Listeners of #INFORTHEKILL's Podcast that love the show mention: ruben, allow us,John and I have been working together for some time now and we have learned to bounce ideas off each other. Mostly about branding, social media, creating content and how the world perceives you when you press the post button. We all need to network up. That means that we must always be on the look-out for a qualified connection. A vetted connection that cares as much about us as we do about them. Rob teaches you to do that. He instructs people to ask good questions and discover the ways to make a new or existing connection stronger. Rob coach executives how to network. Most executives don't talk to their employees for fear of saying something they shouldn't. So where do they network and with whom? Do they have a list of their own trusted colleagues that they can speak to? Usually, but not in-depth. He teaches them how to find those colleagues in their network. Usually vetted contacts like these are hiding in plain sight. We're inventing a new way to build stronger customer relationships by simplifying the executive networking process. There are certain things and ideas your mind thinks up whenever you are fearful of something. It is not always jumping out of a plane or swimming with sharks either. It can be going to the gym, waking up earlier or making a sales call. Right when you are about to do it, you get the thought that contradicts you taking action. It might even just tell you to prolong it. You shouldn't. You should do it in that moment and do it for longer than you even want to. Run the extra half mile, make an additional 5 calls after you promised to only make 10. Outdo yourself even by your own standards. That is what Muhmmed Ali used to say. He only counts the sit ups once he wants to quit. Those are the only ones that matter. www.rubenalvarez.com

In your mind, you know what you want. You know exactly how much money, how many followers or what position you want at your place of work. Here is the issue with all of that. You will one day get it. When this happens, what will you do after? Have you stopped to think about that? In that moment, you might have only wanted a $2 raise and instead you get promoted to VP of Sales, making 2X your normal salary. Amazing right? Will you coast on this title? Will the money go to your head? It is scary to think that most people are not prepared for something miraculous to happen to them. This is why all the lottery winners usually spend all the money and are broke within a year. They thought they could win, but never really thought it would happen so soon. Be prepared. Great things are about to happen in your life. Will you be ready? https://www.rubenalvarez.com/

Victor Maya, and his brother and sister, were smuggled from Mexico into Houston, Texas. Attention is and always be such a hot topic. Realistically, who can teach on it? Just because you got attention, it does not mean you can replicate it for others. To really understand attention, you need to look at what worked for others in every industry. What are the patterns? Was it a trend? Only when you look deep into it, will you realize attention can be created over and over again and you can capture it at anytime. That is what separates the super rich from you and I. 0:56: Let's shed some light on what attention is 2:38: Attention is really hard to understand 4:29: Attention is something that can be gathered, it can be manufactured 6:41: People want attention and their business to grow but never want to the bad attention 9:39: Most of the time we are so constricted to our little bubble of what we think is good and what is bad 11:07: Be controversial in a lot of the things that you say 13:02: Get that attention and know how to use it To learn more about Ruben, visit: www.rubenalvarez.com
David and Patricia Carlin are a powerhouse couple. Most people self proclaim this title, but there is not much substance to their achievements or their relationship. When I first met them, I knew they were not just talk, but have a deep love and respect for each other and the business they run. Who are they? If you’re in the payments industry, you’ve likely heard of Patricia Carlin. For more than 20 years, Patricia has been on the leading edge of digital payments both in the U.S. and abroad. With a lengthy list of credentials, she is branded as one of the most influential people in payments. In fact, she was involved in the very first online merchant account in history! Before digital payments, David’s life was summed up with one word: business. What he didn’t know what just how much residual income his sales agent was making on his monthly volume. That’s exactly how David found himself on the front lines of the digital payments industry. Garnering a wealth of knowledge through his wildly successful e-commerce business and multiple joint ventures, David’s ingenuity and integrity — coupled with his art of the deal — make him the driving force behind Residual Payments. This episode not only sheds a light to a business model which is simple and easy to profit from, but also what it takes to have a great marriage and relationship with your spouse, even if you work with them. 0:52: Introducing David and Patricia Carlin 1:53: How David and Patricia get into payment processing 6:20: What made Patricia take that leap straight out of high school 10:23: Starting a company is easy, maintaining it and growing is the hard part 15:38: How can you identify what a good opportunity is and go all in versus just doubting when it comes 23:00: Ultimately the best kind of thing you can buy is something that is going to get you more money 30:06: What is underwriting? 36:00: What we built is the first and only only online training platform teaching people how to make residuals income of a credit card 40:08: Your out there helping people while making money 46:26: You can get so absorbed on what other people are doing that is just going to distract on what you are doing 50:33: If you don't keep moving and evolving at some point your going to become irrelevant 52:18: Final thoughts 55:14: How to reach out to David and Patricia To learn more about the Carlins, click here: https://carlinglobal.com/

This episode on clubhouse might get me hate. It might even get some people who I think are new friends mad at me. However, a lot of us are thinking these thoughts and no one is saying them. It should have been a great platform, but got eaten up in the wrong way. Monetization came out, but with what real purpose other than to keep feeding the already rich? I mean, do you really want to be tipped a few dollars for you "advice"? How good does it have to be to merit a tip? Dr. Sam Bakhtiar and I recorded back in December. I was going to release this episode sometime in March and then he passed. I decided to release it after all because he said things in this episode that showed his true nature and how good of a human he was. I am proud to say I was able to interact with him and see how little the financial side of business meant to him and see first hand that his family was his all. The greatest gift he gave me was the quote "It's not what you leave your children, its what you leave in them."We will never forget you. Thank you for leading us and leaving behind an amazing legacy. https://sambakhtiar.com/

Adi Arezzini, started having health issues at the age of 23 after her military service. Addicted to coffee, exhausted, constipated and bloated, Adi’s digestive system just stopped working. In search of an alternative to drugs or medicine, Adi read books about colon health and the negative effects accumulated toxins can have on your body.Adi started blending her own high quality loose leaf tea until she created the perfect formulation to help solve her own digestive issues.I questioned Adi on this episode on how to build an enormous business, with a following for the products, and how to lead massive teams. There is a secret to productivity. Buckle down and work! Ha. In all seriousness, it takes months if not years to find out what will work for you. In this episode, I breakdown how I am able to get so much done daily. There is a reason I have been able to change so much in only one year, even through COVID and lockdown restrictions. The four things that have helped me the most are covered in this episode. They can work for you too. Especially #1. I have made and forced so many people who I have worked with implement that into their lives only for them to see that they are not only getting more done, but also remembering to do the items they would have otherwise forgotten. Hope this helps. If you have any questions for me, contact me at www.rubenalvarez.com

So what is the secret to getting paid for posts, engagement, product reviews, speaking gigs, and more?Well, there are certain things you need to do in order to start succeeding in these areas. I go over them in this podcast. https://www.rubenalvarez.com/
Empress has taken hold of her life and allowing others to do the same. It is not enough to live, we need to go out an d create an empire for which we feel the rulers of. She not only sets the example, but lives it daily. Her music is art, from the first note to the way the videos are directed. I found myself mesmerized and playing her music in a loop. At four-years-old, her hands touched the black and white keys on a keyboard for the first time. Her love for music evolved into a career as a professional dancer and was one of the youngest members of the San Francisco Ballet. After eleven years in SF Ballet, she moved to New York City where I performed on Broadway as the lead in the Tony Award winning production of An American in Paris. Look, I never thought I would be the guy speaking on this subject. I just find it too interesting now to share. My mind has been looking for new ideas that make more sense than that which lies in front of us. There needs to be more to our minds than just thinking I need to survive. When I first heard the law of attraction and positivity sells, it was like "ok cool" but when you really dive deep into these concepts, they change your world. We are what we think about. There is nothing else to this. Think about something enough and the dots connect. Put out the right frequency and the "universe" helps you get the things you want. The key is to actually believe. Don't wonder how. Just raw belief. If you know something will happen, it will happen. Most people steer clear of this because they try to figure out the puzzle themselves before the right time comes. Have faith. Raise your frequency.
Today's episode features Ally Melendez. One of the reasons I brought her on is because I felt that in order to be an on air broadcaster, you have to have a certain personality and outlook on life. Ally proved me right and is so positive and full of great energy that she radiates to others. No doubt the sky is the limit for her. She started at a small upstate school in NY. From interning at a local tv station to now being a tv host on the "YES Network".Recently she has launched a course to show others how to get on air as well if they so wish that.
