Lanni chose to shift her mindset and focus on energy, positivity and enjoying the moments and making an impact in her own way.  Since her competitive career has ended, she is pursuing a Master's at Jacksonville University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the plan to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology She is combining her personal experiences and education to better support student athletes as an advocate, ambassador and future clinician.  @alanni.noelle

Congressional candidate LtCol Jon Myers USMC (ret) joins Whiz on this powerful episode. Jon and Whiz have known each other for over 30 years, starting their friendship at Jacksonville University. LtCol Myers exceptional career in the Marines saw him at the center of major conflicts and critical decisions. From Scott O'Grady being shot down over Bosnia (and eventually rescued with Jon's help), to being involved in Obama and Clinton's disastrous response (or lack thereof) to the 9/11 attack on our embassy in Benghazi, LtCol Myer often provided the right solutions and intelligence to the national command authority, only to be overruled because of politics and optics. Even after leaving active service LtCol Myers continued to serve by helping coordinate the evacuation of stranded Americans in Afghanistan, when the president was lying that no Americans were left behind. Jon is now looking to continue his service to our nation by representing the 7th district of Virginia. He covers several issues he supports, including a great idea to help veterans financially. Whiz trusts and endorses Jon and strongly recommends you do as well by pitching into the fight and donating to his campaign. Check out his incredible journey in more detail with his book: American to the Corps: Iraq, Bosnia, Benghazi, Snowden: A Marine Corps Intelligence Officer's Incredible Journey

"Whiz" Buckley is the fifth of six children born into an Irish Catholic family.   Taught to love his country, Whiz had an idyllic life until tragedy struck his family. Whiz's older sister was killed by a drunk driver.  This senseless act threw the family into a tail spin.  They were shattered.  Whiz's father became a different man, crushed by the loss.  Daily stops to the cemetery were accompanied by tears. Even though life was tumultuous for Whiz, he managed to keep his childhood dream of flying close to his heart.  Throught reckless behavior, including drinking, Whiz was accepted to Jacksonville University. On the day of college graduation, Whiz was commissioned as an ensign in the U.S. Navy. Whiz attended flight school in Pensacola, the cradle of aviation.  This was follwed by Kingsville Naval Air Station.  He worked hard and was rewarded with the distinction on piloting one of the premiere fighter jets, the F-18 hornet. Whiz flew 44 combat sorties over Iraq in support of Operation Southern Watch.  As a reservist, he was one of the few pilots in the sky after September 11, tasked with protecting our air space from any threats. Whiz was given directives to even shoot down passenger jets. Following brutal years of losing 16 friends; mental and physical duress; and alcohol use, Whiz sought alternative treatment. In May 2021 Whiz, Marcus Luttrell, Jared Taylor, and others traveled south of the border to Mexico.  The pschydelic drug, Ibogaine was a life changing experience. With one session, Whiz knew he had the answer.  Combined with yoga, meditation, and breath work, he is the person hiding under the trauma. Determined to help veterans and first responders, Whiz is the founder of the No Fallen Heroes Foundation, an organization dedicated to healing our nation's heroes through psychedelic medication and other modalities. Whiz is the host of the Max Afterburner Podcast He is the author of several books, including From Sea Level To C Level He is passionate about helping veterans and others through Top Gun Options You can follow Whiz on the following social media platforms: https://www.instagram.com/nofallenheroes/ https://www.instagram.com/official_whizbuckley/

"After watching JT's work ethic while on the sidelines and recruiting at Hampton, our staff knew this was someone who would make our program better. JT has humility and confidence that are rare in a player of his level. His playing experience speaks for itself. As the defenseman of the year in the PLL in 2022, JT is still learning from the best at the highest level. He will also be leading the Team USA defense this upcoming week in the world championship games. JT's pedigree will motivate everyone in our locker room, including players and staff. Now, the decorated lacrosse player will coach at Jacksonville. "I am excited to join Coach Galloway and his staff at Jacksonville University," said Giles-Harris. "Coach Woodson and Hampton University provided me an excellent stepping stone for my career, and I hope to continue learning from one of the best staffs in the country." Giles-Harris played in 81 games across five seasons at Duke and was a two-year team captain of the Blue Devils. During his career, he won the 2021 William F.
