This week… The Friday night lights and the buzz of the fast approaching 2025 NFL Draft had Kärel and Max hyped! They planned heavily for the NFL Draft. They got Andy on the phone and discussed their goals for what to do during the Draft. Andy will be in the Studio with the fellas next Wednesday to finalize their draft plans and do a mock draft. Max and Kärel ended it talking sh!t. Max is trying to plan for an open mic in a few weeks. Brian welcomes on two guests.First is Andy O'Brien. Andy is a highly regarded performance coach and health expert who has worked with professional athletes across various sports, including the NHL and the Olympics. With decades of experience optimizing performance and recovery, Andy brings cutting-edge insights into health, fitness, and nutrition. Poor mental & physical health was the result of traumatic life events, a life-threatening illness and a corporate career that, despite being successful, was misaligned. Rather than venture down the road of prescribed medication, Kiki found inspiration from Trainwithjoan's Instagram account. With the example of what was possible, she hired a coach and got about the business or changing her life, one rep at a time. What she has learned extends WAY beyond the gym! Kiki talks about fitness. This may inspire your 2025 resolutions...

This week… After a wisdom teeth removal, hunting trip, Thanksgiving and travel break, the degenerates are back! They call Andy to review all the missed WI sports news. The Bucks are playing for the Cup, the Badgers stay hot and cold while their football team is just cold. Then they dive into the Pack. Reviewing old predictions, making new predictions and so much more! Max is getting to Kärel level bad at spelling. Max took his anger out on the dart board and the fellas laughed through some would you rathers. Finally they ended things talking challenges. They fell off but they made a plan to regroup! This week… It's the original duo Max and Kärel holding down the Stu. Seamo is out in Montana hanging out with Kanye West learning how to produce a record. He's really taking their music challenge seriously. Max and Kärel ran into a few technical difficulties but they persevered! They called Andy O. to talk all things Wisconsin sports. Wisconsin Badger Basketball is under way and Andy previewed a big matchup with the 9th ranked Arizona Wildcats. Max is done with Fickell as the Badgers head football coach. Andy tried to talk him off the ledge as the number one ranked Oregon Ducks waddle into Camp Randall. The Milwaukee Bucks suck but Andy sees optimism. The Green Bay Packers are coming off of their bye and face the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. The fells discussed how they hoped the Pack would respond coming off the loss and their break. They predicted scores, stats and what Lafleur will be wearing. Find out who's close, who's not and who cares way too much about what Lafleur wears. They ended things by talking about their challenge of the week - try a new restaurant, and the progress they're making with their instruments - Kärel harmonica, Max guitar. This week… The costumes came off but the degenerates were still Stu goof'n from the jump! Tune the world out for a bit and come hang out with the fellas. They're jamming out and taking on a musical challenge! Kärel's blowing the harmonica, Max is plucking the guitar, Seamo's producing and they'll all write the lyrics to their Challenge Talk segment. All of the WI sports teams looked out of tune and they called Andy O. to break it all down. The Badge got pounded, the Bucks look like doe, and the Packers got packed… hard. Max has almost sunk to Kärel's level of spelling. They shared the inspirational tunes and talked about how their musical challenges are going. This week… Kärel's back! But Seamo is out… his gums hurt… I thought beer helped with that? Anyway it's Baldy and Stump holding down The Stu. The two degenerates called Andy O. to discuss all things WI Sports. Andy brought the fellas update on the Milwaukee Bucks. Max and Kärel were at the game and stumbled into meeting the kicker McManus after the game! Thank god they didn't meet him on a plane. Then they made predictions for the Jags game. Who's scoring, who's rushing, who's the MVP, they predicted it all! You probably don't even need to watch the game. They shot darts and talked COW. Worlds nicest Human Andy Kerr joins the three Nomeansnerd's to talk about flatware, and hundreds of other interesting topics! Special Note: We recorded this episode on video, so seeks us out on Youtube if you'd like to see this one with some faces. The last part of this episode features Andy pulling some surprise items out of a NMN grab bag, and while it works just fine on audio only, it's probably enhanced by seeing the visuals. Anyway, we're so grateful to Andy for sitting down with us, and all of the support he's given our dumb effort these past three years. Enjoy!
This week… IS ONE OF GREATEST HUA EPISODES OF ALL TIME!!! It was a wild ride folks. ANDY O. is in the Stu! I repeat, ANDY O. is in the Stu! Kärel was yelling and smacking the microphone from the start and didn't stop! During WI Sports talk the fella's alter egos come out. It was a preseason preview of their alter egos, and what they'll be bringing to the table. Hopefully that bit doesn't last long fellas… Max tried spelling a word, but I think he'd have better luck studying the sun. They each reviewed a comedy special for the challenge of the week. They shot darts for the next COW and talked through some Would You Rathers. All in all it's an episode filled with laughs, swearing, yelling and burpingBut, before any of that nonsense, they saved the best for first, with the Beer of the Week! During the BOW the fellas rate and review a new beer. They discuss the history of the brewery and examine what's in the beer they're drinking. Then, they break down the beer by its drinkability, the probability they'd drink it again, its chugability, and the can's attractability. Andy O'Bryan, a pioneer in using AI for business, joins us on this episode to discuss one of our favorite topics as of late - the cutting-edge world of AI in Sales and Marketing. With his unique perspective, Andy provides insights into the transformative power of technology and AI, particularly in sales, marketing, and professional development. Additionally, Andy shares his personal experience working in Radio and how it compares to people's "copy and paste" habit of using AI. He notes that Radio has become increasingly automated and scripted, which can make it sound inauthentic. Nonetheless, we will explore the intersection of AI and sales and social selling and how one can still add the human touch to craft messages that resonate with the audience. So, join us as we delve into this exciting topic. Andy O'Bryan, known as the AI Whisperer to the Social Sales Link team, is the mastermind behind AI Copy Lab and the Co-Founder of AI Success Club. As an expert in AI copywriting, he helps entrepreneurs better understand the rapidly expanding world of artificial intelligence as it relates to their content marketing and copywriting. The club, which launched in early February 2023, has grown to over 300 members and counting. Members receive monthly live workshops, weekly prompts and tutorials, expert interviews, the latest information on AI tools and developments, and monthly live Q&A sessions. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a topic of conversation for marketers this year. With its ability to enhance personalization, tailor rewards, and make product recommendations, the technology has wide implications for customer loyalty. Even so, many marketers are struggling to wrap their heads around AI — how to define it, what it means for their brand, and the best way to implement platforms that leverage AI.Loyalty360 CEO Mark Johnson recently spoke with Andy O'Dell, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Clutch, about the current role of AI in customer loyalty, potential uses of AI going forward, and how brands can implement the technology to reimagine the customer experience.
Web Summit took place this week following a turbulent few weeks for the annual technology conference. Andy O'Donoghue joins Bobby to tell him all about it.

She opens up about her last conversation with Andy and why it's so important for her to continue to tell Andy's story. So many reached out to Rachel after seeing her crying face on the front page news holding a photo of Andy. She explains that at the beginning of a tragedy you're surrounded by lots of support but after about a year, life moves on for those around you, but you're still left processing the trauma of the event. In 2009, Rachel would again become front page news as one of Tiger Woods' mistresses, but instead of sympathizing with her, the court of public opinion villainized and even ostracized her. Rachel reveals how she dealt with the public's scrutiny of her and how she reclaimed her voice and her narrative. This is how her new podcast, "Miss Understood" was born since she is on a mission to amplify those whose stories have been reduced to a single headline! You may think you know Rachel Uchitel, but in this interview, she opens up about how the death of both Andy and her father psychologically impacted her and how she is still working her way through the pain. We hope that Rachel's story resonates with those of you who're processing loss, trauma, and finding your voice.
