Relationships! Let's Talk About It with Pripo Teplitsky

David LaMotte is an award-winning musician, speaker, and author. I've known David and have been a huge fan of his music for about 20 years, watching his concerts in Asheville and Black Mountain many times over the years. But it was through his book, Worldchanging 101: Challenging the Myth of Powerlessness, that I got to know his work in peacebuilding. David is someone who has spent many years of his life cultivating peace, both within himself and in his community. In 2008, he suspended his career in music to accept a Rotary World Fellowship and study International Relations, Peace, and Conflict Resolution at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. He has spoken and facilitated conversations about race, privilege, and positive change, and his talk for TEDxAsheville discusses how music can teach us how to understand peace and conflict. He is the Co-Founder and President of PEG Partners, a non-profit for literacy, critical thought, and artistic expression in Guatemala, and was named “Madison World Changer” for his work in the country. Today, David is writing his next book, tentatively titled “Harmony: What Music Can Teach Us About Peacemaking in a Troubled Time.” David joins me today to dive deep into what peacemaking is. We discuss the importance of building inner peace so we can portray it outward in our homes and communities. We explain the etymology of pacifism and highlight why it's not just about being passive. We describe the role of hope in activism, the usefulness of vulnerability as a means of change, and the impact of creativity in interrupting hate and prejudice. We also underscore the power of names and words as well as contemplate the wisdom of the civil rights movement and activists such as John Lewis and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.   “The work of peacebuilding is about approaching conflict in constructive ways.” - David LaMotte   This week on Relationships! Let's Talk About It: Rethinking peacemaking and how David's first understanding of peace and harmony has evolved Why it's important to distinguish kindness from niceness How peace requires stepping towards conflict, not away from it Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable and how conflict leads to deeper understanding in a relationship How couples can work on conflict resolution The two facets of sensitivity and using sensitivity to move towards somebody Choosing vulnerability as a means of change and a look at the model of the civil rights movement Non-violence, its misconceptions, and why pacifism isn't about being passive The activism of love and our cultural narrative about what hope means The relationship between inner peace, outer peace, and activism Why the only way to know what integrity is to be out of it The name of peace and why I changed my name How David cultivates peace in his family An exercise in conflict mediation Creative interruption and the Coup Clutz Clown counter-rally David's principles for recognizing social privilege Accepting the possibility of human transformation   Related Content: The Secret to Love is Just Kindness   Resources Mentioned: Music Can Help Us Understand Peace and Conflict | David LaMotte on TEDxAsheville   Connect with David LaMotte: Let's Be Neighbors David LaMotte Website David LaMotte on LinkedIn David LaMotte on Facebook David LaMotte on Twitter Book: Worldchanging 101: Challenging the Myth of Powerlessness Book: White Flour Book: S. The complex history of democracy and its global origins isn't taught in school. Thankfully, there are plenty of ways to self-educate. On today's episode, we speak with David Stasavage, a Professor of Political Science and Dean of Social Sciences at the University of New York. He allows us to dip into his incredible wealth of knowledge around the history of this form of governance, as well as giving us his insights and predictions for its future. You'll hear about the role of technology and geography in the emergence (or non-emergence) of democracy across the globe. We talk about the factors that influence the strength of a city's fiscal position and David suggests an extreme solution to restoring that power: to disallow the issuing of debt. Next, we talk about the growth rates of autonomous cities, how location and craft guild contribute to growth, and David tells us why the effectiveness of political inclusion rests on how a society is organized. We dive into Olson's theory of the stationary versus roving bandit, and discuss exit options through the lens of Carneiro's Circumspection Theory. David weighs in on Herbst's view that redrawing borders can reduce conflict, and gives us his prediction for how democracy will fare with populism and technocracy in mind. We touch on theories by Henry Pierrine and David recommends Wim Blockman's research as a rich resource on cities and representation. Tune in for a thorough look into the history of democracy with the future in mind!   Key Points From This Episode:   •   The topic of David's recently published book, The Decline and Rise of Democracy. •   The global origins of democracy which contradict the idea of it starting in Athens. •   How technology and geography play into the emergence of democracy (or not). •   Why cities and smaller states could accrue long-term debt as early as the 13th century. •   How the strength of the central political unit dictates the strength of a city's fiscal position. •   An extreme solution to restoring a city's fiscal strength: disallow the issuing of debt. •   We discuss the reversal of faster growth rates in autonomous cities after 100 years. •   How location and craft guild influenced the growth of cities throughout history. •   Why the effect of political inclusion depends upon how society itself is organized. •   We discuss Olson's stationary versus roving bandit theory. •   Exit options through the lens of Robert Carneiro's Circumscription Theory. •   David weighs in on Herbst's view that redrawing borders can reduce conflict. •   Why, if you have collective governance first, the possibility for bureaucracy is greater. •   Local elections as a way for autocratic rulers to gather information. •   How David foresees political institutions navigating outdated laws and godlike technology. •   The role of connection and disconnection to the state in decentralization, and local control. •   David's prediction on how democracy will fare with populism and technocracy in mind. •   Why it might be true that government officials can't achieve anything alone. •   We discuss the theory outlined in Henry Pierrine's Early Democracies in the Low Countries. •   Wim Blockman's research as a powerful resource on cities and representation. •   David's book in gestation about the future of democracy.     Links Mentioned in Today's Episode: https://stasavage.com/ (David Stasavage) https://twitter.com/stasavage (David Stasavage on Twitter) https://www.linkedin.com/in/david-stasavage-787b1842/ (David Stasavage on LinkedIn) https://www.amazon.com/Decline-Rise-Democracy-Antiquity-Princeton/dp/0691177465... David spends his time as Founder & Principal of Kind Wealth, a holistic wealth management practice helping early to mid-career Canadians manage their money in a way that matches their values. (See full BIO at the end of the notes) Summary This is yet another  fascinating episode that covers so many questions: What is the role of a wealth manager? Or an Investment Manager? Or a Financial Planner?  What is the fiduciary duty? And what is the duty of the pension funds and other institutions that are the largest investors in the world?  And from a personal perspective, what are some of the best things the “average” person can do to “vote with their dollar”? Do you have to be a high-stakes, risk-taking investor to make a difference? Or can you be involved from early career stages to shape the future world into a sustainable landscape and impact wealth reality? What is the best intersectionality between advisors and clients? How do we measure impact, the access and the inclusion to products, services and the effect they are having on people, the environment and the returns?  These and so many more topics are covered during this in-depth episode. David also produces and hosts The Impact Investing Podcast and is a frequent speaker at conferences and in the media (The Globe & Mail, The Toronto Star, BNN Bloomberg, CNBC Africa, etc.). Previously, David was Managing Director of Origin Capital, the impact investing division of World Vision Canada. Prior to that he co-founded Eden Valley Partners, an advisory practice managing discretionary portfolios and providing financial planning to high net worth Canadians. David spent the first 13 years of his career with Morningstar in both Canada and South Africa in a variety of Director level roles where he specialized in Investment Manager Research. David holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Rotman School of Business, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and the Qualified Associate Financial Planner® (QAFP) designation. He is also working toward the Certified Professional Impact Analyst (CPIA) designation at Queens University.  ------- David's short life story In clichéd fashion, my life was transformed when I met a girl. I know, boy meets girl, how original! But her influence led me to take a six-week sabbatical from my job on Bay Street to spend that time volunteering in Sierra Leone with one of the world's largest humanitarian organizations. My goal was to learn about how they were using microfinance to help end poverty.  The trip was an emotional roller coaster that left me, at once, angry, sad, inspired, and motivated to do something about the appalling inequality I had witnessed. I didn't realize it then, but two years later I would move to South Africa. Four years after that, I would quit my job in the institutional investment world and move home to pursue work that I felt could make a bigger social impact. This work included co-founding a traditional financial advisory practice that integrated philanthropy with financial planning for retirement-age Canadians. It also included three years leading the impact investing division of the same INGO I had volunteered with all those years ago in Sierra Leone. During this time, I spent evenings and weekends working to get Kind Wealth off the ground.   I'm passionate about Kind Wealth because during my 20 years of working in financial services, I came to see the underbelly of the industry and the many ways in which it took advantage of clients, the very people it claims to serve. I have also built a deep understanding of how people's money choices impact the world around us: whether it be decisions about saving, spending, investing, or donating, it all leaves a footprint, for better or worse. I am excited to be building a wealth management practice that actually lives out its values, treats clients fairly, and helps them reach their financial goals in a way they can feel good about.  On a personal note, I am a passionate advocate for equality of all stripes but maintain a particular focus on fighting for gender equality and against wealth inequality. I have a wide set of eclectic and often incongruous interests. In what feels like a lifetime ago, I was a competitive boxer in both Canada and South Africa. As such, I spent a great many hours punching other people in the face. Yet I've spent even more time traveling to developing countries trying to understand the root causes of wealth inequality and how I could help tackle it.  In recent years I have been on a quest to simplify my life, be content with less, and stay mindful of the impact my life choices have on the world around us. I am currently working on eating less meat and reducing my family's consumption by purchasing or bartering for second-hand goods. Oh, and in case you're wondering, that girl I mentioned at the top of my bio, the one who changed my life, I ended up marrying her and having two strong-willed, socially conscious girls together.  ------- Important: The content shared on this podcast does not constitute a request, offer, recommendation or solicitation of any kind to buy, subscribe, sell or redeem any investment instruments or to perform other such transactions of any kind.

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, a remarkable guest, David Neagle who shares his entrepreneurial journey gives amazing tips on how to be a successful entrepreneur, how to get rid fears and back up from failures, how to get rid toxic people in your life, how to make your idea realize, and when is it the right time to diversify and start investing out of your business!  David Neagle is a mindset mentor, famous speaker, podcaster and host of The Successful Mind Podcast, bestselling author of The Millions Within, a book focusing on intention, focus, and awareness to build your dream business and life. David is the founder of the multimillion-dollar global coaching company Life Is Now, Inc, helping thousands of entrepreneurs, experts and self-employed professionals gain confidence and find the right mindset to increase their revenue, turning their endeavors into seven- and eight-figure ventures. Being in the coaching and mentorship industry for more than 20 years, David has worked alongside other well-known mentors like Bob Proctor and Tony Robbins, and his clients include many well-known people, including New York Times #1 best-selling author Jen Sincero. Because of the results his clients have achieved, along with his dedication, David's coaching has expanded to more than 30 countries, and he has been featured on Forbes, CBS, NBC, Wall Street Journal, Inc, HLN, Entrepreneur, and Fox. Young David became street smart because it was needed to keep away the fears from the surroundings. His life was not on a good track and grew up witnessing all the struggles within his family. Because David doesn't want his children to experience the hardships he'd been through, he doubles down on being a responsible person and a father. David didn't know that he was an entrepreneur at heart but was really preferred to make his own thing and be in control with his own income than working for somebody else. He wanted to change his situation but doesn't know where to get started. Then, he realized that he must change his attitudes first to change his situation. So while working for Petroleum Company for seven years, he prepared himself, he learned to work with other people and learned from them, studied who David Neagle is, and how to be a successful person. Later, David decided to leave the corporate world and build his own business. He left his work to consulting, coaching, speaking, and that he built Neagle Media. Because David was very determined to win, he had developed the ability to lose without taking it personally, take chances, take risks, develop the good attitudes, frameworks, and learn from the mistakes and people he had with. A mentor motivated him to become a good follower; he gets rid of his ego and the shame around asking for help which he had no idea that it was blocking him so much. Just like other entrepreneurs, he encountered bumps and challenges but learned to accept himself and embraced it. To him, failing is fine but what's not fine is that you never try what you desire to do with. Losing is not the end, so stand, and back up. Thus, stop being afraid of making decisions and failing but always find the right thing about the things that got wrong, learned from it and go on. He learned the strategy and tactics to enjoy success just like other entrepreneurs because mistakes don't really bother him but he used it to continue to grow and expand. David gives advice on not investing in the things that you don't understand and develop skills set in understanding your business like sales, marketing, social media, and stuff like that. On the other side, despite his success, David has always had a deep desire in helping people the way his mentor had helped him. From starting off with the basic idea of wealth fund - just taking 10 cents out of every dollar that came to the company to now having multiple companies and helping people to be free and creating the lifestyle they want. Therefore, he expands it more globally to really touch people's lives all over.  Neagle believes that entrepreneurship is something that's going to bring us together as a world more than it is that something that's going to divide us because most entrepreneurs want to do something good! Some Questions I Ask: Where did your journey begin from an entrepreneurial perspective? (00:43) What do you think is the one among the key characteristics of successful entrepreneurs that served you at the highest level as a business owner? (08:58) What's your definition of being a good student? (09:15) Is that one of the things that you see hurting a lot of entrepreneurs right now is this ‘figured it out on my own' mentality versus seeking mentorship? (11:36) What is it that you see stopping so many people and how can they go about overcoming those things to take that first step? (12:59) How does somebody go about taking the actions to clean up some of those toxic relationships in their life? (14:38) When did you feel like in your entrepreneurial journey you really embraced every aspect of who David Neagle is? (18:01) What are some of the things that you consistently do no matter what that leads to that type of growth internally, spiritually, emotionally, and externally in your physical world? (23:16) Were you born a great entrepreneur or did you create a great entrepreneur? (26:30) How did you go about building wealth? (29:34) When is it the right time to diversify a little bit and start investing out of my business additionally? (32:53) What keeps you with both hands on the steering wheel pushing the businesses forward that you're pushing forward? (36:50) In This Episode, You Will Learn: The bad event that shifted David's life. (01:46) How David changed things in life. (05:22) The 3 key characteristics of successful entrepreneurs. (06:00) The difference between a dysfunctional person and a toxic person. (15:24) 3 things that made his life a really big difference. (20:55) How to avoid your idea won't go away. In this conversation, we go deep into the critical ingredient of reaching ownership status - leadership development.  Dave was able to slow down and enjoy his life outside of real estate more because he surrounded himself with quality talent, and invested in helping them become leaders in their own right.  Today, Dave will take you through his journey, how he has been able to take his team along on his leadership journey, and how to safely offload tasks in our business without causing more harm.   Dave gives incredible insights on;  How to correctly diagnose the issues in your business  How David recruited someone straight out of high school and trained them up to run half of the business.  The power of empathy, compassion, and making generous assumptions when we're training people.  Why we shouldn't offload a role too quickly, and Dave's process for training our replacements the right way.

Hey everybody! Welcome back to another episode of the Bolton Ebikes Podcast. It's always exciting to have guests on the show. And today I have David from Tucson, Arizona. He has a very unique bike, something that I'm familiar with. I think they're really cool, very practical. Something possibly some of you actually haven't heard of. These bikes are probably more common in Europe than in the US. I hope that changes one day. I think David will give us some more insight on that. So once again, you're listening to the Bolton Ebikes Podcast and we're here with our guest today, David from Tucson, Arizona.   In today's episode you'll learn more about:  How David uses his ebike to transport his family around easily.  What he learned living in the UK with a growing family related to getting around.  Why he feels riding an ebike is better than using a car. The bike friendly hotspots he recommends when exploring Tucson. Yes, you will hear about The Loop!  David shares his ideas for making bikes more accessible and what cities can do to accommodate more bike riding vs driving a car. The benefits he has found riding an ebike for his health and his pocketbook.  The health benefits of riding an electric bike and how that PAS helps him get around when needed.  David answers Kyle's question about what will change someone's mindset to go from a car to an ebike. Thanks again for listening to another episode of the Bolton Ebikes Podcast.  If anybody is in Tucson, Arizona, I guess watch out for The Bakfiets out there, which if you don't know what that is, it's a giant wooden box in front of a bicycle. You can't miss it. It's bigger than a normal bicycle. Say hi to David If you happen to see him! I wouldn't be surprised if we have s bunch of Bolton Ebikes customers in the Tucson, Arizona. Why do we experience pain? What role does inflammation play in the pain we experience? Did you know that your skin absorbs everything you apply to it? In this episode of HYDRATE, David Perez and I discuss the ways that we experience pain and how that experience should be different. No matter the age that we are, we all experience some sort of pain, for which 95% of it is due to our body responding to inflammation. This inflammation is caused by more than just what we eat. Plus, David emphasizes honoring our body and being careful of what we put on our skin. As most of us are unaware of the transdermal delivery system, which is when the skin absorbs what is applied to it into our bloodstream, being aware of the toxins and preservatives that we have to avoid applying to our skin is crucial to avoiding any sort of inflammation or pain in the near future.  David Perez is a humanitarian, philanthropist, and serial entrepreneur with over 36 years of executive management experience working in, establishing, and financing start-ups that are focused on nanotechnology, nutrition, telecom, software technology, wireless, and finance. His true passion is saving lives, disaster relief, and logistics operations for NGOs.     What we discuss...   02:30: David’s experience and contributions during hurricane Katerina 11:55: Learning more about nurish.me 12:29: What part does inflammation play in the pain we experience? 14:27: How to honour your body 15:20: Taking responsibility for your life 18:02: How David discovered curcumin 21:40: Tracy’s investment in David’s company 22:41: Turmeric vs Curcuma; what’s the difference? 26:59: The dangers of contaminants in supermarket supplements 27:48: Regulations of the dietary supplement industry 35:28: How to look for a supplement you can trust 41:16: How are your fruits and vegetables picked? 47:59: Research on cancer and circumambulating 52:59: What is rice bran? 58:05: What should you use for chronic pain? 1:03:02: The five laws of stratospheric success 1:10:04: David’s experience in jail + figuring out his destiny 1:14:40: The power of listening 1:17:39: More about David and his products   Related Links / Products Mentioned Website: nurish.me  Instagram: @david.is.grateful  Products: Nurish.me - Tracy Duhs Podcast Special and Earth Echo Cacao Bliss

When you need an actor you need someone who knows the anatomy of a scene. Acting is a craft and you have to learn your craft. The Three Jobs of an Actor: Becoming the best actor you can be Learning the business Maintaining your health and your mental health What makes a great commercial audition: An authenticity A point of view that is specific and personal A willingness to play Not bring a fixed point of view into the room Auditions are performances Auditions are not opportunities to sort of kinda maybe get it right… If you come into the room and give me nothing, the Casting Director has nothing to work with Don’t be afraid to make choices There is no right choice, there is no wrong choice, there is just your choice. Commercial acting is how much you can be yourself in front of the camera. Nail it on the first take, then show them something different. Cautioning against perfectionism, you can prevent mistakes, you can’t protect yourself from making mistakes, and you have to love your nonperfect self. You have to believe as an actor you can do that, and you can do it every time. Are you going to be able to do that every time? No, and you have to be able to forgive yourself every time. Auditions are collaborations between you and the Casting Director.

The business that he started as a side-project has since evolved to become an entirely bootstrapped company with more than five employees. He talks to Geordie about his journey.  What you’ll Learn The story behind the Order Desk platform How Foxy cart works What triggered David to restart his operations? How does David’s new platform differ from his old one? Did the relaunch help boost Order Desk’s performance? At what point did David quit the agency (Foxy cart), and how did he go about it? How David’s customers find him Why David thinks that word of mouth is more effective than affiliate marketing When did David get his big break with Order Desk? Importance of teamwork In this Episode: Order fulfillment is a critical part of the eCommerce industry, and Order Desk strives to make the process smooth for their customers. David says Order Desk is a SaaS platform that mainly deals with merchants. The merchants bring in their orders into the Order Desk platform from different eCommerce channels. They (Order Desk) then dispatch the orders based on the merchant’s request to their preferred fulfillment locations. David tells Geordie how the Order Desk idea was born. Listen to the podcast to figure out how David’s association with Foxy cart led him into meeting different customers with varied needs. He also discusses how he leveraged one customer’s needs to come up with an order fulfillment platform. So robust was the platform that some customers advised him to start charging for his platform. David says he was not ready to start charging for his services, but he thought it was a great idea after some time. According to David, the MVP did not cost him real money, but he spent lots of time building it. David continued working for the agency while building and advancing his SaaS platform. Listen to the podcast to figure out how he added his order fulfillment platform to other main eCommerce channels. Soon, David says, he started receiving different demands from different people, which forced him to consider going back to the drawing board. Listen to the podcast to find out how David started rebuilding his order fulfillment platform and the effort it took to achieve success.  During the rebuilding process, David’s old platform was making $1,000 every month, but customers could not wait for the new platform. Often, all you need to take action is one trigger word which is what happened to David. He says a customer approached, and encouraged him to release the advanced platform. Something then hit him, and he realized he had to release it as soon as possible. David went ahead to launch the platform even though it was not ready. He admits that the platform can be complicated for users and highlights measures he took to make it simpler. Find out the details from the podcast.  David mentions that the platform kept growing, and he added numerous integrations regularly, which increased his income tremendously. He worked long hours based on how excited he was, a feeling he admits was triggered by customer excitement and satisfaction. David says he built integrations upon request from customers. He explains how the process worked, and you can figure the details out from the podcast. At some point, Order Desk was evolving fast, and David realized that he needed to hire even though he was skeptical about it. Why did he struggle with hiring? Find out from the podcast. He also explains how he conducted the hiring process. His first hire turned out to be successful, and by the end of that year (2016), they had significant progress. David would later hire more staff from outside the USA who he says has done a great job. However, he mentions that his first developer left after a few months, which he blames on his (David’s) inability to onboard him accordingly. Did David finally get an effective developer? Find out from the podcast. Order Desk has experienced a particular trend, which David explains further in the podcast. If you are an aspiring eCommerce platform entrepreneur, you should not miss this part of the podcast. David says he prefers email support as opposed to phone support. Find out why this is so from the podcast. His big break happened back in 2019 when he and his five employees went for a retreat. He concludes the podcast by mentioning that successful people should work hard towards their goal. Resources David Hollander Twitter David Hollander LinkedIn

You would think that being nominated for an Eddie Award for your first feature documentary credit would be a dream right? For David J. Turner, the editor of Making Waves: The Art of Cinematic Sound it absolutely was...but making it the finish line of a grueling project that took years to complete came at a pretty steep price, not the least of which was ending up in the emergency room just weeks before picture lock. Which begs the question...what price are you ultimately willing to pay to hold whatever your version of a gold statue is? And more importantly, do you have to make that choice at all, or is there a better way to pursue your professional goals while maintaining some semblance of work-life balance? As a filmmaker and storyteller who wears multiple hats beyond editing such as composing, cinematic sound editing, sound design, and documentary filmmaking and shooting, David found himself under an immense amount of self-induced pressure to deliver on his very first big project. When he found my article, Dear Hollywood: We Don’t Want to “Go Back to Normal." Normal Wasn’t Working he felt relieved that many others out there were feeling like he was - burned out, exhausted, and fed up with having to make the choice between health and success. At this point he was questioning whether he still wanted to be in the business at all anymore. Desperate to find a better way David decided to join my Optimizer coaching & mentorship program. In today’s candid discussion David I talk about the steps he took to slowly rebuild his health one “easy win” at a time, and then we dive into the deeper limiting beliefs that were holding David back from pursuing his next big project (not the least of which were perfectionism and imposter syndrome). And then we talk about the seismic mindset shift that David made that allowed him to go from thinking he wasn’t in a place to pursue difficult projects to literally applying for the opportunity to travel to the moon (no really...literally applying to fly to the moon). Learn how you too can apply the simple steps that David did to start building habits & routines that will set you up for success in both work and life. The link between a keto diet and weight loss is very well known, but can this approach to nutrition really be used to heal chronic disease? Dr. David Jockers believes it can. David is functional nutrition counselor, popular guest on The Dr. Oz Show, and the author of Keto Metabolic Breakthrough and The Fasting Transformation. His natural health website receives over a million views per month from people curious about keto and natural health. Tune in to discover: How David used a keto diet plan and intermittent fasting to reverse his own cancer The importance of herbal medicine and other natural health tips How women can use functional nutrition training to work with their natural hormone cycles After suffering from severe irritable bowel syndrome to the point of becoming quite underweight for his height, David began to experiment with adhering to a ketogenic diet. After receiving a skin cancer diagnosis, he got even more serious about tackling the issue of nutrition. The results of these personal experiments not only changed his life; they continue to change the lives of the people he educates every day. What do inexpensive cooking oils, pesticides, and factory farmed meat have in common? They all cause inflammation and inflammation causes chronic diseases, like cancer. According to Dr. Jockers, cancer cells thrive when they are feeding on glucose. When we eat carbohydrates, those carbs are converted into glucose, which feeds cancer cells. Removing carbohydrates and feeding our healthy cells with ketones means starvation for cancer. Cancer is not the only ailment that may need to look out for the keto approach to nutrition. Stress is at an all-time high throughout the world today and it can take a major toll on a person's digestive health. A ketogenic diet in combination with a healthy exercise routine and natural herbal supplementation can promote bile flow and a healthy environment within the stomach, without using commonly prescribed acid bocking medications.   For more information visit https://drjockers.com/
