Sunday 22nd February 2026 - West and North SitesSpeaker - David PikeDavid continues our Keeping the Faith series from Paul's second letter to Timothy, taking a look at the importance of the scriptures, and encouraging us to follow in Paul and Timothy's footsteps in engaging regularly with God's Word.David refers to a message 'Shaped by the Word', given by Dave Kemp in January 2022 - you can listen by following either of the following links:Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/bdevczteYouTube: https://tinyurl.com/mvy7cu7c_______________2 Timothy 3 v 10-17 10) You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, 11) persecutions, sufferings—what kinds of things happened to me in Antioch, Iconium and Lystra, the persecutions I endured. Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them. 12) In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, 13) while evildoers and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14) But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 15) and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16) All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17) so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work._______________Recorded at the North Site - 22Feb2026
Sunday 17th August 2025 - CCAMSpeaker - Dave PikeDave continues our series "Questions Jesus Asked" with a look at the question Jesus asked His disciples in Matthew 16 v 13-20 - "Who do you say that I am?"____________Matthew 16 v 13-2013) When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” 14) They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15) “But what about you?” He asked. “Who do you say I am?”16) Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”17) Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. 18) And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. 19) I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” 20) Then He ordered His disciples not to tell anyone that He was the Messiah.____________Recorded at Central (AM) - 17Aug2025

Is progress inevitable or is it something we have to fight for? In our latest LGBTQ+ History Month episode we look at the history of queer activism and the role played by trade unions. Plus we discuss how we can use this history to prepare us for the current climate of anti-LGBTQIA+ rhetoric that is growing in our society. We are joined by our chair Heather Paterson (she/her) - who has marched for many an LGBTQIA+ right in her lifetime - and Dave Pike (he/him) - who is part of the National Education Union. Our host is Fiona Moorcroft (she/her). This episode was produced in partnership with SAYiT - an LGBTQIA+ youth charity from South Yorkshire as part of their LGBTQ+ History Month activities. Sunday 26th May, 2024 - North Site Speaker - Dave Pike Dave takes us through chapter 4 of Ephesians, in which Paul impresses on us the importance of unity in the Body of Christ. Dave then relates Paul's teaching about the five-fold ministry gifts that the Lord has granted to the Church - Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher. Ephesians 4v1-7 1) As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2) Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3) Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. 4) There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5) one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6) one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. 7) But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it. Ephesians 4v11-16 11) So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12) to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13) until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. 14) Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15) Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 16) From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. ------- Recorded at North Site - 26May2024

Check your bags and try to avoid a TSA cavity search as you board tonight’s double-feature flight into the unknown. Craig takes the yoke and performs aerial maneuvers over, under and through the classic Twilight Zone episodes “The Last Flight” and “The Odyssey of Flight 33.” In the final analysis, only one will emerge unscathed. STANDARD SEMANAL.- “The Jitterbug Waltz” JAZZ RECUERDO ANIVERSARIO.

Our opening Salvo brings us back to "Tuesday Afternoon" covered by NJ's own Doughboys....hopefully they'll be no "Morning Dew" via The Jeff Beck Group. If there is let's hope "Mr. Soul" and the Buffalo Springfield can handle Elvis Costello and his "American Gangster Time". Keeping with the [Alt] Country vibe is Sarah Shook & the Disarmers whose songs take on the usual country spin on shitty relationships, bad decisions, and excessive alcohol consumption for damn good reasons "The bottle never lets me down"...time to pick up the pace with "My baby likes to boogaloo" via a 45 on Tru-Glo-Town / 1965 by Don Gardner. The Saints were one of the first punk bands predating The Sex Pistols of the UK by about 6 months....Angela McClusky checks in from Scotland with "It's Been Done"...what a set of great pipes from 2004! Vibraphonist Milt Jackson is an acknowledged pioneer of Modern Jazz. Jackson s brought the vibes into the modern era. He was inspired mostly by Lionel Hampton but forged his own concept and sound on that instrument and gave birth and inspiration to people of his era like Terry Gibbs, Joe Roland, Cal Tjader and others and of course influenced the younger players like Gary Burton, Dave Pike and especially Bobby Hutcherson who in turn inspired present day players like Steve Nelson, Stefon Harris and Warren Wolf. Jackson was the most prominent voice of the famous Modern Jazz Quartet who were together for over 40 years. Jackson recorded a lot on his own and this album which is tonight's Jazz Feature is one of his gems. The album is called "Opus De Jazz" and aside from Jackson, the co-star is the great flutist/tenor saxophonist Frank Wess. Frank is on flute for 3 of the 4 tunes and plays tenor saxophone on one. Flute and vibes is a wonderful combination. Jackson and Wess are backed superbly by the elegant Hank Jones on piano, Eddie Jones (no relation) on bass and the great drummer Kenny Clarke. This is a delightful album that could convert the most anti-Jazz listener into a fan. Check out "Opus De Jazz" tonight for the real deal that's also easy on the ears.

Sonarán los temas "Jet Set" de Dave Pike, "Manuel’s mambo" de Cal Tjader y "Too many people" de The Leaves .
