This is an old episode of Daytime Justice, the old pod, that is more relevant now with this new format. Also, reality is on a downswing. The only reality show that's water-cooler talk worthy is 90 Day Fiancee. Personally, I am in love with Magic for Humans. Anything Tim and Eric does is brilliant. But I digress! This is a really great conversation with Deborah about the demands made of producers of reality TV shows. So You Think You Wanna Work In TV? is an independently produced podcast. She's worked on the reboot of The Arsenio Hall Show, got an Emmy nomination for Bill Nye Saves The World, and has amazing stories about working on Mind of Mencia and The Miss Universe Pageant. This is a super interesting chat, especially the stuff about Miss Universe. She was there right after 45 was inaugurated and the show was broadcast live the same day as the first Women's March. A lot of stuff came up for her that day. It's a great listen!  So You Think You Wanna Work In TV? is an independently produced podcast. My friend Taha got his start on the iconic talk show, Sally Jessy Raphael. He's got great stories about working on that show, working on a short-lived talk show for Richard Simmons, Donnie & Marie Osmond, and then transitioning to home renovation shows. He's a super interesting guy and one of my dearest friends! Enjoy!   So You Think You Wanna Work In TV? is an independently produced podcast.
