks about the “liquid” sugar (corn syrup) that is used in many of our products and its effect on fat storage in the body. When you eat too much fructose, it automatically gets stored as lipids around your organs and stomach which hinders our health. We also discuss the difference between the Keto and Paleo diets and the benefits of each. Thom explains the importance of the liver which is able to metabolize fats into ketones, and the body makes a more energy source in the metabolic process. There’s nothing better than keto for brain function, focus, concentration, etc. Keto is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle. Overall, Thom believes it is the responsibility of individuals to make these substitutions as big business and the government won’t do it for us. As parents, I asked if his products were safe for kids, and he assured me that they have been FDA approved and safe for our children to use. Cyndee Hopkins is an author and survivor of tremendous adversity. What she experienced as a mother of four children under the age of 6 is unimaginable. Motherhood is challenging even with the best support. Coping with a significant change and trying to manage it alone was a “new normal” she had to adapt to, which was a tremendous hardship as she was not only grieving for herself, she was grieving for four other people - her children. Taking time to herself was a major challenge and learning to work through self-care and fostering old relationships had to be navigated differently. Being there for her kids and nurturing her own mental health was really difficult. Cyndee said that she slowly learned to fill her own cup before he could fill her kids cup with love, affection and attention. She said she saved the “ugly crying” for when she was alone, but it was important to get through the grief as it came on or else it would just show up later. She went through a period of anger, though eventually she came to terms with her new life and learned some major life lessons that she wants to share with others. Getting stuck in the “why” is why people get bitter, so it is important to work through this to heal. Something else that was interesting later in Cyndee’s life is that she got to meet the First Responder who showed up to her home the day she found her husband who tragically died. This is truly a joyful part of the story as together, after all these years, they are working together to support other first responders. Staying connected has helped them to use their story to serve other front line workers in their community. Cyndee said their lives are now interwoven. Cyndee says that what happened to her was “25 years of adversity wrapped in really ugly wrapping paper”. Her book dives deeply into her journey and serves others who have many challenges to overcome. Cyndee says that joy and sorrow can live in the same space. Some people just get bitter. They don’t get better. “Sometimes the sorrow makes the joy more joyful.” BOOK: Detour to Happiness - An Expected Journey Website: www.CyndeeHopkins.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cyndee.hopkins AdvancingHumanityPodcast.com HumanitySpeaker.com
Dr. Randy Beck is an internationally renowned expert in the field of clinical neuroplasticity and neuroplastic restructuring techniques. He is the Executive Director of the Institute of Functional Neuroscience in Perth, Australia, he has authored text books and has won the Excellence in Teaching and Neurologist of the Year awards. With the use of FMRI, we can now map the function of the brain and is a major advancement in neuroscience along with the EEG who use mathematical formulas which are used for analysis to determine where problems are in the brain. We now know the effects of toxic substance use during pregnancy can affect the fetus since the nervous system is already formed on day 28 of embryonic development, before the woman knows she is pregnant. Concussion is much more understood now, which is important because we know that symptoms indicate a problem with the neural function of the brain and we want to ensure we reconnect the synapses in the brain. Being aware of aggressive behavior is important because the frontal part of the brain is acting as a gate to the emotions and the connections get disrupted in some types of trauma so some emotional aggression/rage can arise. Dr. Beck also says that the brain does not know the difference between emotional trauma and physical trauma. He says that people can actually die of a broken heart and physical and emotional pain show up on an FMRI the same in the brain since pain is a perception where the brain creates the feeling of pain. Uncovering this new information about brain-based dysfunction is important to eliminate stigma around mental health so people get the help. Postpartum depression, for example, could be better treated if there wasn’t a stigma for new moms. In Hollywood, stigma also exists and neuroscience can help celebrities get help rather than isolate themselves where some go into depression and attempt or complete suicide such as Robin Williams. A discussion of the neurological implications of COVID-19 are there, but we do not know what the long-term effects are and we have never seen anything like this coronavirus in human history. Therefore, Dr. Beck’s advice is “just don’t get it”. Avoiding exposure is important since we do not know what it will eventually do to our immune systems or others systems in our body both long and short-term. Overall, there are economic, health, parental, education and other issues, and those who have to make decisions have a tough job. Since there has never been a vaccine against a coronavirus, we just can’t tell what will happen in the future. Stress is also an important body function that affects us in many ways. The hypothalamus, pituitary glands and hormones are activated and the sympathetic nervous system causes inhibition of certain aspects of our nervous system, and chronic stress can impede the immune system to fight disease so essentially, stress can make you sick. Being able to manage stress and regulating the emotional part of the brain is how we effectively mitigate this. Dr. Dan Siegel, who is a neuroscientist as well, is an expert in this area where he gives us strategies to trick our brain to get out of these stressful states. When people have strong social connections and social support systems, such as in education, gives them a sense of worth and can help them thrive. Dr. Beck hopes one day that his research finds solace for families who have children with Autism in understanding why they don’t speak, that would be a major breakthrough. Though some of Dr. Beck’s clinical results are controversial, they are still there, which is exciting and provides hope for people who may have not had the opportunity to thrive in the past. Overall, he is hopeful about the future and the field of neuroscience is making remarkable improvements everyday. As The Conscious Menopause Boss & Host of Her Brilliant Health Revolution Podcast. Dr. Dunston discusses the problem with traditional medical visits for women. Through detox and hormone balancing, Kyrin can help women deal with many medical issues including mental health. She retired from OBGYN to do functional medicine to better support women’s health. Perimenopause, peri “around” meno “menses” and pause means to “stop”. This is when women started feeling like “strangers in their own skin” and traditionally, women have been treated with synthetic support, such as with birth control pills, though more natural ways would be more beneficial and effective. Estrogen is the hormone that is the “don’t feel good hormone” that makes women feel bloated, irritable, tired, etc. whereas progesterone helps to combat these symptoms. Since hormones are messengers, they are not functioning at optimal levels so women aren’t experiencing optimal health without the proper, natural support. Using a “root cause resolution approach” will help you feel as great as you did at 20 and 30 years old even into your 40s, 50s and beyond. Addressing nutrition, hormonal, and ways we are nourishing our bodies will help us reach optimal health. Loree Bischoff is a Personal Performance Coach, Podcaster of We’re Talking Shift, and Author. She gives sound advice about how to age well and provides you with 5 steps to get started living your healthiest lifestyle. What does it take to age well according to Loree? What do you want it to be? Why do you want the health that you want? How are you going to get there? What process will you use? Having a plan and a goal will get you to the point of aging well for how you envision it. Attitude and energy are indicators for how people will age, and shifting this at any point is possible. Loree says it’s important to compliment others by saying “you look so healthy” instead of saying “you’re pretty”! Loree discusses notable guests on her show such as an expert who spoke about healthy fats and oils like with Joe Cross and with episode like Health Shift: "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead." Other guests include Dr. Tommy John who has also spoken about different ways of exercising, and Dr. Lori Schemek to discuss sugar and processed foods. Sugar, fat and salt are designed to make you addicted and your taste buds are involved in that process as well, by design. We have a whole generation of children who may not outlive their parents. Loree says the rule has to be that sugar should not be a part of your daily lifestyle, and people don’t realize that refined flour has the same effect as sugar. Sugar throws your glucose levels off, and your pancreas has to work in overdrive which produces an overabundance of insulin and makes your glucose plummet. This body process affects your energy and works against you as it is taxing on your whole body system. Loree says there is a 5 step process for aging well that she outlines in this episode. What you are putting into your body affects everything in your body and your body is being replaced and regenerated biologically so taking care of it is paramount to how well you age. If you continue doing the same things over and over, you will continue to get the same results, but if you look at this time as an opportunity to make changes for long term positive outcomes. Loree references several authors to back up her ideas in addition to the deep learning she has been doing for years and practices herself. Some of the work she mentions is by Dr. Deepak Chopra Dr. Bruce Lipton and epigenetics, Dr. Joe Dispenza Maxwell Maltz Psycho-Cybernetics. Something Loree asks is what is it that you can stop doing right now that will make a difference, and one way you can check yourself when something is enticing, ask yourself if it aligns with your goal. It is also important to let go of stress, toxicity and resentment in your life. Ultimately, she says to stop disrespecting your body and take on the rest of your life with the most energy and care you can so that it functions at its best. Lastly, Loree says that if this is important to you, you have to get really GREEDY about your health. “Health is wealth!” Podcast: https://www.loreebischoff.com/projects Books: https://www.loreebischoff.com/shop Website: https://www.loreebischoff.com/ Facebook: @LoreeBischoff Instagram: @loree.bischoff Twitter: @LoreeBLifeCoach LinkedIn: LoreeBischoff AdvancingHumanityPodcast.com HumanitySpeaker.com

Catherine Sherlock is a leadership consultant and founder of Higher Mindfulness who is in the business of transforming leaders from the inside out. She has a different approach to meditation so people can take back their own power and enhance their leadership capacity. Each medication has its own strengths, and is not a one size fits all. Though Catherine has a Masters degree in Environmental Studies and was a sustainability consultant but the work declined because company budgets declined. This prompted her to look at the work place and humanity as a whole to see where the holes are in focusing. She has been studying under various teachers Catherine says that we are taught that our left brain is supposed to be control of our right brain. She says that when we change our thinking about that, we are able to access a deeper consciousness. By doing this, we can avoid living out of fear since we live our life trying to avoid pain. If you are not coming into cohesion, you are on autopilot so it is essential that leaders should expand their consciousness. Catherine says leaders have self-doubt and their own emotions since we have been taught to deal with them in a way that keeps us in an internal struggle. She says we fight within ourselves, and we need to make ourselves allies by making a life transforming switch. The problem with burnout and stress is at an all time high and essentially burnout is an epidemic. We need to get out of “overwhelm” and get into empowerment. She says that we use “ego” to create a disconnect from self like we do with negative emotions. Leaders should be taught how to deal with their emotions better so we can turn our energy towards more positive work that will leave us feeling fulfilled. Catherine says we are supposed to use our right and our left brains in tandem and using intuition would make us much more productive leaders. Catherine says you can do well by doing good in the world. Dalia Hesham is an International Education Consultant who provides insight on how schools can effectively open in the midst of this pandemic. Dalia says that we need to look at school communities individually and get creative to support students and staff to align with local and government mandates, ensuring we address concerns properly. Additionally, grouping students meaningfully and identifying key people involved while structuring the school day will help students flourish, even ones who are remote learners. Looking at data and addressing the unique needs of the school is paramount to a successful transition in a positive way. Dalia says that when we engage parents they are more invested, and they become part of the solution. Having them involved as much as possible will benefit the school with careful consideration of laws and regulations such as through HIPAA so child protection and safeguarding is important. Using transparency with parents shows them that their children’s mental health and wellbeing are being looked after. Dalia also says that teachers’ mental health and well-being needs to be addressed so we can strengthen relationships within the building and leaders should model this for their staff. Having workshops within schools for self-care is important as well as professional development. Harvard, Oxford, Pennsylvania Universities have free online courses that would be supportive of teachers for professional development right now. Educational leadership would be useful too as “leaders have been born” due to COVID-19. Dalia coaches people through an educational leadership course through ImproveEd. Also, CPD courses around child protection and safeguarding children, contagion, remediation and reading strategies would be useful as well. Dalia’s advice to parents who are also school leaders is to take it easy and start off small so you do not get overwhelmed. Also, it is important to ask for help and look for parents to volunteer using their strengths to build a strong community. Dalia says that sometimes it is ok to say “no”. With regards to opening up schools, Dalia says to use students who will help with positivity and have staff get creative in making some of the new rules fun such as using colored soap when handwashing. Additionally, some suggestions are staggering start times, meal time adjustments, reducing traffic within hallways, ensuring all staff and students follow CDC guidelines, have students learn from each other in small groups and considering needs of each age group. Again, identifying key people within the school community is important in this transition and having tours of the school prior to starting, even virtually or externally, may help with the adjustment. With technology, innovation and the human element of connection with the world coming together over the last couple of months, such as the United States, the United Arab Emirate (UAE), the United Kingdom (UK), Canada, etc. getting together to figure out how to move humanity forward, it is essential that we consider all people who are stakeholders, including parents, so we can unite. Our next generation of children will need to be exposed to how we are working together and adapting to a new way of learning in order to have a thriving future. Todd Wiest is a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force and is now the Director Of Business Development - Space & Missiles at Quantech Services, Inc. He provides insight into the future of space travel and innovations that will change the face of humanity. Todd studied the issues that occurred with the Challenger explosion in the 1980’s and says that after several launch failures in the 90s, they have learned a lot about the technology behind a successful launch, which is why we have advanced so much. We also discussed the issues of climate change and population increase, we may need to look elsewhere to repopulate, potentially outside of this earth or on an orbited International Space Station type dwelling. At the time of this recording, Elon Musk’s SpaceX has just launched its first two astronauts to space for the first time in history on a privatized rocket. They are sending small satellites up to space which fall into the categories of geo, heo or leo. The geo satellite is spinning at the same time and rate as the earth so the satellite follows that same spot on the earth which is why you are always locked on. GPS helps you have the ability to drive to different locations and timing it will take to get there. Satellites also help up with national security to tell us where missiles are facing and when they launch. In the future, Elon Musk is actually working on providing internet called Starlink to connect people throughout the whole work since continents like Africa only have about 40% connectivity and miniaturization is how we will advance in the future by leveraging space. Space technology has led us to the technology we have with the internet and cell phones. The Apollo actually had diverse teams that pioneered many applications and devices we have improved upon that allows us the convenience and communication we have today.

Being a good leader is genuinely supporting your staff when returning to school and giving them opportunities to take space when they need it. Yoga is a great way to incorporate a mind-body-emotion connection as a way to cope through a transition like staff and students are making back to school.
