Former presidential candidate and former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson previews the New Hampshire primary. Today on The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's “Politically Georgia,” the hosts welcome Hutchinson, who earlier this week ended his long shot bid for the GOP presidential nomination. Hutchinson ran as a mainstream conservative Republican who warned that putting Donald Trump back in the White House would be bad for the country. He dropped out of the race when he finished sixth in the Iowa caucuses and acknowledged that “my message of being a principled Republican with experience and telling the truth about the current front-runner did not sell in Iowa.”    Then, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis filed a fiery motion responding to allegations that she had been in an inappropriate relationship with Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor she hired to oversee the Trump election conspiracy case. Willis attempted to quash a subpoena from Wade's estranged wife to testify in the couple's divorce case. Willis says Wade's wife is trying to derail her prosecution of Trump and his co-conspirators.     Plus, the U.S. House and Senate passed a continuing resolution to keep the government running for another two months. Because her office bought a podium. “In terms of specific features, the height of the podium is specific, I don't know if you've noticed, but women are traditionally a little bit shorter than most of our male counterparts, and uh, so that makes a little bit of a difference, but it also incorporates sound components that make it easier to plug in for multiple media outlets at one time to get the best sound quality, I guess, for relaying back to TV and purposes of that nature, and a number of other things I'll let come through in the audit process.” Hundreds of Lebanese protesters, including some waving Palestinian flags, are currently swarming the US embassy in Beirut. Gov. DeSantis is taking action... The Florida Division of Emergency Management has deployed two cargo planes with 85 pallets of donated supplies to Israel. Assailants threw two Molotov cocktails early Wednesday at a synagogue in the center of the German capital of Berlin. Larry Elder, the conservative voice who claimed election fraud in California's recall with no proof and controversially suggested that slave owners deserve reparations, is feeling the burn of exclusion, this time from the Republican presidential debate. Elder cried foul on digital platform X, formerly known as Twitter, asserting the Republican National Committee's snub felt all too familiar. The RNC has announced the lineup of eight participants for the first primary debate (Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis; Vivek Ramaswamy; former Vice President Mike Pence; former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley; former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie; South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott; former Arkansas Gov. While notable names like Ron DeSantis are in, the candidate leading in the polls, former President Donald Trump, opted out. Another Black candidate, Will Hurd, will not be on stage either. The irony is Elder is once again feeling sidelined, especially in a party he staunchly supports. Is Elder's exclusion a genuine oversight or another episode of his ongoing drama with the GOP?
