AI has changed how B2B marketers work — and how they connect. In this episode, Dr. Amy Cook, Co-Founder and CMO at Fullcast, joins Michael to explore what happens when automation starts replacing authenticity, and how today's most effective marketers are rebuilding the human side of their craft. Her framework is simple: use AI for knowledge. Leave relationships to humans.Amy brings an unusual perspective to this conversation. She has a PhD in organizational rhetoric (how companies actually persuade people), ran her own agency for 15 years, and spent her early career as a professional violinist performing with the Osmond family. That last credential matters: she learned on stage that audiences always know when something feels rehearsed instead of real. That's exactly what's happening in B2B marketing right now.Join us, as we explore where AI actually makes marketers better versus where it destroys the trust that drives revenue. You'll get frameworks you can apply immediately, data from Fullcast's State of RevOps 2025 research, and the expensive lessons that come from getting this balance wrong. What we cover

A brutal fight and a quiet moment at a funeral changed everything for our guest, Mitchell Osmond. From spiraling debt, weight gain, and a marriage on the brink to a rebuilt life and the launch of The Dad Nation Podcast, Mitchell shares the exact tools he used to turn things around—without sacrificing career ambition or family presence. We dig into why so many high-performing men feel respected at work yet incompetent at home, and how masculine and feminine wiring can collide if we treat our partners like teammates and our kids like colleagues. Mitchell explains normative male alexithymia—the cultural gap that leaves many men with few words for feelings—and shows how that gap fuels shutdowns, blowups, and emotional distance. Then we get tactical: the RISE Conversation Ladder. You'll learn how to move from routine logistics to essence-level questions that build intimacy fast, plus easy prompts you can use on your next date so it doesn't turn into a board meeting with wine.We also talk about marriage after kids, why your spouse still needs to feel like a bride, and how modeling a strong partnership teaches your children what love looks like. Mitchell brings data, empathy, and a blueprint: simple weekly practices, better questions, and a clearer vision of success at home and at work. If you've ever thought, I can fix a business but not a feeling, this conversation gives you language, structure, and hope.Grab Mitchell's free Connection Code (50 conversation starters) at dadnationco.com/code, subscribe for more conversations like this, and leave a review to tell us the one question you're going to try tonight."If you are a dad or a dad in training, please listen to this episode!! When I was editing and listening through episodes I felt like releasing this episode earlier in our rotation for Mental Health Awareness month made a lot of sense. This episode is with Mitchell Osmond of Dad Nation. Mitchell shares his story about how as a dad and husband he reached a point where he felt like he was living a life he wasn't proud of. He talked to us about how he changed his habits and routines and how he now coaches dads on how to be more the person they want to be. In this episode Mitchell talks about the lows he felt when he was at rock bottom, and Justin talks about his struggles with going from 1 kid to 2 kids and all the roles you have to be in fatherhood. Mitchell also mentions that if you reach out to his company for coaching to make sure to mention that you heard about him on this podcast. We will say over and over again that one of the points of this podcast is to let dads know they aren't alone. Fatherhood makes you look in the mirror and a lot of us don't like what we see when we do. We really hope if that's your story, you know you're not alone. There are lots of other dads just like you trying other figure out how to become the dad they want to be. And if you feel alone talk to a friend, or send us a message. Fatherhood can feel very isolating, but you aren't alone. You're never alone. And with that said, we hope you enjoy the episode. It's been a rough season for Tamra Judge, but her big reveal this week may have made things worse. Dylan starts the episode with an evaluation of her… evaluation, followed by some catching up with RHONY and RHOSLC. In New York, things are feeling a bit repetitive, and Ubah's “pigeon” bit feels tired from the jump. Over in Utah, allegiances are shifting once again, and Angie is left in the cold.
