Brian has worked in law enforcement for 28 years, and specifically the DEA and in his time he saw the epidemic coming, and it's an epidemic with a difference. You have one chance, these are the stakes at the roulette wheel, one chance with your life. Do you chose to take it or not. Unlike drugs back in the day, which by comparison could be described as safe. Fentanyl can kill you first time, and the real danger is it's not going any where soon. It's cheaper to produce, easier to make and boosts profits beyond margins drug cartels could only once imagine. Brian Townsend https://www.only2mg.com/

SETUP AND PAYOFF (starts at 0:50) Year 2 of Gary Moeller, coming off a year Iowa went to the Rose Bowl after Michigan lost to them and MSU by a point in consecutive weeks. Stadium renovated, back to grass! This one's personal. 2. THE TEAM (starts at 9:50) Offense: Elvis Grbac is Dr. Touch. Stacked backfield; Ricky was the cutter, Jesse had the feet, Wheatley had the speed, Legette had no neck. Desmond went into the season #2 to Derrick Alexander, who got hurt and walk-on Yale Van Dyne stepped up. Big, mean, versatile OL. Ty Wheatley's recruiting story. Defense: Mike Evans is a walk-on from Massachusetts, Lance Dottin's another big time athlete from there. Hutchinson makes everyone look good, Buster Stanley and Tony Henderson were young for NG but great. Athletes in Brian Townsend and Neil Simpson rotate with big Martin Davis. Young corners Dwayne Ware and Alfie Burch and new safeties Otis Williams and Corwin Brown replacing longtime starters. J.D. Carlson's XP streak. 3. THE NONCONFERENCE (starts at 55:04) Slow BC start and constant big plays getting called back: no panic, just a setup for the Massachusetts guys to shine. Two big-time games: not gonna lose a 5th in a row to Notre Dame, total confidence even on the 4th and 1 call, but ND was full of talent. FSU threw out all the trick plays, including the Transcontinental, had some All-Americans, but Michigan was just as good. 4. THE BIG TEN AND ROSE BOWL (starts at 1:41:54) Team finds itself, offense redesigned not just for Desmond but for scoring quickly so they don't have another FSU. Dangerous MSU and more dangerous Indiana, which needs a goal line stand (suck it Erick's brother!). Sleepy midseason—freshmen hit a wall, coaches keep them motivated for blowouts of Minnesota, Purdue, Northwestern, and Illinois. Ready for everything Ohio State had. Washington was another story—most talented team they played. Brandon Adams has been in poker for a very long time, but this is his first podcast appearance in which he tells his life story. Adams recently resurfaced for the observing poker fan, winning a High Roller event in Florida, followed by Event #4 of the Poker Masters in Las Vegas. Adams, however, was never gone from the poker scene as he never missed a summer in Las Vegas. With cash games being the primary focus of the Harvard graduate and teacher, Adams spent the majority of his years playing out of the spotlights making the stories of big games in Las Vegas that much more compelling. On this podcast, Adams opens up about the biggest games he played with the likes of Bobby Baldwin, Kenny Tran, Brian Townsend, a heads-up challenge versus Sammy Farha, underground games at Harvard, prop betting with Patrik Antonius, Daily Fantasy Sports, and the countless other things that keep his mind busy. Rewatch all Poker Masters final tables right now on PokerGO, and use the promo code REMKO for $10 off your annual subscription. Yeah there are two things on the list that aren't a Jerad Formby intro but who cares about that! This episode is all about the amazing work that our great friend Jerad has done for us over the years. Join Allen, Chuck Farrell, Brian Townsend, Mike Ortiz, and Damon Shaw as we wax poetic about the best part of our show, the intros. Follow the man, the myth, the legend, Jerad Formby on Twitter @Super_Spock and on his blog www.heystartrek.net. The only reason it's long is because of all the extra audio added by Allen he worked tirelessly to add all the intros in and clean up the audio as he has over the last 2 years he wouldn't let us tell you until now. Sorry it was late!

BEST OF SUPERMAN ... who can change the course of mighty geek spite, bend geek logic in his bare hands, and who, disguised as Clark Kent, mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan newspaper, fights a never-ending battle for truth, justice, and Geek Fights! Brackets: PDF and Excel format.
It's been a while since we have done this one. since then DC has had a NEW 52 and Marvel is NOW. Will that matter any? probably not. Just in case BEST SANTA wasn't bad enough, we present you the outtakes from that episode. Yep this is the stuff that didn't make the cut. See what Damon Shaw, Mike Ortiz, Allen, Brian Townsend and Josh Vanvalkneborg had to say when they weren't Geek Fighting. You know how the 26th is the day you return the presents you don't want? Well this is like that. Or maybe it's a boxing day thing. I'm not really sure.
Once a year an elderly fat man in red traverses the globe violating airspace and nearly triggering a nuclear holocaust just to bring toys to mostly undeserving children. You know to cover that much ground he must be either traveling at an incredible velocity, risking massive shockwaves or using some sort of warp technology and risking a wormhole implosion that could suck the entire planet into a black hole. All in all a pretty risky endeavor any way you slice it. Sounds like some sort of thrill seeking adrenaline junkie to me. In honor of that spirit, Damon Shaw, Mike Ortiz, Allen, Brian Townsend and Josh Vanvalkenburg bring you BEST SANTA. Ho ho ho. Stuff your stocking with these lovely holday brackets: PDF and Excel format.

This is it, the colossal 2 year anniversary show. We assembled the top geek fighters, each with 10 appearances or more to discuss one of the big geek questions. Join Damon Shaw, Mike Ortiz, Michael Felsher, Pete Lucas, Brian Townsend, Kathy Lehman, Jerad Formby, Chuck Farrell, Karin, Allen and Juan Patino, yes ELEVEN panelists, our biggest full panel ever for one of the biggest topics ever, the BEST STAR TREK MOVIE. Our anniversary shows can be a bit... rambunctious? I fear our 3 year anniversary... Anyway here are the brackets: PDF and Excel format.
