    The Squad Room podcast is a diverse and informative show that tackles a wide range of topics. From health and fitness to mental health and emotional survival, this podcast covers it all with the common goal of helping its listeners become better. Whether you are a first responder or someone interested in law enforcement, there is something for everyone in each episode. The host, Garrett, does an excellent job of explaining the importance of food decisions and has given me a new appreciation for what I eat. One of the best aspects of this podcast is that it recognizes and includes all members of the law enforcement community, including dispatchers like myself. It is refreshing to hear our experiences being acknowledged and discussed. The interviews on this show are top-notch and offer valuable insights into various aspects of law enforcement life. Garrett asks the hard questions that make you think and his mission to help others become better shines through in each episode.

    While there isn't much to criticize about The Squad Room podcast, one aspect that could be improved upon is the frequency of episodes. As a dedicated listener, I find myself eagerly awaiting new episodes and sometimes having to wait longer than I would like. However, this is only a minor issue as the quality of each episode makes up for any delay in release.

    In conclusion, The Squad Room podcast is a must-listen for anyone interested in law enforcement or looking to improve themselves. With its variety of guests and topics, it offers valuable insights into health, psychology, survival, PTSD, and more. Garrett's sincere approach and compassion shine through in each episode as he strives to help others become better versions of themselves. Whether you are already in law enforcement or aspiring to be one, this podcast provides valuable information that will undoubtedly make you think and inspire personal growth. Overall, The Squad Room podcast is a high-quality show that should not be missed.
