A: Fascial length is not necessarily more important than strength, but the body adapts from training, loading, and sprinting. However, sprinting alone is insufficient for optimal hamstring recovery. Q: How can fascial length be tested in athletic training (ATR)? A: Currently, there is no way to palpate fascial length. It can only be observed on MRI or ultrasound as imaging techniques improve. An NFL-funded trial is ongoing, examining hamstring injuries and investigating various factors with imaging across several colleges. Q: How does adjusting knee positioning impact hamstring rehabilitation? A: Varying the amount of knee flexion or extension can increase hamstring length and load depending on the specific area of the hamstring. Training hip extension can place more load on the proximal hamstring tendon. A: Athletic trainers should start eccentric training early (at a pain level less than 4/10) and incorporate sprinting (running) as soon as possible. Dr. Brian Duncan graduated high school early and went straight into Baptist ministry training. On fire for Jesus, he was constantly seeking deeper resources to help him teach the faith, which led him to discover the Church Fathers. Teaching from them caused problems in his independent Baptist congregation, so he spent a little time in a Reformed Baptist church, which also didn't work out. Disillusioned, he sought a house church environment, at which point he realized it was time for him to stop trying to reinvent and reclaim the Christianity of the early Church; and what he'd been trying to rebuild on his own initiative was present in its fulness right in front of him in the Catholic Faith. He has since gone on to found Catholic Fightwear, and work as a martial arts instructor.

He owns and coaches at a mixed martial arts gym and runs an acupuncture sports medicine clinic.  He has been training in martial arts for 30 years, having started in karate and gotten his black belt in Koei Kan Karate at just 14 years old. He eventually trained in Wing Chun and practiced and taught it for ten years and got a black belt in it as well.  Along the way he dabbled in different martial arts like Kendo, freestyle wrestling, Judo, and others, eventually finding his way into the world of MMA. He is now a fifth-degree black belt in SGC Karate and Kickboxing and a blue belt in BJJ. He is a convert to the faith and recently started a line of Catholic themed athletic clothing called Catholic Fightwear.

COVID has only expedited how many people are leaving the restaurant industry.  We are overloaded with apps for each individual place to order, hence why Grubub and Uber Eats have taken off. The bigger restaurants can pay more money to be higher up on search results why smaller companies can't keep up and that pushes them down the google list.  Text based AI can learn based on the amount of data that is put into it. So the more often you text an order, the more it learns and it will correct any mistakes in an order.  Text based ordering can be easier than calling to place an order if you are in a noisy environment, and the AI will remember your last order as well. 50% of all restaurants could be virtual by 2030.
